Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份西吡氯铵、0.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、1.2重量份酪蛋白酸钠、1.1重量份异氰酸甲酯依次投入14.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.8重量份丁香提取液、1.2重量份山苍子油、1.4重量份十八烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵、0.8重量份氧化锰,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。本发明制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及纯棉织物整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份西吡氯铵、0.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、1.2重量份酪蛋白酸钠、1.1重量份异氰酸甲酯依次投入14.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.8重量份丁香提取液、1.2重量份山苍子油、1.4重量份十八烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵、0.8重量份氧化锰,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
优选的,纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

实施例1
一种纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份西吡氯铵、0.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、1.2重量份酪蛋白酸钠、1.1重量份异氰酸甲酯依次投入14.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.8重量份丁香提取液、1.2重量份山苍子油、1.4重量份十八烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵、0.8重量份氧化锰,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
实施例2
纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

2)再同时投入1.8重量份丁香提取液、1.2重量份山苍子油、1.4重量份十八烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵、0.8重量份氧化锰,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉织物整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份西吡氯铵、0.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、1.2重量份酪蛋白酸钠、1.1重量份异氰酸甲酯依次投入14.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
