本发明公开了一种面料抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、1.4重量份羟乙基乙二胺、0.8重量份壳聚糖依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.3重量份红花提取液、1.2重量份十二烷基-α-D-葡萄糖苷、0.7重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.9重量份异氰脲酸1,3,5-三缩水甘油酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。本发明制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料抗菌整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种面料抗菌整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种面料抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、1.4重量份羟乙基乙二胺、0.8重量份壳聚糖依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.3重量份红花提取液、1.2重量份十二烷基-α-D-葡萄糖苷、0.7重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.9重量份异氰脲酸1,3,5-三缩水甘油酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。

一种面料抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、1.4重量份羟乙基乙二胺、0.8重量份壳聚糖依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.3重量份红花提取液、1.2重量份十二烷基-α-D-葡萄糖苷、0.7重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.9重量份异氰脲酸1,3,5-三缩水甘油酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。

面料抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、1.4重量份羟乙基乙二胺、0.8重量份壳聚糖依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

面料抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

2)再同时投入1.3重量份红花提取液、1.2重量份十二烷基-α-D-葡萄糖苷、0.7重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.9重量份异氰脲酸1,3,5-三缩水甘油酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。

1)将1重量份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1.1重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、1.4重量份羟乙基乙二胺、0.8重量份壳聚糖依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.3重量份红花提取液、1.2重量份十二烷基-α-D-葡萄糖苷、0.7重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.9重量份异氰脲酸1,3,5-三缩水甘油酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的面料抗菌整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
