Abstract
本发明公开了一种超防水透气面料,包括:面料层和里层,所述面料层由针织全棉纱织成,所述面料层外涂有防水涂料层,所述防水天涂料层上贴合多孔结构薄膜,所述里层由麻纤维、聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述麻纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比为40%~50%,所述聚酯纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比50%~60%。通过上述方式,本发明指出的一种超防水透气面料,采用防水层上贴合竹纤维制成的多孔结构薄膜,多孔结构薄膜孔径小于水珠,从而使水珠不能穿过,而水蒸气、汗液却能顺利通过,能够增强衣物的排湿性,减少衣物的闷热感。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料设计领域,特别是涉及一种超防水透气面料。
背景技术
目前,各种各样的功能性衣物层出不穷,有抗紫外线的,杀菌的、保健的等等。而防水衣物也是其中的一种具有有防水功能的衣物,虽然防水衣形式各一,性能各一,但市场上大多数防水衣只注重了本身的防水功能,却忽略了它在防水的同时也会使人体内的汗液无法排除,造成人体闷热不适。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种超防水透气面料,采用防水层上贴合竹纤维制成的多孔结构薄膜,多孔结构薄膜孔径小于水珠,从而使水珠不能穿过,而水蒸气、汗液却能顺利通过,能够增强衣物的排湿性,减少衣物的闷热感。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种超防水透气面料,包括:面料层和里层,所述面料层由针织全棉纱织成,所述面料层外涂有防水涂料层,所述防水天涂料层上贴合多孔结构薄膜,所述里层由麻纤维、聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述麻纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比为40%~50%,所述聚酯纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比50%~60%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述多孔薄膜是一种竹纤维多孔结构薄膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述麻纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比为40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚酯纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比60%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种超防水透气面料,采用防水层上贴合竹纤维制成的多孔结构薄膜,多孔结构薄膜孔径小于水珠,从而使水珠不能穿过,而水蒸气、汗液却能顺利通过,能够增强衣物的排湿性,减少衣物的闷热感。

本发明实施例包括:
一种超防水透气面料,包括:面料层和里层,所述面料层由针织全面纱织成,所述面料层外涂有防水涂料层,所述防水天涂料层上贴合竹纤维制成的多孔结构薄膜,所述里层由麻纤维、聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述麻纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比为40%~50%,所述聚酯纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比50%~60%。
进一步的,所述竹纤维本身就具有吸湿导热的功能,在加上竹纤维制成的多孔结构薄膜,多孔结构薄膜孔径小于水珠,从而使水珠不能穿过,而水蒸气、汗液却能顺利通过。
进一步的,所述麻纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比为40%。
进一步的,所述聚酯纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比60%。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种超防水透气面料,采用防水层上贴合竹纤维制成的多孔结构薄膜,多孔结构薄膜孔径小于水珠,从而使水珠不能穿过,而水蒸气、汗液却能顺利通过,能够增强衣物的排湿性,减少衣物的闷热感。

1.一种超防水透气面料,其特征在于,包括:面料层和里层,所述面料层由针织全面棉纱织成,所述面料层外涂有防水涂料层,所述防水天涂料层上贴合多孔结构薄膜,所述里层由麻纤维、聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述麻纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比为40%~50%,所述聚酯纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比50%~60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超防水透气面料,其特征在于,所述多孔薄膜是一种竹纤维多孔结构薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超防水透气面料,其特征在于,所述麻纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比为40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超防水透气面料,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维在里层中所占的重量百分比60%。
