Abstract
本发明公开了一种毛绒织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酸甘油三酯、0.5重量份水合肼依次投入16质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.6重量份白芨提取液、0.7重量份吐温-80、1.1重量份聚酰胺、0.8重量份偏磷酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。本发明制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及毛绒织物整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种毛绒织物整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种毛绒织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酸甘油三酯、0.5重量份水合肼依次投入16质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.6重量份白芨提取液、0.7重量份吐温-80、1.1重量份聚酰胺、0.8重量份偏磷酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
优选的,毛绒织物整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

2)再同时投入1.6重量份白芨提取液、0.7重量份吐温-80、1.1重量份聚酰胺、0.8重量份偏磷酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
