本发明公开了一种织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.3重量份聚丙烯酸钠、1.6重量份二乙烯三胺、2.6重量份醋酸依次投入18质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.3重量份紫草提取液、1.1重量份3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、0.8重量份三氧化二锑、0.9重量份异氰脲酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。本发明制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份油酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.3重量份聚丙烯酸钠、1.6重量份二乙烯三胺、2.6重量份醋酸依次投入18质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.3重量份紫草提取液、1.1重量份3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、0.8重量份三氧化二锑、0.9重量份异氰脲酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
优选的,织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

2)再同时投入1.3重量份紫草提取液、1.1重量份3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、0.8重量份三氧化二锑、0.9重量份异氰脲酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
