本发明公开了一种透气吸湿面料,包括:上层透气层和下层吸湿层,所述上层透气层和所述下层吸湿层采用连接线固定连接,所述上层透气层由腈纶与丙纶混纺而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述腈纶占62-68%,所述丙纶占32-38%,所述下层吸湿层由棉纤维和涤纶纤维采用经纬编织的方式编织而成,所述棉纤维为经线,且所述棉纤维的经密为102-108,所以涤纶纤维为纬线,且所述涤纶纤维的维密为48-54,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有透气、吸湿、护肤的特点,提高面料穿着后的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料领域,特别涉及一种透气吸湿面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,而服装面料作为人们生活中必不可少的一部分,其性能要求也随之提高,传统的面料为了追求耐用性,而往往忽略了服装面料所应具备有的舒适度,特别是夏季服装面料,由于天气闷热的原因,传统的面料往往透气性不佳,并且面料的吸湿性较差,常常导致人体不适。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种透气吸湿面料,能够具备有透气、吸湿、护肤的特点,提高面料穿着后的舒适度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种透气吸湿面料,包括:上层透气层和下层吸湿层,所述上层透气层和所述下层吸湿层采用连接线固定连接,所述上层透气层由腈纶与丙纶混纺而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述腈纶占62-68%,所述丙纶占32-38%,所述下层吸湿层由棉纤维和涤纶纤维采用经纬编织的方式编织而成,所述棉纤维为经线,且所述棉纤维的经密为102-108,所以涤纶纤维为纬线,且所述涤纶纤维的维密为48-54。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上层透气层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下层吸湿层的厚度为1-1.2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述连接线采用真丝线。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够具备有透气、吸湿、护肤的特点,提高面料穿着后的舒适度。

实施例1:
一种透气吸湿面料,包括:上层透气层和下层吸湿层,所述上层透气层和所述下层吸湿层采用连接线固定连接,所述连接线采用真丝线,所述上层透气层由腈纶与丙纶混纺而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述腈纶占62%,所述丙纶占38%,所述下层吸湿层由棉纤维和涤纶纤维采用经纬编织的方式编织而成,所述棉纤维为经线,且所述棉纤维的经密为102,所以涤纶纤维为纬线,且所述涤纶纤维的维密为48;所述上层透气层的厚度为0.6mm;所述下层吸湿层的厚度为1mm。
实施例2:
一种透气吸湿面料,包括:上层透气层和下层吸湿层,所述上层透气层和所述下层吸湿层采用连接线固定连接,所述连接线采用真丝线,所述上层透气层由腈纶与丙纶混纺而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述腈纶占68%,所述丙纶占32%,所述下层吸湿层由棉纤维和涤纶纤维采用经纬编织的方式编织而成,所述棉纤维为经线,且所述棉纤维的经密为108,所以涤纶纤维为纬线,且所述涤纶纤维的维密为54;所述上层透气层的厚度为0.8mm;所述下层吸湿层的厚度为1.2mm。
实施例3:
一种透气吸湿面料,包括:上层透气层和下层吸湿层,所述上层透气层和所述下层吸湿层采用连接线固定连接,所述连接线采用真丝线,所述上层透气层由腈纶与丙纶混纺而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述腈纶占65%,所述丙纶占35%,所述下层吸湿层由棉纤维和涤纶纤维采用经纬编织的方式编织而成,所述棉纤维为经线,且所述棉纤维的经密为105,所以涤纶纤维为纬线,且所述涤纶纤维的维密为51;所述上层透气层的厚度为0.7mm;所述下层吸湿层的厚度为1.1mm。
区别于现有技术,本发明通过采用上层透气层和下层吸湿层连接的方式,能够具备有透气、吸湿、护肤的特点,提高面料穿着后的舒适度。

1.一种透气吸湿面料,其特征在于,包括:上层透气层和下层吸湿层,所述上层透气层和所述下层吸湿层采用连接线固定连接,所述上层透气层由腈纶与丙纶混纺而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述腈纶占62-68%,所述丙纶占32-38%,所述下层吸湿层由棉纤维和涤纶纤维采用经纬编织的方式编织而成,所述棉纤维为经线,且所述棉纤维的经密为102-108,所以涤纶纤维为纬线,且所述涤纶纤维的维密为48-54。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气吸湿面料,其特征在于,所述上层透气层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气吸湿面料,其特征在于,所述下层吸湿层的厚度为1-1.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透气吸湿面料,其特征在于,所述连接线采用真丝线。
