本发明公开了一种轮梁式车架非焊接汽车蒙皮的安装方法，该方法是：所述的汽车蒙皮包括有前围外蒙皮、后围外蒙皮、顶围外蒙皮和侧围外蒙皮；汽车蒙皮上固定有若干个卡扣；在轮梁式车架上固定纵连接梁和水平连接梁，在纵连接梁和水平连接梁上开设有若干卡孔，汽车蒙皮覆盖在固定纵连接梁和水平连接梁外表面，汽车蒙皮以卡扣卡在卡孔中，将汽车蒙皮固定在纵连接梁和水平连接梁外表面，汽车蒙皮与纵连接梁和水平连接梁外表面的接触面以胶粘合在一起。本发明整车汽车蒙皮组装非焊接，装配拆卸方便，减少了焊接变形，简化装配工艺，提高了生产效率。本发明适用于具有轮梁式车架的所有车型，包括轿车、越野车、SUV、中巴和大巴等。

本发明属于汽车技术领域，特别涉及一种轮梁式车架非焊接蒙皮的安装方法。
背景技术
现在汽车蒙皮技术主要应用在大型客车上，所谓蒙皮就是在汽车的车身骨架外面包装一层钢板。目前国内将客车蒙皮通常分为前、后围蒙皮,侧围蒙皮和车顶蒙皮,其成型及安装工艺方法较多，一般是经过冲压或滚压成型后的外蒙皮直接焊接或铆接在汽车骨架上。
虽然粘接技术也应用于侧蒙皮的安装，能够使客车的整体外表质量更加平直、美观,但生产工艺复杂、粘接材料成本高，目前在国内还没有推广，国外也处于试用阶段，高端乘用车在逐步使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足，提供了一种轮梁式车架非焊接汽车蒙皮的安装方法。
本发明的方法是：所述的汽车蒙皮包括有前围外蒙皮、后围外蒙皮、顶围外蒙皮和侧围外蒙皮；汽车蒙皮上固定有若干个卡扣；在轮梁式车架上固定纵连接梁和水平连接梁，在纵连接梁和水平连接梁上开设有若干卡孔，汽车蒙皮覆盖在固定纵连接梁和水平连接梁外表面，汽车蒙皮以卡扣卡在卡孔中，局部地方可再用铆钉固定，将汽车蒙皮固定在纵连接梁和水平连接梁外表面，汽车蒙皮与纵连接梁和水平连接梁外表面的接触面以胶粘合在一起。
本发明的有益效果：
整车汽车蒙皮组装非焊接，装配拆卸方便，减少了焊接变形，简化装配工艺，提高了生产效率。
本发明适用于具有轮梁式车架的所有车型，包括轿车、越野车、SUV、商务车、中巴和大巴等。

如图1、图2和图3所示，本发明的方法是：所述的汽车蒙皮1包括有前围外蒙皮、后围外蒙皮、顶围外蒙皮和侧围外蒙皮；汽车蒙皮1上固定有若干个卡扣2；在轮梁式车架上固定纵连接梁3和水平连接梁4，在纵连接梁3和水平连接梁4上开设有若干卡孔5，汽车蒙皮1覆盖在固定纵连接梁3和水平连接梁4外表面，汽车蒙皮1以卡扣2卡在卡孔5中，将汽车蒙皮1固定在纵连接梁3和水平连接梁4外表面，汽车蒙皮1与纵连接梁3和水平连接梁4外表面的接触面以胶粘合在一起。
