Abstract
本发明公开了一种蜂蜜养身酒,属于保健养生酒的制备方法;旨在提供一种酒精度适中、口感好、有效成分损失少的保健养身酒。它由下列重量份的药材经100份的蜂蜜酒泡制1年而成:蜂王浆3份、三七1份、枸杞0.2份、红花0.2份、血藤1份;所述的蜂蜜酒由下列重量份的原料酿造而成:大米100份、蜂蜜15份、蜂花粉10份、酵母0.6份,其制备方法是:用45℃的热水浸泡大米2小时,捞出沥干、蒸熟;将蒸熟的米饭摊凉,拌入蜂蜜、蜂花粉和酵母,加入45℃的热水,搅拌均匀至邹庄粥状;密封自然发酵7天,然后按蒸馏法制成35°的白酒。本发明具有美容养颜、补肾养胃、促进新陈代谢、促进睡眠、增强免疫力等功效;是一种保健养生酒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种养身酒制备方法方法,尤其涉及一种蜂蜜养身酒的制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜酒对失眠、健忘、精神不振和胃肠慢性病等有疗效;对慢性支气管炎和哮喘等痼疾亦有良好作用;特别是能使皮肤红润,永葆青春,并能增强抗衰老和抗感冒力。目前制作蜂蜜酒的方法很多,主要有采用蜂蜜纯酿造、也有采用粮食和蜂蜜酿造,还有添加多种药物酿造等。但这些蜂蜜酒大多没有经过蒸馏,因此酒精度较低,口感较差,类似于饮料。申请号为“201410695038.5”、名称为“三七蜂蜜酒的制作方法”的中国专利文献公开了一种蜂蜜酒的制作方法,虽然采用了白酒(烧酒或烤酒)蒸馏工艺,但在蒸馏过程中三七等药材的许多有有效成分会进入酒糟中而造成浪费;不仅如此,高温蒸馏过程中,药材中的有效成分容易因高温而损失,养生效果会受到影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种酒精度适中、口感好、有效成分损失少的蜂蜜养身酒。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案由下列重量份的药材经100份的蜂蜜酒泡制1年而成:蜂王浆3份、三七1份、枸杞0.2份、红花0.2份、血藤1份。
上述技术方案中的蜂蜜酒由下列重量份的原料酿造而成:大米100份、蜂蜜15份、蜂花粉10份、酵母0.6份,其制备方法如下:
1)用45℃的热水浸泡大米2小时,捞出沥干、蒸熟;
2)将蒸熟的米饭摊凉,拌入蜂蜜、蜂花粉和酵母,加入45℃的热水,搅拌均匀至邹庄粥状;
3)密封自然发酵7天,然后按蒸馏法制成35°的白酒。
蜂蜜味甘、性平,归脾、肺、心、胃、大肠经。具有滋阴润燥、补虚润肺、解毒、调和诸药的作用。常用于肺燥咳嗽、体虚、肠燥便秘、口疮、水火烫伤、胃脘疼痛,还可以解乌头、附子之毒。蜂蜜中含有果糖、葡萄糖、酶、蛋白质、维生素及多种矿物质。常吃可以防治贫血、心脏病、肠胃病等,并能提高人体免疫力。试验表明,蜂蜜中含有与人体血清浓度相似的各种无机盐,如铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等,还有多种维生素和有机酸,因此蜂蜜被称为“血清之王”。另外,蜂蜜中含有花粉粒,经常喝蜂蜜会对花粉粒过敏产生一定的抵抗力:蜂蜜中含有极微量的毒性液体——蜂毒,也有一定的抗过敏作用,在临床上常被用于支气管炎、哮喘等过敏性疾病的治疗。
蜂花粉是花粉团,经蜂巢内储藏和发酵后形成的花粉。其主要食疗成分是:蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、蜂花粉素、微量元素、活性酶、黄酮类化合物、脂类、核酸、芸苔素、植酸等。其中氨基酸含量及比例是最接近联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐的氨基酸模式,这在天然食品中极其少见。蜂花粉是有营养价值和药效价值的物质所组成的浓缩物,它含蛋白质、碳水化合物、矿物质、维生素和其它活性物质。蜂花粉既是极好的天然营养食品,同时也是一种理想的滋补品,并具有一定的医疗作用。
蜂花粉来源于大自然,是蜜蜂从显花植物(蜜源植物和花粉源植物)花蕊内采集的花粉粒,并加入了特殊的腺体分泌物(花蜜和唾液)混合而成了一种不规则扁圆形状物。蜂花粉具有独特的天然保健作用与医疗及美容价值,被越来越多的人所认识,是种高蛋白低脂肪营养保健食品,被誉为“全能的营养食品”“浓缩的天然药库”“内服的化妆品”等,是人类天然食品中的瑰宝。
蜂王浆又名蜂皇浆、蜂乳,是工蜂培育幼虫时咽头腺的分泌物,是供给将要变成蜂王的幼虫的食物,也是蜂王终身的食物。所谓蜂王浆就是青壮年蜜蜂食用花粉后分泌的一种乳状物,此乳状物就像哺乳动物的乳汁并且极具营养价值和免疫功能而且含有极高的长寿因子,蜜蜂和蜂王在卵期是一样的,孵化后吃三天蜂王浆以后改为吃蜂蜜和花粉的长成蜜蜂,孵化后一直食用蜂王浆的长成蜂王,蜜蜂的寿限在一至六个月而蜂王因一直食用蜂王浆一般能活五到七年。
三七,甘、微苦、温,归肝、胃经;有散瘀止血,消肿定痛之功效;主治咯血,吐血,衄血,便血,崩漏,外伤出血,胸腹刺痛,跌扑肿痛等症。
枸杞,甘、平,有养肝,滋肾,润肺之功效。
红花,辛、温,入心、肝经;有活血通经,去瘀止痛之功效;主治经闭,症瘕,难产,死胎,产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛,痈肿,跌扑损伤等症。
血藤,苦、平,有败毒消痈、活血通络之功效;主治治急、慢性阑尾炎,风湿痹痛,赤痢,血淋,月经不调,疳积,虫痛,跌扑损伤等症。
与现有技术比较,本发明方法由于采用了上述技术方案,采用发酵、蒸馏酿造工艺制备中度蜂蜜酒,并在酿造过程中添加了蜂花粉;因此蜂蜜酒具有美容养颜、补肾养胃、促进新陈代谢、促进睡眠、增强免疫力等功效。不仅如此,由于采用了传统的浸提方法,因此能够避免蜂王浆、三七、红花和血藤等贵重中药材因高温蒸馏而使部分有效成分丧失,从而使得发明的养生效果更加明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明蜂蜜养身酒由下列重量份的药材经100份的蜂蜜酒泡制1年而成:蜂王浆3份、三七1份、枸杞0.2份、红花0.2份、血藤1份。其中,所述蜂蜜酒由下列重量份的原料酿造而成:大米100份、蜂蜜15份、蜂花粉10份、酵母0.6份,其制备方法如下:
1)用45℃的热水浸泡大米2小时,捞出沥干、蒸熟;
2)将蒸熟的米饭摊凉,拌入蜂蜜、蜂花粉和酵母,加入45℃的热水,搅拌均匀至邹庄粥状;
3)密封自然发酵7天,然后按蒸馏法制成35°的白酒。

1.一种蜂蜜养身酒,其特征在于由下列重量份的药材经100份的蜂蜜酒泡制1年而成:蜂王浆3份、三七1份、枸杞0.2份、红花0.2份、血藤1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂蜜养身酒,其特征在于:所述蜂蜜酒由下列重量份的原料酿造而成:大米100份、蜂蜜15份、蜂花粉10份、酵母0.6份,其制备方法如下:
1)用45℃的热水浸泡大米2小时,捞出沥干、蒸熟;
2)将蒸熟的米饭摊凉,拌入蜂蜜、蜂花粉和酵母,加入45℃的热水,搅拌均匀至邹庄粥状;
3)密封自然发酵7天,然后按蒸馏法制成35°的白酒。
