本发明配方中沙棘果皮肉粉是药食两用品种沙棘的重要组成部分,是沙棘鲜果榨出果汁、祛除种籽后的剩余部分,是沙棘果外皮和果肉的混合物。其富含多种维生素、多种氨基酸、胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素、多糖类、多酚类化合物、原花青素、黄酮类化合物、甾醇类化合物、萜类化合物、多种微量元素等多种生物活性成分。沙棘果皮肉粉主要营养活性成分的测定(质量分数)为:蛋白质10.6%、膳食纤维44.8%、脂肪18.6%、总Vc1700mg·(100g)-1、Ve120mg·(100g)-1、总胡萝卜素41.9mg·(100g)-1、总黄酮5.5mg·(100g)-1、原花青素2.5g·(100g)-1、硒0.34mg·(100g)-1、铬0.24mg·(100g)-1。具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、降血脂、降血粘、降血糖、降低心肌耗氧、增加心肌供血、加强心脏功能、保肝护肝等广泛的保健药理作用。茯苓富含蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸、多糖化合物(24种)、三萜类化合物(83种)、甾醇类化合物。具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗炎、降血脂、保肝等广泛的保健药理作用。黄精富含多种维生素、胡萝卜素、多糖类、低聚糖、黄精皂甙等活性成分。具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤等多种保健药理作用。菊粉是一种天然可溶性膳食纤维,菊粉能改善肠道微环境,促进矿物质吸收,特别是增强Zn和Ca的吸收,促使胰岛素抗性增强、调节血糖、调节血脂、抗癌、预防肥胖等广泛的保健药理作用。燕麦富含维生素、蛋白质、多酚类化合物、生物碱及β-葡聚糖。具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、降血脂、降血糖的保健药理作用。沙棘果皮肉粉复合物合用,形成营养活性成分群,其共同叠加效应起到更有效的抗氧化及增强免疫力作用,维护机体健康。
本发明沙棘果皮肉粉复合物营养代餐粉制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、制备沙棘果皮肉粉:沙棘鲜果洗净、榨汁;得到沙棘果皮及果肉和沙棘籽混合物;采用低温(50℃)远红外线干燥装置干燥沙棘果皮及果肉和沙棘籽混合物,得到活性成分充分保留的高品质沙棘果皮及果肉;低温粉碎至120目以上得沙棘果皮肉粉。
(2)、制备茯苓提取物:茯苓破碎至20~40目;10~20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;50~90℃超声提取法提0.5~1小时,提取2次;过滤;滤液采用低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物25~40%的浓缩液;浓缩液采用喷粉装置喷粉制成120目以上的茯苓提取物粉剂。
(3)、制备黄精提取物:黄精破碎至20~40目;10~20倍纯水浸泡1小时以上;50~90℃超声提取法提0.5~1小时,提取2次;过滤;滤液采用低温负压热泵蒸发浓缩装置浓缩至固形物25~40%的浓缩液;浓缩液采用喷粉装置喷粉制成120目以上的黄精提取物粉剂。
(4)、本发明的菊粉、燕麦粉在市场选购高品质产品。
(5)、按比例称取沙棘果皮肉粉、茯苓提取物、黄精提取物、菊粉、燕麦粉;混合均匀;定量包装,即得营养代餐粉。
使用方法是:用温水冲泡调匀即可食用,每次食用量为20-40g。
本发明的有益结果:
(1)、本发明配方全为药食两用的普通食品,确保了产品的安全性,可以长期服用。
(2)、本发明营养代餐粉中的沙棘果皮肉粉是采用低温(50℃)远红外线干燥装置干燥制得,充分保留了抗氧化活性成分。以沙棘果皮肉粉为主,复配茯苓提取物、黄精提取物、菊粉、燕麦粉,形成营养活性成分群,使得营养代餐粉真正具有抗氧化功能作用。
具体实施方式:
以下实施例将对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
配方:沙棘果皮肉粉8公斤、茯苓提取物5公斤、黄精提取物5公斤、菊粉3公斤、燕麦粉9公斤。
混制:粉剂混合机混制。
包装:定量包装,每袋30克,理论产量1000袋,即得营养代餐粉。
实施例2:
配方:沙棘果皮肉粉16公斤、茯苓提取物10公斤、黄精提取物9公斤、菊粉6公斤、燕麦粉19公斤。
混制:粉剂混合机混制。
包装:定量包装,每袋30克,理论产量2000袋,即得营养代餐粉。
本发明营养代餐粉活性成分检测:
每100克代餐粉中原花青素>0.53g
沙棘黄酮>53mg
多糖>4.5g。
Claims (4)
1.一种富含抗氧化营养素的沙棘果皮肉粉复合物营养代餐粉,其特征是:由沙棘果皮肉粉、茯苓提取物、黄精提取物、菊粉、燕麦粉组成。其重量份数比例为:沙棘果皮肉粉10-30、茯苓提取物10-30、黄精提取物10-20、菊粉5-20、燕麦粉20-45。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种富含抗氧化营养素的沙棘果皮肉粉复合物营养代餐粉,其特征是:沙棘果皮肉采用低温(50℃)远红外线干燥装置干燥制得。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种富含抗氧化营养素的沙棘果皮肉粉复合物营养代餐粉,其特征是:茯苓提取物及黄精提取物的制取是采用超声提取法提取制得。
4.由权利要求1所述的一种富含抗氧化营养素的沙棘果皮肉粉复合物营养代餐粉,其特征是:营养代餐粉的活性成分检测每100克中含原花青素>0.35g、黄酮>50mg、多糖>3g。
