本发明公开了一种轻质保暖抗菌面料，包括：面料本体和粘附在所述面料本体内外两侧的抗菌布层和防水透气层；其中，所述面料本体由超保暖喷毛纱编织而成。本发明一种轻质保暖抗菌面料，其利用超保暖的喷毛纱制备面料本体，并在面料本体与皮肤接触的一侧粘附抗菌布层，赋予本发明的面料质量轻、超保暖和抗菌的功能，且面料本体由竹节状纱线编织而成，外观漂亮，在高端服装市场具有广阔的应用前景。

一种质轻保暖抗菌面料
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域，特别是涉及一种质轻保暖抗菌面料。
背景技术
随着经济社会的进步，人们对服装的要求越来越高。目前，对于冬季服用的服装面料，要求具有超高的保暖性能，同时面料不能太厚，以免影响穿着的舒适性和美观，另外，面料还应具有抗菌等保健功能。而现有的抗菌保暖面料，要么面料本身较为厚重，要么带有植绒层，不放遍清洗。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻质保暖抗菌面料，能够解决现有同类面料存在的上述缺点。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种轻质保暖抗菌面料，包括：面料本体和粘附在所述面料本体内外两侧的抗菌布层和防水透气层；其中，所述面料本体由超保暖喷毛纱编织而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述超保暖喷毛纱由纱线网和喷附并包裹在所述纱线网内的无规则芯线构成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述纱线网由涤纶长纤维和棉纤维按质量比为1：1～3的比例钩编而成；所述芯线为羊毛、海马毛或牦牛绒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述芯线的长度为60～100mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述抗菌布层为竹原纤维编织布层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述防水透气层为聚四氟乙烯服装膜。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种轻质保暖抗菌面料，其利用超保暖的喷毛纱制备面料本体，并在面料本体与皮肤接触的一侧粘附抗菌布层，赋予本发明的面料质量轻、超保暖和抗菌的功能，且面料本体由竹节状纱线编织而成，外观漂亮，在高端服装市场具有广阔的应用前景。

实施例1
一种轻质保暖抗菌面料，包括：面料本体1和粘附在面料本体1内表面即接触皮肤面的抗菌布层2和粘附在面料本体外表面即接触空气侧的防水透气层3。
其中，所述面料本体1由超保暖喷毛纱按平纹组织编织而成，所述超保暖喷毛纱外观为竹节状，由纱线网4和喷附并包裹在纱线网4内的无规则芯线5构成。纱线网4由涤纶长纤维和棉纤维按质量比为1：1～3的比例钩编而成；芯线为羊毛、海马毛或牦牛绒，长度为60～100mm，其纤维方向不与喷毛纱线的方向平行。该喷毛纱不起球、不掉毛。
所述抗菌布层2为竹原纤维编织布层。
所述防水透气层3为聚四氟乙烯服装膜。

1.一种轻质保暖抗菌面料，其特征在于，包括：面料本体和粘附在所述面料本体内外两侧的抗菌布层和防水透气层；其中，所述面料本体由超保暖喷毛纱编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保暖抗菌面料，其特征在于，所述超保暖喷毛纱由纱线网和喷附并包裹在所述纱线网内的无规则芯线构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻质保暖抗菌面料，其特征在于，所述纱线网由涤纶长纤维和棉纤维按质量比为1：1～3的比例钩编而成；所述芯线为羊毛、海马毛或牦牛绒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轻质保暖抗菌面料，其特征在于，所述芯线的长度为60～100mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保暖抗菌面料，其特征在于，所述抗菌布层为竹原纤维编织布层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保暖抗菌面料，其特征在于，所述防水透气层为聚四氟乙烯服装膜。
