Abstract

本发明公开了一种硅磷氮协同阻燃的环氧树脂。该环氧树脂由含硅环氧单体、环氧树脂、含磷固化剂和含氮固化剂组成;其中:所述含硅环氧单体为二甲基二缩水甘油醚氧基硅烷;含硅环氧单体和环氧树脂的摩尔比为1:9-9:1,含磷固化剂与含氮固化剂的摩尔比为1:9-9:1;环氧树脂体系中的环氧基团的摩尔数与固化剂中的羟基和氨基的摩尔加和相等。本发明的环氧树脂阻燃性能好、绿色,可应用于涂料领域、复合材料领域、粘接剂领域、微电子领域,尤其是可拓展电子电器等高端领域的应用。

Description

一种硅磷氮协同阻燃的环氧树脂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环氧树脂,尤其是一种硅磷氮协同阻燃的环氧树脂。
背景技术
环氧树脂作为一种性能优良的热固性高分子材料,广泛应用于涂料、粘合剂、复合材料等领域,至今已有60年历史。最近研究主要集中在环氧树脂多样化和高性能应用方面,而阻燃性能的不足限制了环氧树脂在电子电器等高端领域的发展。
使用传统添加型阻燃剂,是环氧树脂阻燃改性的一种高效便捷的方法。中国专利CN1429251A公开了一种可抑制自红磷溶出的含氧酸,且可对半导体密封用环氧树脂赋与优异阻燃性的环氧树脂用红磷系阻燃剂。该环氧树脂用红磷系阻燃剂,是红磷粒子表面以含无水锌化合物的热固性树脂,或是将红磷粒子表面以无机物包覆后再以含无水锌化合物热固性树脂包覆成的包覆红磷所构成。中国专利申请CN1432047A公开了一种用于包封半导体的环氧树脂组合物,它基本上不含卤素基阻燃剂或锑化合物并具有优异的可模塑性,阻燃性,高温储存特性,耐湿性的可靠性,和耐焊接开裂性。中国专利申请CN1328088A公开了一种非卤非磷阻燃环氧树脂组合物,其是具有良好的阻燃特性,且不含卤素及磷氮物质的阻燃添加剂,该环氧树脂组合物包括:(a)100重量份环氧树脂;(b)40~60重量份酚醛树脂固化剂;及(c)5~60重量份硅土-酚醛树脂混成的阻燃剂。
但是,为达到足够的阻燃效率,传统添加型阻燃剂的使用量大,与基体树脂不相容导致环氧树脂基体性能的整体下降。同时,为应对欧盟REACH法案和RHOS指令,研究者将方向转变为无卤反应型阻燃剂的研究上,即通过化学反应将非卤阻燃元素以共价键的形式引入环氧树脂基体树脂中,以克服上述的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在于提供一种阻燃性能好的硅磷氮协同阻燃的环氧树脂。该环氧树脂通过将硅、磷、氮三种绿色阻燃元素以共价键的方式键入环氧固化体系中。
本发明提供一种硅磷氮协同阻燃的环氧树脂,其由含硅环氧单体、环氧树脂、含磷固化剂和含氮固化剂组成;其中:所述含硅环氧单体为二甲基二缩水甘油醚氧基硅烷(DMDGS);含硅环氧单体和环氧树脂的摩尔比为1:9-9:1,含磷固化剂与含氮固化剂的摩尔比为1:9-9:1;环氧树脂体系中的环氧基团的摩尔数与固化剂中的羟基和氨基的摩尔加和相等。
本发明中,二甲基二缩水甘油醚氧基硅烷(DMDGS)的结构式如下:
本发明中,所述含磷固化剂为双9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂-10-氧化菲基对苯二甲醇diDOPO-TDCA),结构式如下:
本发明中,所述含氮固化剂为4,4`-二氨基二苯甲烷。
本发明中,所述环氧树脂选自缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂,缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂,缩水甘油胺类环氧树脂,线型脂肪族类环氧树脂或脂环族类环氧树脂中的任意一种。实施例中选用DER332,E44,E51为例说明。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)利用硅、磷、氮元素各自的阻燃机理协同提高环氧树脂的阻燃性能,同时,弱化每一种元素单独引入过量导致的环氧树脂基体性能下降的问题。
(2)将硅、磷、氮以共价键的形式引入到环氧树脂分子结构中,避免了树脂长期贮存和使用时阻燃元素的迁移,增加了环氧树脂的有效使用年限。
(3)将Si-O键引入环氧树脂中,可以起到明显的增韧效果,克服了环氧树脂固有的脆性弱点。
(4)可成为高级环氧树脂应用于涂料领域、复合材料领域、粘接剂领域、微电子领域,尤其是可拓展电子电器等高端领域的应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。实施例中,DMDGS、diDOPO-TDCA均为实验室自制。
实施例1
将2.04g的DMDGS,31.50gDER332(DMDGS:DER332=1:9,摩尔比)溶解在50ml甲苯中,加入46.31g的diDOPO-TDCA,1.80gDDM(diDOPO-TDCA:DDM=9:1,摩尔比),混合均匀,40℃真空下抽干甲苯,然后放入烘箱中,135℃固化12h,再升至160℃固化2h,190℃固化2h,220℃固化2h制备得到一种硅磷氮含量的阻燃环氧树脂。经检测其氧指数为35.0(GB/T2406.1-2008)。
实施例2
将4.08g的DMDGS,36.36gE44(DMDGS:E44=2:8,摩尔比)溶解在50ml甲苯中,加入37.73g的diDOPO-TDCA,3.30gDDM(diDOPO-TDCA:DDM=8:2,摩尔比),混合均匀,40℃真空下抽干甲苯,然后放入烘箱中,135℃固化12h,再升至160℃固化2h,190℃固化2h,220℃固化2h制备得到一种硅磷氮含量的阻燃环氧树脂。经检测其氧指数为35.5(GB/T2406.1-2008)。
实施例3
将6.12g的DMDGS,27.45gE51(DMDGS:E51=3:7,摩尔比)溶解在50ml甲苯中,加入28.30g的diDOPO-TDCA,4.24gDDM(diDOPO-TDCA:DDM=7:3,摩尔比),混合均匀,40℃真空下抽干甲苯,然后放入烘箱中,135℃固化12h,再升至160℃固化2h,190℃固化2h,220℃固化2h制备得到一种硅磷氮含量的阻燃环氧树脂。经检测其氧指数为36.0(GB/T2406.1-2008)。
实施例4-10
制备一种硅磷氮含量的阻燃环氧树脂的方法如实施例1。改变DMDGS与DER332、diDOPO-TDCA与DDM的配比,制备得到一系列不同硅磷氮含量的阻燃环氧树脂,配比和氧指数如表1所示:

1.一种硅磷氮协同阻燃的环氧树脂,其特征在于:其由含硅环氧单体、环氧树脂、含磷固化剂和含氮固化剂组成;其中:所述含硅环氧单体为二甲基二缩水甘油醚氧基硅烷;含硅环氧单体和环氧树脂的摩尔比为1:9-9:1,含磷固化剂与含氮固化剂的摩尔比为1:9-9:1;环氧树脂体系中的环氧基团的摩尔数与固化剂中的羟基和氨基的摩尔加和相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂,其特征在于:所述含磷固化剂为双9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂-10-氧化菲基对苯二甲醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂,其特征在于:所述含氮固化剂为4,4`-二氨基二苯甲烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂选自缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂,缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂,缩水甘油胺类环氧树脂,线型脂肪族类环氧树脂或者脂环族类环氧树脂中的任意一种。
