背景技术
糖尿病(DiabetesMellitus,DM)是一种多病因的代谢疾病,对糖尿病患者能够造成严重的身体损伤,甚至早死。随着人们生活水平的提高,人口老龄化以及肥胖发生率的增加,糖尿病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为继心脑血管疾病和恶性肿瘤之后,危害人类身体健康的第三大疾病。糖尿病主要表现为血中葡萄糖水平升高,引起糖代谢紊乱,继发蛋白质和脂肪代谢紊乱,并导致心脑血管疾病、肾功能衰竭、视网膜病变等。目前,糖尿病的治疗手段包括饮食治疗、运动治疗、口服降糖药物和注射胰岛素。尽管注射胰岛素和口服药物对糖尿病取得了明显的治疗效果,但同时也出现了不同的副作用,尤其对大血管、视网膜、神经组织造成了损伤。流行病学调查显示,多种饮食模式对肥胖和II型糖尿病的发生有较好的阻止作用。这就意味着营养调节和积极的生活方式对防止糖尿病及其并发症的发生是有效的,其中饮食治疗对糖尿病控制最为重要。天然降血糖食品具有来源广泛,副作用小,价格低廉等特点,容易被普通人接受,是日常保健、自我调养的最佳手段。因此,使用具有降血糖活性的天然产品作为糖尿病患者的辅助食品和辅助治疗手段日益受到人们的关注,也是今后的研究方向。
目前,市场上降血糖食品种类繁多,效果不理想,长期服用具有一定的副作用,且价格昂贵。
硒的有机化合物是人类摄取硒的主要来源。由于硒在地壳中分布稀少,全球硒资源匮乏,导致人类生存环境中硒元素不足和缺乏。全世界有几十个国家硒资源缺乏,缺硒人口约15亿,我国有三分之二的地区低硒或缺硒。虽然无机硒也能作为硒的补充剂而应用,我国也曾利用亚硒酸钠防治硒缺乏地区的克山病、大骨节病取得了显著的成效,但是无机硒的毒性和副作用较大,而有机硒不仅毒性小,而且生物利用率也较高,用食源性有机硒产品取代无机硒制剂(药片),对于我国地方性硒缺乏病的防治和缺硒人群补硒无疑是一种切实有效的途径。我国居民若要达到中国营养协会推荐的成人每人每天50-200微克的硒摄入量,需要大量安全有效的有机硒补硒产品。目前,硒的有机化有包括人工合成和生物转化两种手段。人工合成的产品很多,有硒化亚油酸,硒化脂多糖,肌醇硒酸脂等。这些产品由于生产工艺复杂,价格昂贵,难以在实际生产中应用。硒的生物有机化主要是通过植物、动物、微生物转化无机硒的方式生产有机硒,有机硒的活性成份主要是硒氨基酸及其衍生物硒多肽、硒多糖、硒核酸等,通过分析研究,其中的硒主要是以硒代半胱氨酸、硒代胱氨酸、硒代蛋氨酸、硒代甲硫氨酸等形式存在。

1.一种降血糖富硒青钱柳饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份物质制成:青钱柳叶40-60份,湖北海棠果5-15份,山楂5-15份,木瓜5-15份,箬叶3-8份,薄荷叶3-8份,含硒0.1%莱菔籽3-8份,三七3-8份,金银花3-8份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种降血糖富硒青钱柳饮品,其特征在于制备方法为:按需称取原料,混合,粉碎,过20目筛,加入原料质量3倍的纯净水,浸润1小时,-40~-20℃冷冻12~24小时,0~10℃自然解冻,待完全解冻后继续加入原料质量30倍的纯净水,60~90℃搅拌提取5~12小时;过滤,过滤液按每份100~1000ml的标准无菌灌装。

5.按照权利要求1所述的一种降血糖富硒青钱柳饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份物质制成:青钱柳叶45份,湖北海棠果10份,山楂12份,木瓜13份,箬叶4份,薄荷叶4份,含硒0.1%莱菔籽4份,三七4份,金银花4份。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一种降血糖富硒青钱柳饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份物质制成:青钱柳叶42份,湖北海棠果6份,山楂6份,木瓜6份,箬叶8份,薄荷叶8份,含硒0.1%莱菔籽8份,三七8份,金银花8份。
