现有布料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蚂蚁布的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种蚂蚁布的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份N-酰基氨基酸盐、0.9重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮、1.4重量份壳聚糖丙酸、1.3重量份苯甲酸依次投入19.6质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入1.1重量份直链烷基苯磺酸、0.5重量份椰油酰胺基咪唑啉、0.4重量份氢氧化钙、0.9重量份乙酸乙酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
