本发明公开了一种恒温性良好的服装新材料及其生产工艺,包括涤纶面料层、皮质粘附层和发热面料层,所述皮质粘附层的上表面直接粘附涤纶面料层,所述皮质粘附层的下表面直接粘附在发热面料层上,所述涤纶面料层是由涤纶纤维和ES粘合纤维制成,所述皮质粘附层上开设有若干个锥形孔,所述发热面料层包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱采用的是发热纤维,所述纬纱采用的是蚕丝纤维,本发明通过在传统的皮质粘附层上增加了锥形孔的设计,从而使现有的保暖性服装材料在实现保暖性的同时,又能起到良好的透气效果,本发明还通过在现有保暖性服装材料的内部,增加了一层发热纤维布层,从而有效的增加了现有保暖性服装材料的保温效果。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及服装材料的技术领域,特别是一种恒温性良好的服装新材料及其生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
现有的保暖性服装材料一般都是采用,以防止体表温度流失的方式,来实现服装的保暖性能,现有的保暖性服装材料,一般都是直接在衣服面料内部粘附一层皮质面料层,这样虽然可以实现保暖效果,但是这种面料的透气性极差。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种恒温性良好的服装新材料,本发明通过在传统的皮质粘附层上增加了锥形孔的设计,从而使现有的保暖性服装材料在实现保暖性的同时,又能起到良好的透气效果,本发明还通过在现有保暖性服装材料的内部,增加了一层发热纤维布层,从而有效的增加了现有保暖性服装材料的保温效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种恒温性良好的服装新材料,包括涤纶面料层、皮质粘附层和发热面料层,所述皮质粘附层的上表面直接粘附涤纶面料层,所述皮质粘附层的下表面直接粘附在发热面料层上,所述涤纶面料层是由涤纶纤维和ES粘合纤维制成,所述皮质粘附层上开设有若干个锥形孔,所述发热面料层包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱采用的是发热纤维,所述纬纱采用的是蚕丝纤维。
作为优选,所述涤纶面料层是通过水刺无纺布的加固方式制成的,所述涤纶面料层和皮质粘附层之间是通过热合无纺布的加固方式制成的。
作为优选,所述涤纶面料层的质量配比为:涤纶纤维85~90份,ES粘合纤维5~10份。
作为优选,所述一种恒温性良好的服装新材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)制作涤纶面料层:将涤纶纤维和ES粘合纤维按权利要求3的比例进行配比后,再依次经过混棉、一次开松、二次开松、给棉、预梳理、水刺加固和主梳理等步骤,制作成涤纶面料层;
b)加工皮质粘附层:对皮质粘附层做孔的加工处理;
c)制作发热面料层:将经纱采用的是发热纤维和纬纱采用的是蚕丝纤维的发热面料层进行机织成布;
d)发热面料层涂布:将步骤c)机织好的布料进行热熔胶涂布;
e)热轧粘合:将步骤b)加工好的皮质粘附层的一面,直接粘附在涤纶面料层上,将步骤b)加工好的皮质粘附层的另一面直接粘附在发热面料层上;
f)卷绕:将步骤e)热轧粘合好的布料切边计长后,并进行卷绕。
作为优选,所述步骤a)的水刺加固,还包括预湿、水刺、脱水、后整理和烘燥定型等步骤,所述步骤a)的水刺加固处理方式,采用的是平台式水刺和圆网式水刺相结合的水刺加固方式,所述平台式水刺和圆网式水刺相结合的水刺加固方式分为三级,所述水刺的第一级和第二级采用的是圆网式水刺,所述水刺的第三级采用的是平台式水刺。
作为优选,所述步骤e)在进行热轧粘合时,热轧辊的温度为120℃至150℃,热轧辊的压力为0.5~1.0kg/cm2。
作为优选,所述步骤d)在用热熔胶进行涂布时,采用的是不连接型涂布的方式。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在传统的皮质粘附层上增加了锥形孔的设计,从而使现有的保暖性服装材料在实现保暖性的同时,又能起到良好的透气效果,本发明还通过在现有保暖性服装材料的内部,增加了一层发热纤维布层,从而有效的增加了现有保暖性服装材料的保温效果。

1.一种恒温性良好的服装新材料,其特征在于:包括涤纶面料层(1)、皮质粘附层(2)和发热面料层(3),所述皮质粘附层(2)的上表面直接粘附涤纶面料层(1),所述皮质粘附层(2)的下表面直接粘附在发热面料层(3)上,所述涤纶面料层(1)是由涤纶纤维(11)和ES粘合纤维(12)制成,所述皮质粘附层(2)上开设有若干个锥形孔,所述发热面料层(3)包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱采用的是发热纤维(31),所述纬纱采用的是蚕丝纤维(32)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种恒温性良好的服装新材料,其特征在于:所述涤纶面料层(1)是通过水刺无纺布的加固方式制成的,所述涤纶面料层(1)和皮质粘附层(2)之间是通过热合无纺布的加固方式制成的。
3.如权利要求1所述一种恒温性良好的服装新材料,其特征在于:所述涤纶面料层(1)的质量配比为:涤纶纤维(11)85~90份,ES粘合纤维(12)5~10份。
4.如权利要求1所述一种恒温性良好的服装新材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)制作涤纶面料层:将涤纶纤维(11)和ES粘合纤维(12)按权利要求3的比例进行配比后,再依次经过混棉、一次开松、二次开松、给棉、预梳理、水刺加固和主梳理等步骤,制作成涤纶面料层(1);
b)加工皮质粘附层:对皮质粘附层(2)做孔的加工处理;
c)制作发热面料层:将经纱采用的是发热纤维(31)和纬纱采用的是蚕丝纤维(32)的发热面料层进行机织成布;
d)发热面料层涂布:将步骤c机织好的布料进行热熔胶涂布;
e)热轧粘合:将步骤b加工好的皮质粘附层(2)的一面,直接粘附在涤纶面料层(1)上,将步骤b加工好的皮质粘附层(2)的另一面直接粘附在发热面料层(3)上;
f)卷绕:将步骤e热轧粘合好的布料切边计长后,并进行卷绕。
5.如权利要求4所述一种恒温性良好的服装新材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤a)的水刺加固,还包括预湿、水刺、脱水、后整理和烘燥定型等步骤,所述步骤a)的水刺加固处理方式,采用的是平台式水刺和圆网式水刺相结合的水刺加固方式,所述平台式水刺和圆网式水刺相结合的水刺加固方式分为三级,所述水刺的第一级和第二级采用的是圆网式水刺,所述水刺的第三级采用的是平台式水刺。
