本发明涉及保暖织物整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保暖织物整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种保暖织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、1.6重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.8重量份磷酸二氢钠、1.8重量份甘油依次投入23质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入2.3重量份紫花地丁提取液、1.9重量份苯甲酸、0.8重量份乙氧基化直链伯醇、0.5重量份锡酸锌,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
