本发明公开了一种抗菌防水手套面料,包括:基层、保温层、防水透气层和阻燃层,所述基层与所述保温层相连接;所述基层为经线和纬线编织而成;所述保温层为珊瑚绒与竹炭纤维混合而成;所述防水透气层与所述保温层相连接,所述防水透气层材料为聚氨酯复合材料,所述防水透气层表面设有微孔;所述阻燃层与所述防水透气层相连接。通过上述方式,本发明一种抗菌防水手套面料,该面料舒适干爽,不仅可以抗菌抑菌防霉,而且防水透湿保温效果好,还具有阻燃的效果。

一种抗菌防水手套面料
技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌防水手套面料。
背景技术
现有技术中人们制做手套用的普通防水面料虽然能起到一定的防风寒、防雨雪的作用,但仍存在以下不足:普通防水面料不透湿气,人们在生活工作中穿戴采用其面料制作的手套出汗时,产生的潮湿气体无法通过普通防水面料层向外层大气环境排出,滞留在其面料内层面的汗液潮湿气体会使人感到寒冷等不舒适的感觉,而且长期潮湿会导致手套发霉,滋生细菌,对手的健康有一定不利的影响。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌防水手套面料,该面料舒适干爽,不仅可以抗菌抑菌防霉,而且防水透湿保温效果好,还具有阻燃的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种抗菌防水手套面料,包括:基层、保温层、防水透气层和阻燃层,所述基层与所述保温层相连接;
所述基层为经线和纬线编织而成;
所述保温层为珊瑚绒与竹炭纤维混合而成;
所述防水透气层与所述保温层相连接,所述防水透气层材料为聚氨酯复合材料,所述防水透气层表面设有微孔;
所述阻燃层与所述防水透气层相连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经线为棉纤维,所述棉纤维的直径为22.4μm,纤度为321.6dtex,所述纬线为涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维的直径为32.9μm,纤度为311.3dtex,经密度为32.9根/cm,纬密度为44.2根/cm,采用平纹组织结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述微孔大小大于汗气分子的大小,且小于水分子的大小。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种抗菌防水手套面料,该面料舒适干爽,不仅可以抗菌抑菌防霉,而且防水透湿保温效果好,还具有阻燃的效果。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种抗菌防水手套面料,包括:基层1、保温层2、防水透气层3和阻燃层4,所述基层1与所述保温层2相连接。
所述基层1为经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线为棉纤维,所述棉纤维的直径为22.4μm,纤度为321.6dtex,所述纬线为涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维的直径为32.9μm,纤度为311.3dtex,经密度为32.9根/cm,纬密度为44.2根/cm,采用平纹组织结构,平纹组织结构较为轻薄,耐磨性好,透气性较好。
所述保温层2为珊瑚绒与竹炭纤维混合而成,竹炭纤维具有超强的吸附力,其吸附能力是木炭的5倍以上,对甲醛、苯、甲苯、氨等有害物质和粉尘能发挥吸收、分解异味和消臭的作用。
所述防水透气层3与所述保温层2相连接,所述防水透气层3材料为聚氨酯复合材料,所述聚氨酯复合材料具有优异的拉伸特性、抗冲击性和耐腐蚀性。
所述防水透气层3表面设有微孔,所述微孔大小大于汗气分子的大小,且小于水分子的大小,使得液态的水无法通过,而人体的汗气可以通过所述微孔顺利排出体外,由于贴近人体的气体会相对较热,压力会比体外气体大,在这种压力的作用下汗气就会自动排出。
所述阻燃层4与所述防水透气层3相连接,所述阻燃层4起到了阻燃的作用,防止遇到明火燃烧从而导致事故。
本实施例中,所述棉线所占比例为75%,使得所述布料更加柔软和舒适。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种抗菌防水手套面料,该面料舒适干爽,不仅可以抗菌抑菌防霉,而且防水透湿保温效果好,还具有阻燃的效果。

1.一种抗菌防水手套面料,其特征在于,包括:基层、保温层、防水透气层和阻燃层,所述基层与所述保温层相连接;
所述基层为经线和纬线编织而成;
所述保温层为珊瑚绒与竹炭纤维混合而成;
所述防水透气层与所述保温层相连接,所述防水透气层材料为聚氨酯复合材料,所述防水透气层表面设有微孔;
所述阻燃层与所述防水透气层相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防水手套面料,其特征在于:所述经线为棉纤维,所述棉纤维的直径为22.4μm,纤度为321.6dtex,所述纬线为涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维的直径为32.9μm,纤度为311.3dtex,经密度为32.9根/cm,纬密度为44.2根/cm,采用平纹组织结构。
