本发明涉及一种混纺面料的制备工艺,具体涉及一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料的制备工艺,将大豆蛋白纤维和纤维素纤维按配方中的重量份比例进行混纺;将羊毛纤维纺织成为羊毛纤维层;配置好抗菌消毒剂,而后喷涂在羊毛纤维层中;将大豆蛋白纤维‑纤维素纤维层喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与羊毛纤维层粘接复合;将纳米竹炭纤维纺织成纳米竹炭纤维层;将菠萝叶纤维纺织成菠萝叶纤维层;将羊毛纤维层中的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好的纳米竹炭纤维层复合;将抗起球纤维纺织成抗起球纤维层,并在抗起球纤维层的表面喷涂负热膨胀材料;与纳米竹炭纤维层复合;烘干。利用本发明的工艺制备的面料,绿色环保,健康指数高。

背景技术
目前,衣服面料很多采用化学纤维制成,由于其在制造过程中,有大量添加剂,如漂白剂,柔顺剂等,如果穿化纤织物内衣,布料上的化学物质易被人体皮肤吸收,时间长了,容易产生刺激,引起湿疹、接触性皮炎、异位性皮炎、荨麻疹等症状。而羊绒或真丝可以弥补上述缺陷,但是其造价高昂。
大豆蛋白纤维由于自身的优异特性,这种廉价的新型再生纤维,可部分替代羊绒和真丝与其他纤维混纺,制作高档家用纺织品面料。
大豆蛋白纤维是以脱去油脂的大豆豆粕作原料,提取植物球蛋白经合成后制成的新型再生植物蛋白纤维,是由我国纺织科技工作者自主开发,并在国际上率先实现了工业化生产的高新技术,也是迄今为止我国获得的唯一完全知识产权的纤维发明。在成为纤维之前,要从大豆中提取蛋白质与高聚物为原料,采用生物工程等高新技术处理,经湿法纺丝而成。这种单丝,细度细、比重轻、拉伸强度高、耐酸耐碱性强、吸湿导湿性好。优于羊绒的手感,光泽能与蚕丝相媲美,棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能,还有明显的抑菌功能,被誉为“新世纪的健康舒适环保纤维”。以50%以上的大豆纤维与长绒棉混纺的高支纱,用于生产春、秋、冬季的薄型绒衫,其滑糯、轻盈、柔软,能保留精纺面料的光泽和细腻感,增加滑糯手感,也是生产轻薄柔软型高级西装和大衣的理想面料。用大豆纤维与真丝交织或与绢丝混纺制成的面料,既能保持丝绸亮泽、飘逸的特点,又能改善其悬垂性,消除产生汗渍及吸湿后贴肤的特点,是制作睡衣、衬衫、晚礼服等高档服装的理想面料。此外,大豆纤维与亚麻等麻纤维混纺,是制作功能性内衣及夏季服装的理想面料;与棉混纺的高支纱,是制造高档衬衫、高级寝卧具的理想材料;或者加入少量氨纶,手感柔软舒适,用于制作T恤、内衣、沙滩装、休闲服、运动服、时尚女装等,极具休闲风格。
但是,大豆纤维较细而滑,易产生起毛现象,易产生细菌,易产生静电,纤维耐湿热性差,且洗多了,衣服容易蓬松,因此,现需要一种含有大豆纤维的面料的制备工艺,制备好的面料能够克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1. 将大豆蛋白纤维和纤维素纤维按配方中的重量份比例进行混纺,得到大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层;
S2.将羊毛纤维层按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成为羊毛纤维层;
S3.按照配方中的重量份比例,配置好抗菌消毒剂,而后喷涂在羊毛纤维层中;
S4.将大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与羊毛纤维层粘接复合;
S5。将纳米竹炭纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成纳米竹炭纤维层;
S6.将菠萝叶纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成菠萝叶纤维层;
S7.将羊毛纤维层中的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与纳米竹炭纤维层复合,再将纳米竹炭纤维的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好的纳米竹炭纤维层复合;
S8.将抗起球纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成抗起球纤维层,并在抗起球纤维层的表面喷涂负热膨胀材料;
S9.在抗起球纤维层中的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好后的纳米竹炭纤维层复合;
S10.将复合好的材料放入烘箱中,烘干,烘箱的温度为40℃-60℃,烘干后取出。
所述配方为:30-40大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、10-15抗起球纤维层、35-45羊毛纤维层、15-20纳米竹炭纤维层、1-3防蚊虫叮咬剂、20-30菠萝叶纤维层、2-5抗菌消毒剂,3-6负热膨胀材料,所述大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层中,大豆蛋白纤维的重量份为25-30,纤维素纤维的重量份为5-10。
进一步地,所述负热膨胀材料由碳纳米管、Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、纤维素粘合剂制备成,其中按照重量份,0.2-0.5碳纳米管、0.3-0.5Mn3 Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、0.1-0.2纤维素粘合剂, Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N为反钙钛矿结构的负热膨胀材料,其在-10℃-50℃温度区间具有很好的负热膨胀性能,其与碳纳米管,纤维素粘结剂结合,能够很好地抑制面料的反复清洗后的膨胀。
进一步地,所述Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体的大小为150目-250目,在此大小区间内的粉体材料能够有效地与碳纳米管结合。
进一步地,所述抗菌消毒剂由纳米银、纳米二氧化钛粉末、纳米氧化锌和羟基磷灰石组成,其中按照重量份,0.5-0.9纳米银、1-3纳米二氧化钛粉末,0.2-0.5纳米氧化锌、0.3-0.6羟基磷灰石。
进一步地,所述纳米二氧化钛的大小为50-90nm,所述纳米银的大小为40-50nm,所述纳米氧化锌的大小为50-80nm。
进一步地,所述防蚊虫叮咬剂由二氯二苯三氯乙烷、乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚和乙二醇乙醚主成,其中按照重量份,0.25-0.6二氯二苯三氯乙烷、0.25-0.7乙二醇丁醚、0.25-0.8乙二醇甲醚和0.25-0.9乙二醇乙醚。
进一步地,所述纤维素纤维为棉纤维或麻纤维。
进一步地,所述抗起球纤维层为抗起球腈纶。
本发明的一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料按照以下工艺制备:
S1. 将大豆蛋白纤维和纤维素纤维按配方中的重量份比例进行混纺,得到大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层;
S2.将羊毛纤维层按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成为羊毛纤维层;
S3.按照配方中的重量份比例,配置好抗菌消毒剂,而后喷涂在羊毛纤维层中;
S4.将大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与羊毛纤维层粘接复合;
S5。将纳米竹炭纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成纳米竹炭纤维层;
S6.将菠萝叶纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成菠萝叶纤维层;
S7.将羊毛纤维层中的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与纳米竹炭纤维层复合,再将纳米竹炭纤维的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好的菠萝叶纤维层复合;
S8.将抗起球纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成抗起球纤维层,并在抗起球纤维层的表面喷涂负热膨胀材料;
S9.在抗起球纤维层中的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好后的纳米竹炭纤维层复合;
S10.将复合好的材料放入烘箱中,烘干,烘箱的温度为40℃-60℃,烘干后取出。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
1、大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层兼备大豆蛋白纤维柔软手感,蚕丝般的柔和光泽,棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性,还有纤维素纤维的防静电和耐湿热的特性,另外负热膨胀材料设置于抗起球纤维的表面,有效抑制了面料经过清洗后变大的缺陷,抗起球纤维有效防止了面料的起球缺陷,另外面料中添加了防蚊虫叮咬剂和抗菌消毒剂,有效防止蚊虫的叮咬和对皮肤的伤害。
2、Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N为反钙钛矿结构的负热膨胀材料,其在-10℃-50℃温度区间具有很好的负热膨胀性能,其与碳纳米管,纤维素粘结剂结合,能够很好地抑制面料的反复清洗后的膨胀,且目前没有关于负热膨胀材料与面料结合的相关技术,有效地填补了这一技术空白。
3、本发明制备的面料具有舒适保暖、防粘的良好性能,在保证了穿着的舒适性的同时,令使用此面料制作成为的衣服具有良好的保暖性能,绿色环保,健康指数高。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料,由里层到外层依次由大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、羊毛纤维层、纳米竹炭纤维层、菠萝叶纤维层、抗起球纤维层 ,所述菠萝叶纤维层设有防蚊虫叮咬剂,所述羊毛纤维层设有抗菌消毒剂,所述抗起球纤维层设有负热膨胀材料,上述组成按照下列重量份制备而成:30大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、10抗起球纤维层、35羊毛纤维层、15纳米竹炭纤维层、1防蚊虫叮咬剂、20菠萝叶纤维层、2抗菌消毒剂,3负热膨胀材料,所述大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层中,大豆蛋白纤维的重量份为25,纤维素纤维的重量份为5,所述负热膨胀材料由碳纳米管、Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、纤维素粘合剂制备成,其中按照重量份,0.2碳纳米管、0.3Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、0.1纤维素粘合剂,Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N为反钙钛矿结构的负热膨胀材料,其在-10℃-50℃温度区间具有很好的负热膨胀性能,其与碳纳米管,纤维素粘结剂结合,能够很好地抑制面料的反复清洗后的膨胀,所述抗菌消毒剂由纳米银、纳米二氧化钛粉末、纳米氧化锌和羟基磷灰石组成,其中按照重量份,0.5纳米银、1纳米二氧化钛粉末,0.2纳米氧化锌、0.3羟基磷灰石,所述纳米二氧化钛的大小为50nm,所述纳米银的大小为40nm,所述纳米氧化锌的大小为50nm,所述防蚊虫叮咬剂由二氯二苯三氯乙烷、乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚和乙二醇乙醚主成,其中按照重量份,0.25二氯二苯三氯乙烷、0.25乙二醇丁醚、0.25乙二醇甲醚和0.25乙二醇乙醚,所述纤维素纤维为棉纤维,所述抗起球纤维层为抗起球腈纶。
本发明的一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料按照以下工艺制备:
S1. 将大豆蛋白纤维和纤维素纤维按配方中的重量份比例进行混纺,得到大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层;
S2.将羊毛纤维层按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成为羊毛纤维层;
S3.按照配方中的重量份比例,配置好抗菌消毒剂,而后喷涂在羊毛纤维层中;
S4.将大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与羊毛纤维层粘接复合;
S5。将纳米竹炭纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成纳米竹炭纤维层;
S6.将菠萝叶纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成菠萝叶纤维层;
S7.将羊毛纤维层中的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与纳米竹炭纤维层复合,再将纳米竹炭纤维的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好的菠萝叶纤维层复合;
S8.将抗起球纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成抗起球纤维层,并在抗起球纤维层的表面喷涂负热膨胀材料;
S9.在抗起球纤维层中的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好后的纳米竹炭纤维层复合;
S10.将复合好的材料放入烘箱中,烘干,烘箱的温度为50℃,烘干后取出。
实施例2:
一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料,由里层到外层依次由大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、羊毛纤维层、纳米竹炭纤维层、菠萝叶纤维层、抗起球纤维层 ,所述菠萝叶纤维层设有防蚊虫叮咬剂,所述羊毛纤维层设有抗菌消毒剂,所述抗起球纤维层设有负热膨胀材料,上述组成按照下列重量份制备而成:40大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、15抗起球纤维层、45羊毛纤维层、20纳米竹炭纤维层、3防蚊虫叮咬剂、30菠萝叶纤维层、5抗菌消毒剂,6负热膨胀材料,所述大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层中,大豆蛋白纤维的重量份为30,纤维素纤维的重量份为10,所述负热膨胀材料由碳纳米管、Mn3 Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、纤维素粘合剂制备成,其中按照重量份,00.5碳纳米管、0.5Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、0.2纤维素粘合剂,Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N为反钙钛矿结构的负热膨胀材料,其在-10℃-50℃温度区间具有很好的负热膨胀性能,其与碳纳米管,纤维素粘结剂结合,能够很好地抑制面料的反复清洗后的膨胀,所述Mn3 Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体的大小为150目,所述抗菌消毒剂由纳米银、纳米二氧化钛粉末、纳米氧化锌和羟基磷灰石组成,其中按照重量份,0.9纳米银、3纳米二氧化钛粉末,0.5纳米氧化锌、0.6羟基磷灰石,所述纳米二氧化钛的大小为90nm,所述纳米银的大小为50nm,所述纳米氧化锌的大小为80nm,所述防蚊虫叮咬剂由二氯二苯三氯乙烷、乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚和乙二醇乙醚主成,其中按照重量份,0.6二氯二苯三氯乙烷0.7乙二醇丁醚、0.8乙二醇甲醚和0.9乙二醇乙醚,所述纤维素纤维为麻纤维,所述抗起球纤维层为抗起球腈纶。制备工艺同实施例1.
实施例3:
一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料,由里层到外层依次由大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、羊毛纤维层、纳米竹炭纤维层、菠萝叶纤维层、抗起球纤维层 ,所述菠萝叶纤维层设有防蚊虫叮咬剂,所述羊毛纤维层设有抗菌消毒剂,所述抗起球纤维层设有负热膨胀材料,上述组成按照下列重量份制备而成:35大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、12抗起球纤维层、40羊毛纤维层、17纳米竹炭纤维层、2防蚊虫叮咬剂、25菠萝叶纤维层、3抗菌消毒剂,5负热膨胀材料,所述大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层中,大豆蛋白纤维的重量份为27,纤维素纤维的重量份为7,所述负热膨胀材料由碳纳米管、Mn3 Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、纤维素粘合剂制备成,其中按照重量份,0.3碳纳米管、0.4Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、0.15纤维素粘合剂,所述Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体的大小为200目,。
进一步地,所述抗菌消毒剂由纳米银、纳米二氧化钛粉末、纳米氧化锌和羟基磷灰石组成,其中按照重量份,0.6纳米银、2二氧化钛粉末,0.3纳米氧化锌、0.5羟基磷灰石。
进一步地,所述纳米二氧化钛的大小为70nm,所述纳米银的大小为45nm,所述纳米氧化锌的大小为60nm。
进一步地,所述防蚊虫叮咬剂由二氯二苯三氯乙烷、乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚和乙二醇乙醚主成,其中按照重量份,0.4二氯二苯三氯乙烷、0.4乙二醇丁醚、0.5乙二醇甲醚和0.5乙二醇乙醚,所述纤维素纤维为棉纤维或麻纤维,所述抗起球纤维层为抗起球腈纶。
本发明的优点在于:

Claims (1)
1.一种抗静电耐湿热的大豆纤维混纺面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1. 将大豆蛋白纤维和纤维素纤维按配方中的重量份比例进行混纺,得到大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层,所述纤维素纤维为棉纤维或麻纤维;
S2.将羊毛纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成为羊毛纤维层;
S3.按照配方中的重量份比例,配置好抗菌消毒剂,而后喷涂在羊毛纤维层中,所述抗菌消毒剂由纳米银、纳米二氧化钛粉末、纳米氧化锌和羟基磷灰石组成,其中按照重量份,0.5-0.9纳米银、1-3纳米二氧化钛粉末,0.2-0.5纳米氧化锌、0.3-0.6羟基磷灰石,所述纳米二氧化钛粉末的大小为50-90nm,所述纳米银的大小为40-50nm,所述纳米氧化锌的大小为50-80nm;
S4.将大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与羊毛纤维层粘接复合;
S5.将纳米竹炭纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成纳米竹炭纤维层;
S6.将菠萝叶纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成菠萝叶纤维层;
S7.将羊毛纤维层中的上表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与纳米竹炭纤维层复合,再将纳米竹炭纤维的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好的菠萝叶纤维层复合;
S8.将抗起球纤维按照配方中的重量份比例纺织成抗起球纤维层,并在抗起球纤维层的表面喷涂负热膨胀材料,所述负热膨胀材料由碳纳米管、Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、纤维素粘合剂制备成,其中按照重量份,0.2-0.5碳纳米管、0.3-0.5Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体、0.1-0.2纤维素粘合剂,所述Mn3Cu0.2Zn0.2Ca0.6N粉体的大小为150目-250目,所述抗起球纤维层为抗起球腈纶;
S9.在抗起球纤维层中的下表面喷涂聚酯树脂浆料,与复合好后的纳米竹炭纤维层复合;
S10.将复合好的材料放入烘箱中,烘干,烘箱的温度为40℃-60℃,烘干后取出;
所述配方为:30-40大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层、10-15抗起球纤维层、35-45羊毛纤维层、15-20纳米竹炭纤维层、1-3防蚊虫叮咬剂、20-30菠萝叶纤维层、2-5抗菌消毒剂,3-6负热膨胀材料,所述大豆蛋白纤维-纤维素纤维混纺层中,大豆蛋白纤维的重量份为25-30,纤维素纤维的重量份为5-10。
