本发明公开了一种丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂,是由如下重量份数的组分组成:苍耳子提取物11-15份、亚甲基双胍6-10份、苯甲酸钠3-7份、醋酸3-7份、甲基壬基酮2-6份、碳酸氢钠4-8份、丙二醇6-10份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂3-7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-14份、去离子水26-30份。本发明具有的有益效果:(1)具有抗菌防螨功效,经过增殖抑制效果试验表明,增殖抑制率超过99.5%,防螨效果优良。(2)整理织物具有很好的耐洗性和柔软手感;(3)制备工艺简单,对人体无毒无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂。
技术背景
丝绸面料中的蚕丝是一种生态学非污染的天然纤维,穿蚕丝衣服,不但能防止紫外线的辐射、防御有害气体侵入、抵抗有害细菌,而且还能增强体表皮肤细胞的活力,促进皮肤细胞的新陈代谢,同时对某些皮肤病有良好的辅助治疗作用。另外,由于特殊的吸湿性和透气性,还有调节体温、调节水份的作用。所以丝绸织物广受消费者的喜爱。由于生活水平的提高,人们对织物的要求也随之提高。而织物是穿在在人们身上的,所以需要具有抗菌性能,还要有具有其它性能;由于织物在穿着过程中,皮肤表面排出的汗液,皮脂、油垢等代谢废物和来自外部的食品残迹将附着于织物上,成为螨虫等微生物的营养源,同时丝绸面料中的蚕丝是一种生态学非污染的天然纤维。该天然纤维中所含的纤维素和蛋白质,也有利于罄菌的生长和繁殖;就是对丝绸织物进行防螨处理。而传统防螨整理剂防螨效果较差,具有毒性,对人体安全性不可靠,同时现有的防螨剂有时会分解丝绸面料中的蚕丝,降低丝绸织物的耐久性和耐洗性。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂。本发明的防螨整理剂赋予丝绸织物防螨功能,彻底杜绝重复污染,效果好,且无毒性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂,它是由如下重量份数的组分组成苍耳子提取物11-15份、亚甲基双胍6-10份、苯甲酸钠3-7份、醋酸3-7份、甲基壬基酮2-6份、碳酸氢钠4-8份、丙二醇6-10份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂3-7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-14份、去离子水26-30份。
优选方案是由如下重量份数的组分组成:苍耳子提取物12份、亚甲基双胍7份、苯甲酸钠4份、醋酸4份、甲基壬基酮3份、碳酸氢钠5份、丙二醇7份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚11份、去离子水27份。
另一优选方案是由如下重量份数的组分组成:苍耳子提取物4份、亚甲基双胍9份、苯甲酸钠6份、醋酸6份、甲基壬基酮5份、碳酸氢钠7份、丙二醇9份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚11份、去离子水29份。
本发明具有的有益效果:(1)具有抗菌防螨功效,经过增殖抑制效果试验表明,增殖抑制率超过 99.5%,防螨效果优良。(2)整理织物具有很好的耐洗性和柔软手感;(3)制备工艺简单,对人体无毒无害,不会破坏丝绸织物中的蚕丝。
具体实施方式
实施例1
丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂,它是由如下重量份数的组分混合搅拌制成:氯化钴56份;六亚甲基四胺48份;热敏可逆变色粉 36份;丁酮22份;甲苯18份;丙烯酰丁酯88份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯50份,羧甲基纤维素30份。
制备方法为:将所有组分加入搅拌机中,混合搅拌成浆液,将浆液通过真空过滤,即得。
实施例2
丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂,它是由如下重量份数的组分组成:苍耳子提取物12份、亚甲基双胍7份、苯甲酸钠4份、醋酸4份、甲基壬基酮3份、碳酸氢钠5份、丙二醇7份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚11份、去离子水27份。
实施例3
丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂,它是由如下重量份数的组分组成:苍耳子提取物4份、亚甲基双胍9份、苯甲酸钠6份、醋酸6份、甲基壬基酮5份、碳酸氢钠7份、丙二醇9份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂6份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚11份、去离子水29份。

1.丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于它是由如下重量份数的组分组成:苍耳子提取物11-15份、亚甲基双胍6-10份、苯甲酸钠3-7份、醋酸3-7份、甲基壬基酮2-6份、碳酸氢钠4-8份、丙二醇6-10份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂3-7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-14份、去离子水26-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丝绸织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于它是由如下重量份数的组分组成:苍耳子提取物12份、亚甲基双胍7份、苯甲酸钠4份、醋酸4份、甲基壬基酮3份、碳酸氢钠5份、丙二醇7份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚11份、去离子水27份。
