多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种救生保暖面料，防护救生面料技术领域，具体地说是一种具有阻燃、防静电、吸湿、保暖、抑菌舒适的多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料。
背景技术
在现有技术中，各种防护服的发展趋势是原料新颖化、功能多样化、舒适化、服饰时装化，要求其面料除具有特定的防护功能外，还应该具有轻便、舒适、弹性、环保、保健等特点，因此都在积极开发新型原材料，采用新工艺，使产品满足消费者和市场的上述趋势和需求。既要使面料有良好的吸湿排汗功能、健康舒适功能、又要有多姿多彩外表时尚的特点，而传统救生装备服在不舒适性、吸湿排汗、防风保暖、抑菌等不足，需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有防护救生面料的不足，提供一种阻燃、防风、防水、透湿、轻便、富有弹性、高保暖性的多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料。
本发明的技术方案是，多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料，它包括阻燃导湿表层面料、中间层面料、内层面料。
所述的多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料为三层结构，阻燃导湿表层面料用50%重量百分比具有永久阻燃功能的再生涤纶纤维RepreveFR、30%重量百分比汉麻纤维和20%重量百分比羊毛混纺的14.5tex阻燃导湿速干纱线与20D氨纶丝交织，再经过针织、抓毛、摇粒处理制成弹性摇粒绒面料。
所述的中间层面料为多孔防水透湿膜。
所述的内层面料，内层面料用20%重量百分比木棉纤维、70%重量百分比抗菌锦纶丝和10%重量百分比的Porel混纺吸湿发热纤维纺制的14.5tex纱线与20D氨纶丝交织组成，再经抓毛整理成单面绒布面料。
将内层木棉面料和表层汉麻面料在专用复合设备上与中间多孔聚氨酯弹性防水透湿膜面料复合连接组成多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料。
所述的中间层面料为多孔防水透湿膜；内层木棉纤维层和表层阻燃性汉麻纤维层均与中间多孔聚氨酯弹性防水透湿膜面料复合连接，表层阻燃性涤纶汉麻纤维面料为摇粒绒结构，内层木棉发热纤维面料层为抓绒结构。
所述的多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料，阻燃导湿表层面料具有永久阻燃性涤纶
RepreveFR、汉麻纤维和羊毛摇粒绒面料。厚度3mm左右,采用摇粒绒结构增大了空气层面积，减小空气流动性，提高面料保暖作用，其中化纤成分含量高，外表光泽亮丽、表面平滑，而且具有阻燃、高吸湿、保暖性能、轻柔舒适、耐洗耐磨的优点。
所述内层面料，内层面料为木棉纤维、Porel纤维和抗菌锦纶面料充分利用木棉高中空保暖；Porel纤维亲水性好，利于吸干内层湿气，木棉纤维保暖性好，只是长度偏短，通过与Porel和抗菌锦纶并捻后采用单面抓绒制成手感柔软，丰满厚实，吸湿透气，抗菌功能强的单面绒面料，面料厚度2mm，保暖性好。
由于羊毛和汉麻纤维吸湿速度快，形成外导内吸，可使肌肤经常保持干爽，且汉麻和木棉具有优异的抗菌抑菌效果。所述面料中有弹性良好的氨纶其尺寸稳定,不易缩水变形。
本发明的有益效果是：多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料，面料为三层结构，内层用木棉纤维、抗菌锦纶丝和Porel混纺吸湿发热纤维纺制的14.5tex纱线与20D氨纶丝交织组成；中间层为多孔防水透湿膜；面料表层是具有永久阻燃性涤纶RepreveFR、汉麻纤维和羊毛摇粒绒面料；经复合设备加工而成，具有很多优异的性能，阻燃、防水、透湿、保暖性好，富有弹性、手感舒适、轻便，经久耐用。

具体实施方式
在本发明图1的实施例中，多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料为三层结构。阻燃导湿表层面料1，中间层面料2，内层面料3。
阻燃导湿表层面料1用50%重量百分比具有永久阻燃功能的再生涤纶纤维RepreveFR、30%重量百分比汉麻纤维和20%重量百分比羊毛混纺的14.5tex阻燃导湿速干纱线与20D氨纶丝交织，再经过针织、抓毛、摇粒处理制成弹性摇粒绒面料。
中间层面料2用多孔防水透湿膜。
内层面料3用20%重量百分比木棉纤维、70%重量百分比抗菌锦纶丝和10%重量百分比的Porel混纺吸湿发热纤维纺制的14.5tex纱线与20D氨纶丝交织组成，再经抓毛整理成单面绒布面料。
内层木棉纤维层和表层阻燃性汉麻纤维层均与中间多孔聚氨酯弹性防水透湿膜面料复合连接，表层阻燃性涤纶汉麻纤维面料为摇粒绒结构，内层木棉发热纤维面料层为抓绒结构。将内层木棉面料和表层汉麻面料在专用复合设备上与中间多孔聚氨酯弹性防水透湿膜面料复合连接组成多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料。

1.多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料，它包括阻燃导湿表层面料、中间层面料、内层面料；其特征是：阻燃导湿表层面料用50%重量百分比具有永久阻燃功能的再生涤纶纤维RepreveFR、30%重量百分比汉麻纤维和20%重量百分比羊毛混纺的14.5tex阻燃导湿速干纱线与20D氨纶丝交织，再经过针织、抓毛、摇粒处理制成弹性摇粒绒面料；中间层面料为多孔防水透湿膜，内层面料用20%重量百分比木棉纤维、70%重量百分比抗菌锦纶丝和10%重量百分比的Porel混纺吸湿发热纤维纺制的14.5tex纱线与20D氨纶丝交织组成，再经抓毛整理成单面绒布面料；将内层面料和阻燃导湿表层面料在专用复合设备上与多孔防水透湿膜复合连接，组成多功能汉麻木棉复合救生保暖面料，所述的多孔防水透湿膜为多孔聚氨酯弹性膜。
