Abstract
一种黑墨草保健饮料及其制备方法,属于植物饮料技术领域。该饮料是由以下重量份的原料制成:黑墨草4-8份、淡竹叶4-8份、木香3-6份、姬松茸4-8份、生地4-8份、甘草4-8份、油甘果2-6份、丹参2-4、枸杞2-5份、决明子1-5份、水200-320份。本发明区均采用纯种的中草药,配方符合中医理论,具有祛五脏之邪毒、清肝明目、健脾宜肾的保健作用,作用均衡,安全无毒副作用,口感好,适合长期服用。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明属于植物饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种黑墨草保健饮料。
【背景技术】
植物性饮料,目前市场有王老吉凉茶、和其正凉茶等,这些凉茶主要是清心肝之火为主,而罗汉果生地茶,又以润肺清肝为主,其效果又不明显。广东凉茶功效较好,但是原料过多,成本过高,消费者不容易接受,难以形成饮用习惯,甚至花钱喝凉茶还不如花钱喝中药划算,然而中药又很难喝,味道不佳。而且凉茶原料多是寒凉的中草药,长期喝有伤脾胃的风险。现代人生活节奏快,压力大、心情容易烦躁,这些因素导致人们容易五脏六腑功能失调,阴阳五行失去平衡,产生亚健康状态,而且亚健康的人们去医院检查和治疗意义不大,而且非常耗费时间。
【发明内容】
针对上述存在的问题,提供一种黑墨草保健植物饮料及其制备方法,本发明均采用纯种的中草药,配方符合中医理论,具有祛五脏之邪毒、清肝明目、健脾宜肾的的保健作用,作用均衡,不仅安全无毒副作用,在口感与制作流程的复杂程度上也具有优势。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种黑墨草保健饮料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:黑墨草4-8份、淡竹叶4-8份、木香3-6份、姬松茸4-8份、生地4-8份、甘草4-8份、油甘果2-6份、丹参2-4、枸杞2-5份、决明子1-5份、水200-320份。
进一步地,所述黑墨草保健饮料是由以下重量份的原料制成:黑墨草5份、淡竹叶5份、木香4份、姬松茸5份、生地6份、甘草6份、油甘果4份、丹参3份、枸杞3份、决明子3份、水260份。
上述黑墨草保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取如下原料:黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞、决明子用水分别洗净,将其中的残渣,泥土清洗净,捞出放置于阴凉通风处静置自然风干;
2)将黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、决明子放入砂锅中,加入清水,武火煎1-2个小时,文火煎2个小时,过滤得药水原液备用;
3)取步骤2)中的药水原液,加入甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞武火煎0.5-1个小时,文火2-3个小时,过滤得药汁;
4)将步骤3)中的药汁倒入容器中,并去渣、过滤,静置30-50分钟;
5)加入2-5倍量药汁煮沸过的纯化水加以稀释,过程中加入适量蔗糖调味,而后静置至温度为20-35℃,得混合液;
6)将步骤5)中200ml混合液倒入订制好的容器当中,密封放置于阴凉通风处保存即可。
本发明中所用的姬松茸为一味珍贵的中草药,姬松茸中含氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、真菌溶菌酶,以及糖类(还原糖和多糖)、麦角甾醇、三萜类、香豆精甙、挥发油、硬脂酸、苯甲酸、生物碱、维生素B2及℃等;孢子还含甘露醇、海藻糖等十几种对人体有宜处的营养元素,固姬松茸历代被医药家视为滋补强壮、扶正固本的神奇珍品。姬松茸主要通过调节人体的中枢神经系统、心血管系统代谢和内分泌功以达到增强人体的免疫力、保肝解毒、改善心血管系统的功效。
本发明中所用的决明子,是豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子,以其有明目之功而名之。决明子味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂,高血压。具有清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,降血压降血脂的功效。
利用中草药制作的植物饮品,都不可避免的的会出现以下问题:一是中药经过砂锅及武火的煎煮会散发出一股烧焦的气味;二是中药的味道基本都是苦的,本发明人解决了上述两个问题,使得本发明在不影响植物饮料的药性的基础上使本发明不仅没有焦糊的味道而且口感非常的好,老少皆宜。
关于焦糊的问题,配方中使用合适的油甘果及丹参,步骤3)中减少武火的时间,使用得其中的药性不仅能够快速的融入植物饮料中,而且因为增加了文火的时间,油甘果与丹参的芳香能够很好的挥发出来进而掩盖了焦糊的气味。
关于口感苦涩的问题,发明入在试制过程中发现,加入一定量的甘草及枸杞可以中和掉苦涩的口感。加之甘草及枸杞具有非常好的保健及药效,为本发明的饮料更增添了附加值。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的黑墨草保健饮料融和了黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞、决明子多味对人体有益的中药,且各种药物之间药性不相克。结合在一起具有抗氧化、提高免疫力、保护心脑血管、抗肿瘤、降血糖、清肝明日、益气补肾、抗病毒等独特的保健功效,具有非常高的营养价值。
2、本发明通过配方结合工艺的优化,制得的中药保健植物饮料不仅营养价值高,而且口感和味道都非常适合各个年龄段的人群饮用,且该方法对植物饮料的制作也有着有益的借鉴效果。

本发明公开了一种黑墨草保健饮料及其制备方法,制得的中药保健植物饮料不仅营养价值高,而且口感和味道都非常适合各个年龄段的人群饮用。以下通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例1
一种黑墨草保健饮料,由如下重量份的原料制成:黑墨草4份、淡竹叶4份、木香3份、姬松茸4份、生地4份、甘草4份、油甘果2份、丹参2份、枸杞2份、决明子1份、水200份。
上述黑墨草保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取如下原料:黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞、决明子用水分别洗净,将其中的残渣,泥土清洗净,捞出放置于阴凉通风处静置自然风干;

1)取如下原料:黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞、决明子用水分别洗净,将其中的残渣,泥土清洗净,捞出放置于阴凉通风处静置自然风干;
2)将黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、决明子放入砂锅中,加入清水,武火煎1-2个小时,文火煎2个小时,过滤得药水原液备用;
3)取步骤2)中的药水原液,加入甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞武火煎0.5-1个小时,文火2-3个小时,过滤得药汁;
4)将步骤3)中的药汁倒入容器中,并去渣、过滤,静置30-50分钟;

上述黑墨草保健饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)取如下原料:黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞、决明子用水分别洗净,将其中的残渣,泥土清洗净,捞出放置于阴凉通风处静置自然风干;
2)将黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、决明子放入砂锅中,加入清水,武火煎1-2个小时,文火煎2个小时,过滤得药水原液备用;
3)取步骤2)中的药水原液,加入甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞武火煎0.5-1个小时,文火2-3个小时,过滤得药汁;
4)将步骤3)中的药汁倒入容器中,并去渣、过滤,静置30-50分钟;

对比例1
本对比例与实施例2的不同之处在于,未使用油甘果与丹参,将武火的时间维持与步骤2一样,其他组分的含量不变,其它的制作方法也与实施例2相同。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例4的不同之处在于,步骤(3)中没有加入甘草与枸杞,其他组分的含量不变,制作方法也与实施例4相同
将实施例2、4与对比例1、2所制得的黑墨草保健饮料口感、味道上的作比较,具体结果如表1所示。

从表1的结果来看,本发明的实施例所制得的饮料,通过配方结合工艺的优化,制得的黑墨草保健饮料口感与气味都具有其特点,气味不再有传统中药的焦糊感觉,并在制作中解决了中药口感的的关键问题,在气味和口感上更具有优势。

1.一种黑墨草保健饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料是由以下重量份的原料制成:黑墨草4-8份、淡竹叶4-8份、木香3-6份、姬松茸4-8份、生地4-8份、甘草4-8份、油甘果2-6份、丹参2-4、枸杞2-5份、决明子1-5份、水200-320份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑墨草保健饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料是由以下重量份的原料制成:黑墨草5份、淡竹叶5份、木香4份、姬松茸5份、生地6份、甘草6份、油甘果4份、丹参3份、枸杞3份、决明子3份、水260份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黑墨草保健饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)取如下原料:黑墨草、淡竹叶、木香、姬松茸、生地、甘草、油甘果、丹参、枸杞、决明子用水分别洗净,将其中的残渣,泥土清洗净,捞出放置于阴凉通风处静置自然风干;
