Abstract
本发明涉及一种薄透气防潮面料,其特征在于:包括表层的轻薄透气层、中间层的透气吸湿层以及下层的贴身透气层,所述的轻薄透气层由涤纶纤维与纯麻细纺纤维混纺编织而成,所述的透气吸湿层由丙纶纤维和丝光棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述的贴身透气层由竹纤维和天丝纤维混纺编织而成;本发明中采用多种透气面料编织而成,该面料轻薄、凉 爽、舒适,同时面料具有吸湿功能,可以排出人体的汗渍,保持人体清爽干净,另外,贴身面 料层为天然环保纤维编织而成,具有抗菌、除臭的功能,去除人体的异味,给人干净清爽的面貌。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,尤其涉及一种轻薄透气防潮面料。
背景技术
我国加入国际贸易组织之后,纺织工业面临着新的机遇和挑战。一方面纺织工业面临着传统的产品品种因缺乏新面貌、新功能而正在不断地逐渐退出国际市场的新形势 ;另一方面我国传统的纺织设备因效率低、用工多、适应性差、成本高而难以继续。我国纺织工业的用工成本从国际市场上来看仍然占有一定的有时,但这一优势正在丧失之中。
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿着舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。但是此类面料一般都采用纯棉、纯毛等制品制作,大都档次较高,无法在广大人民群众中推广应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种由丝麻化纤织面料编织而成的凉爽、透气、吸湿排汗、 柔软舒适、抗菌除臭的透气舒爽面料
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种轻薄透气防潮面料,其创新点在于:包括表层的轻薄透气层、中间层的透气吸湿层以及下层的贴身透气层,所述的轻薄透气层由涤纶纤维与纯麻细纺纤维混纺编织而成,所述的透气吸湿层由丙纶纤维和丝光棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述的贴身透气层由竹纤维和天丝纤维混纺编织而成;
所述的轻薄透气层中涤纶纤维 与纯麻细纺纤维的重量百分比分别为 40% 和 60%;
所述的透气吸湿层中丙纶纤维 和丝光棉纤维的重量百分比分别为 70% 和 30%;
所述的贴身透气层中竹纤维和 天丝纤维的重量百分比分别为 25% 和 75%;
所述的轻薄透气层的厚度为 0.6mm-1 mm,透气吸湿层的厚度为 1.2mm-2.5mm,贴身透气层的厚度为 0.4mm-0.8mm。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明中采用多种透气面料编织而成,该面料轻薄、凉 爽、舒适,同时面料具有吸湿功能,可以排出人体的汗渍,保持人体清爽干净,另外,贴身面 料层为天然环保纤维编织而成,具有抗菌、除臭的功能,去除人体的异味,给人干净清爽的面貌。

具体实施方式
下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
如图1所示的一种轻薄透气防潮面料,包括表层的轻薄透气层1、中间层的透气吸湿层2以及下层的贴身透气层3,所述的轻薄透气层1由涤纶纤维与纯麻细纺纤维混纺编织而成,所述的透气吸湿层2由丙纶纤维和丝光棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述的贴身透气层3由竹纤维和天丝纤维混纺编织而成。
轻薄透气层1中涤纶纤维 与纯麻细纺纤维的重量百分比分别为 40% 和 60%。
透气吸湿层2中丙纶纤维 和丝光棉纤维的重量百分比分别为 70% 和 30%。
贴身透气层3中竹纤维和 天丝纤维的重量百分比分别为 25% 和 75%。
轻薄透气层的厚度为 0.6mm-1 mm,透气吸湿层的厚度为 1.2mm-2.5mm,贴身透气层的厚度为 0.4mm-0.8mm。

1.一种轻薄透气防潮面料,其特征在于:包括表层的轻薄透气层、中间层的透气吸湿层以及下层的贴身透气层,所述的轻薄透气层由涤纶纤维与纯麻细纺纤维混纺编织而成,所述的透气吸湿层由丙纶纤维和丝光棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述的贴身透气层由竹纤维和天丝纤维混纺编织而成;
所述的轻薄透气层中涤纶纤维 与纯麻细纺纤维的重量百分比分别为 40% 和 60%;
所述的透气吸湿层中丙纶纤维 和丝光棉纤维的重量百分比分别为 70% 和 30%;
所述的贴身透气层中竹纤维和 天丝纤维的重量百分比分别为 25% 和 75%;
