本发明公开了一种混纺布料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份羟基丙基甲基纤维素、0.9重量份乙氧基化直链伯醇、1.2重量份丁基羟基茴香醚、0.7重量份异佛尔酮依次投入29质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.5重量份地肤子粉、1.1重量份硼酸锌、0.9重量份三新烷氧基氨基锆酸酯、2.6重量份冰醋酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明混纺布料的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及混纺布料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混纺布料的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种混纺布料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份羟基丙基甲基纤维素、0.9重量份乙氧基化直链伯醇、1.2重量份丁基羟基茴香醚、0.7重量份异佛尔酮依次投入29质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.5重量份地肤子粉、1.1重量份硼酸锌、0.9重量份三新烷氧基氨基锆酸酯、2.6重量份冰醋酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

3)整理:将1~2重量份羟基丙基甲基纤维素、0.9重量份乙氧基化直链伯醇、1.2重量份丁基羟基茴香醚、0.7重量份异佛尔酮依次投入29质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.5重量份地肤子粉、1.1重量份硼酸锌、0.9重量份三新烷氧基氨基锆酸酯、2.6重量份冰醋酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
