Abstract

本发明公开了一种含W的R-Fe-B-Cu系烧结磁铁及急冷合金。烧结磁铁含有R2Fe14B型主相,所述的R为包括Nd或Pr的至少一种稀土元素,所述稀土磁铁的结晶晶界中含有0.004at%以上、0.26at%以下的富W区域,所述富W区域占所述烧结磁铁的5.0体积%~11.0体积%。该烧结磁铁通过微量的W钉扎结晶物在结晶晶界中偏析钉扎晶界的迁移,可以有效防止晶粒异常长大的产生,获得显著的改善效果。急冷合金的结晶晶界中含有0.004at%以上、0.26at%以下的富W区域,所述富W的区域占所述结晶晶界的至少50体积%。
