Abstract
本发明公开了一种针织面料整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.2重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、0.9重量份二酰胺二胺化合物、1.4重量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.7重量份芸香草提取液、2.5重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份1-烷基-4-羟甲基-1-硅杂-4-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]-辛烷季鏻盐、0.7重量份多磷酸哌嗪,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。本发明制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针织面料整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种针织面料整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.2重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、0.9重量份二酰胺二胺化合物、1.4重量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.7重量份芸香草提取液、2.5重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份1-烷基-4-羟甲基-1-硅杂-4-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]-辛烷季鏻盐、0.7重量份多磷酸哌嗪,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
优选的,针织面料整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种针织面料整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
一种针织面料整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.2重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、0.9重量份二酰胺二胺化合物、1.4重量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.7重量份芸香草提取液、2.5重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份1-烷基-4-羟甲基-1-硅杂-4-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]-辛烷季鏻盐、0.7重量份多磷酸哌嗪,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。

针织面料整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

针织面料整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

1.针织面料整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.2重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、0.9重量份二酰胺二胺化合物、1.4重量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.7重量份芸香草提取液、2.5重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份1-烷基-4-羟甲基-1-硅杂-4-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]-辛烷季鏻盐、0.7重量份多磷酸哌嗪,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针织面料整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.2重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、0.9重量份二酰胺二胺化合物、1.4重量份γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲基硅烷依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.7重量份芸香草提取液、2.5重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份1-烷基-4-羟甲基-1-硅杂-4-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]-辛烷季鏻盐、0.7重量份多磷酸哌嗪,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的针织面料整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
