技术领域
本发明涉及包含金属磁性颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料、将复合磁性材料形成规定的固体形状的磁性体及以磁性体作为构成要素的线圈部件。
背景技术
在以便携设备为首的电子设备中,高性能化正在推进,因此,所使用的部件也要求高的性能。另外,由于被搭载于电子设备的部件数量处于增加趋势,因此部件的小型化的活动更加高涨。特别是到现在为止,大多使用铁氧体的、例如3mm以下那样的小型部件也要求高的性能,正在进行使用金属磁性材料的研究。
作为使用金属磁性材料的线圈部件,如专利文献1中记载的那样,有将线圈埋入合金粉末的压粉体中的方法。在专利文献1的技术中,进行了通过使用粒径比较小的合金粉末而降低损失的研究。但是,若单纯地减小粒径,比表面积就会增大,因此往往成为成形性降低的方向。因此,结果是,施加高的成形压,形成压粉体。

发明要解决的课题
但是,现有的方法如专利文献1的实施例所示,例如需要600MPa这样的非常高的成形压力,在这样的压力下,不能忽视施加在线圈上的应力。特别是使用细导线的线圈容易变形,或容易产生断线,这样,由于是以高的成形压力为前提,因此成为可使用的导线的可选择种类被限定的主要原因。另外,因施加高的压力,有时会对合金颗粒中施加应力,使得导磁率下降。另外,作为其他方法,有金属磁性颗粒的表面处理等。例如,通过使用偶联剂(coupling agent),金属磁性颗粒浸润性改善,能够得到稳定的复合磁性材料。但是,该方法中,偶联剂存在的部分成为降低合金颗粒的填充率的原因。
根据这种情况,在促进小型化方面,重要的是不依靠高的压力而形成磁性体。本发明的课题在于,提供一种成形时不需要高的压力的复合磁性材料、以及具有这种复合磁性材料的线圈部件。
用于解决课题的技术方案
作为不需要高的压力的磁性体的形成方法,可举出使用金属磁性颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料,并使该树脂溶解的温热成形(warm forming),在温热成形中,需要增加树脂的比例,难以如压粉成形那样提高金属磁性颗粒的填充率。因此,本发明人在不使金属磁性颗粒以外的添加物的比例增加的前提下进行了研究。其结果发现,金属磁性颗粒表面的氧化状态对磁性颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料的流动性造成影响,提高了填充性。具体地说,金属磁性颗粒表面的氧少,可改善其与树脂的相性,降低作为混合有金属磁性颗粒的复合磁性材料的粘度物性。即,发现通过降低该磁性颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料的粘度物性,改善了流动性,可实现高的填充。
以上述见解为出发点进一步认真研究的结果是,本发明人完成了如下的本发明。
(1)一种线圈部件,由含有合金颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料和线圈构成,上述线圈部件中,上述合金颗粒的表面的氧比率为50%以下。
(2)根据(1)的线圈部件,其中,上述氧比率为30~40%。
(3)根据(1)或(2)的任一项记载的线圈部件,其中,包括被埋入在上述复合磁性材料中的线圈。
(4)根据(1)或(2)的任一项记载的线圈部件,其中,包括形成在上述复合磁性材料的内侧的线圈。
发明效果
根据本发明,通过使用合金颗粒表面的氧比率为50%以下的合金颗粒,改善了合金颗粒表面和树脂的浸润性。该复合磁性材料的粘性阻力减小,由此流动性好,即使是低的压力或不加压力的情况下,也能够提高合金颗粒的填充,应力不会施加于颗粒内部,能够消除导磁力的降低。这样,通过该金属磁性颗粒和树脂复合化,能够得到高的电阻和高特性的线圈部件。根据最佳方式,复合磁性材料因使用了氧比率为30~40%的合金颗粒,不增加树脂量,而能够实现稳定的填充,即使磁性体的壁厚薄到例如0.2mm程度的情况下,也能够维持高填充率。特别是能够制造产品高度比以往更低的小型部件。
具体实施方式
本发明的线圈部件是含有树脂和合金颗粒的复合磁性材料形成的线圈部件。合金颗粒是以在没有被氧化的金属部分显出磁性的方式构成的材料,例如,举出没有被氧化的合金颗粒、或者在这些颗粒的周围设置氧化物等而形成的颗粒等。具体地说,可以采用制造合金颗粒的公知的方法,例如,可以使用作为EPSON ATMIX CORPORATION(エプソンアトミックス(株))公司制PF-20F、NIPPON ATOMIZED METAL POWDERS CORPORATION(日本アトマイズ加工(株))公司制SFR-FeSiCr等市售的颗粒。但是,到目前为止的合金颗粒大多含有铁(Fe元素)50~90wt%左右,铁(Fe元素)以外的元素的比例大多也含有10wt%以上。这是为了提高绝缘、改善铁损等,大多是提高铬(Cr)或硅(Si)等元素的比例。根据这种情况,研究了在现有的组成中,利用合金颗粒表面容易氧化的性质,或通过进行热处理使合金颗粒表面氧化的方法等,提高颗粒表面的绝缘性的技术。因此,这些合金颗粒中,合金颗粒表面的氧比率高,作为复合磁性材料的粘性阻力就会变高,不适合不施加压力的用途。
因此,作为合金颗粒的组成,优选Fe元素的含有率高。在非晶质的合金颗粒中,Fe元素的含有率为77wt%,在结晶质的合金颗粒中,Fe元素的含有率为92.5wt%以上,作为杂质也可以含有Mn、P、S、Mo等元素。另外,非晶质合金颗粒的Fe元素的含有率为79.5wt%以下,结晶质合金颗粒的Fe元素的含有率为95.5wt%以下,由此,易于确保绝缘性。另外,除Fe元素以外,也可以含有A1、Cr等比Fe更容易氧化的物质。作为Fe元素以外的元素,优选的是,Si、Al、Cr、Ni、Mo、Co中的任意者的合计为5~10wt%。由此能够抑制合金颗粒表面的过氧化,能够形成稳定的氧比率。例如,用气雾化法制作的粉末或用水雾化法制作的粉末通过在还原气氛中进行热处理,能够进行氧比率的调整。这时,若合金颗粒表面的氧过少,则电阻就会下降,为了确保电阻值,需要增加树脂量等金属磁性颗粒以外的物质的比例,结果是,使得填充率下降。因此,优选氧比率以离子比率计,调整为30%以上。例如在结晶质合金类,合金颗粒为FeSiCr、FeSiAl、FeNi,在非晶质合金类,合金颗粒为FeSiCrBC、FeSiBC等。
另外,举出这些混合有两种以上的合金颗粒的材料、或混合有Fe颗粒的材料等,这些颗粒适合使用通过组合颗粒径或组成而能够得到必要的特性的颗粒,这些金属磁性颗粒的形状更适合为球形。这样,颗粒表面积小的一方可减少颗粒表面的氧量,并且可以从颗粒表面使氧的存在范围为最小限,可以增大颗粒内的金属部分的比例。另外,关于颗粒表面的表面粗糙度也一样,理想的是光滑的颗粒表面,优选表面粗糙度Ra为1nm~100nm。
用二次离子质量分析法(TOF-S1MS:Time of Flight Secondary Ion MassSpectrometry:飞行时间二次离子质谱仪、ULVAC-PHI,INC.(アルバック·ファイ)公司制TRIFT-II)测定合金颗粒的氧比率。TOF-SIMS法是向试样(合金颗粒)表层照射脉冲状的一次离子束,用飞行时间型质谱分析仪(Ulvac-phi.Inc公司制TRIFT-II)检测由于该离子与试样表面的在分子、原子水平的冲撞导致试样表层被震动(搅动)而产生的二次离子,由此进行固体成分的定性、定量。被定量的氧离子浓度对应于占所检测的二次离子的总量的氧比率。
本发明中,合金颗粒表面的氧比率设定为50%以下。更优选设定为30~40%。合金颗粒表面的氧比率表示通过掌握从合金颗粒表层向内部去按各深度存在的氧比率的变化而得到的数值。检测是在加速电压15kV、脉冲宽度13nsec的离子束脉冲电流600pA、照射时间60sec、照射角40度(相对于二次离子检测器的角度)的设定条件下照射镓的一次离子束,根据检测到的二次离子来检测试样表层存在的各成分的离子数,根据各成分的离子数,在此求得氧比率。为了求得从试样表层向内侧去存在的氧比率,需要试样表层的蚀刻,该蚀刻是在加速电压15kV、离子束电流600pA的设定条件下,连续照射镓的溅射离子来进行。检测和蚀刻分别交替地按60sec的时间进行,在0分(照射溅射离子的蚀刻前)~30分钟的每蚀刻时间的1分钟间隔进行检测,即,能够检测从合金表层开始各深度的成分。另外,各自的离子照射范围在1~5μm的范围进行。使要测定的金属磁性颗粒在该范围内。另外,该测定也可以在金属磁性颗粒的阶段进行,但例如在以含有有机成分的磁性体进行测定的情况下,来自于有机成分等金属磁性颗粒的成分以外的成分设定为以重量比计不超过20%。由此,即使是磁性体,通过断裂面的观察也可以实现作为金属磁性颗粒表面的测定。
分别检测出的二次离子的氧比率在照射溅射离子后的蚀刻的时间累积10分钟以内、优选在1分钟~5分钟期间达到最大。在此,在蚀刻的累积时间10分钟以内形成合金颗粒表面。由于本发明的合金颗粒在蚀刻的累积时间10分钟以内的范围能够得到氧比率的最大值,因此可以正确评价作为颗粒表面的氧比率。
结论是,如上所述,“合金颗粒表面的氧比率”是指在蚀刻前后的每1分钟求得了氧比率时的、从蚀刻开始到10分钟的所述比率中的最大值。
即,设计合金颗粒表面的氧比率。由此,颗粒表面的树脂的浸润性好,减小了复合磁性材料的粘性阻力。这是由于减少了合金颗粒表面的氧量,从而可以减少合金颗粒表面的羟基,可以减少水分子的膜,因此疏水类树脂和金属界面的相溶性增加,改善了合金颗粒表面和树脂的浸润性。该复合磁性材料的粘性阻力减小,由此,流动性好,即使是低压力或没有施加压力的情况,也能够提高合金颗粒的填充,颗粒内部不会施加应力,能够消除导磁力的降低。由此,流动性提高,用低的压力即可实现高的填充。另外,合金颗粒表面的氧比率在距合金颗粒表层10分钟的范围具有氧比率的峰值点,在此也存在Fe元素以外的元素的峰值点。Fe元素以外的元素由合金颗粒的组成来决定,可举出:Si、Al、Cr、Ni、Mo、Co。这与由于合金颗粒表面的氧和Fe元素以外的元素的存在,确保了绝缘性,且抑制过剩的氧化方面相关。由此,在与树脂复合化的情况下,能够得到高的电阻和高的磁性特性。氧比率为50%以下,优选30~40%。这样,通过将氧比率设定为50%以下,能够将颗粒表层(蚀刻前)的氧比率设定为25%以下,将颗粒表面的氧比率抑制为较低。另外,如果使氧比率为40%以下,可以使颗粒表层(蚀刻前)的氧比率为20%以下。优选20个以上的金属磁性颗粒中的氧比率达到最大的距检测开始的时间的平均值为10分钟以内。优选20个以上的金属磁性颗粒中的氧比率的平均值为50%以下。关于此处的TOF-SlMS的条件,对含有77wt%以上的Fe元素的金属磁性颗粒照射了蚀刻的溅射离子的情况下的金属磁性颗粒表层被削的速度,即使是Fe元素以外的成分不同的金属磁性颗粒也全部在5%以内的范围,所以大致一定。另外,关于金属表层被削的量,将所检测出的二次离子换算成体积,用换算后的体积除以一次离子的照射面积,由此能够求得从金属表层面被削的深度。
本发明的复合磁性材料需要含有如上所述的合金颗粒,优选以复合磁性材料中含有的全金属磁性颗粒的体积比例计,80vol%以上的合金颗粒的氧比率具有30~40%。由此,能够提高填充率,且可以提高作为线圈部件的电感。
本发明的复合磁性材料需要含有如上所述的合金颗粒,优选复合磁性材料中含有的合金颗粒的平均粒径具有2~20μm。由此,即使是高填充率的复合磁性材料也能够抑制铁损(铁耗)。
优选复合磁性材料含有第一金属磁性颗粒和第二金属磁性颗粒,第一金属磁性颗粒和第二金属磁性颗粒的平均粒径不同。本发明中,至少第一金属磁性颗粒为非晶质合金。使至少一方的合金颗粒为非晶质合金颗粒。由此,能够抑制铁损。另外,使另一方的合金颗粒为比一方的合金颗粒平均粒径小的非晶质合金颗粒。由此,能够进一步提高填充率。特别是通过将各自的平均粒径的比例设定为5倍以上,可以格外地提高填充率。另外,作为另一方使用Fe颗粒的情况下,通过将平均粒径的比例设定为5倍以上,也能够提高填充率,进而能够改善电流特性。另外,也可以含有呈现与第一和第二任一金属磁性颗粒都不同的Fe含有比率的第三(以后)金属磁性颗粒。
本发明的复合磁性材料含有的树脂的种类没有特别限定,可以适当应用电子部件等所使用的树脂,优选热固化树脂,例如可举出:环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂等。该复合磁性材料由于不依靠压力,因此通过加热而形成磁性体。特别是能够降低加热后的粘度即可,树脂的溶解温度为50~200℃的树脂即可。另外,在使用包覆导线的线圈的情况下,如果在50~150℃,不必对包覆导线进行特別的处置就可以防止温度对质量的影响。从上述方面考虑,作为一个例子举出酚醛清漆型的环氧树脂。另外,从兼顾绝缘性的确保和电特性的提高的观点考虑,复合磁性材料优选含有树脂5~10wt%。另外,通过使树脂比10wt%多,复合磁性材料的流动改善,但是,作为金属磁性颗粒的填充率反而降低,优选比10wt%少。
在本说明书中,将含有上述金属磁性颗粒和树脂的组成物作为不拘泥于其形式的概念,称为复合磁性材料,例如,复合磁性材料的树脂可以固化也可以未固化。复合磁性材料中的树脂固化,随之,复合磁性材料整体也形成一定形状的固体形状时,将这种状态的复合磁性材料称为“磁性体”。磁性体也是本发明的一实施方式。
本发明中,在得到磁性体时,换言之,在使其固化时不需要压力。例如,将上述金属磁性颗粒和未固化的热固化树脂注入模具,通过提供比树脂的固化温度高的温度而使树脂固化,由此,复合磁性材料本身也凝固成一定形状,从而能够得到本发明的磁性体。由此,金属磁性颗粒不会产生变形,能够抑制特性降低。关于由复合磁性材料得到磁性体的方法,可以适当参照树脂方面的现有的固化技术等。
本发明的磁性体作为线圈部件的一部分使用。在本发明的磁性体的外侧或内侧利用绝缘包覆导线等形成线圈部,由此能够获得本发明的线圈部件。关于线圈部件的详细的结构和制法,没有特别限定,可以适当参照现有技术等。
实施例
以下,通过实施例更具体地说明本发明。但是,本发明不限定于这些实施例中记载的形式。
<实施例1>
按照以下的要领制造线圈部件。
产品尺寸:2.5×2.0×1.2mm
磁性体的最小壁厚:0.25mm
金属磁性颗粒:FeSiCr(Fe为92.5wt%、Si为4wt%、Cr为3.5wt%,通过在大气中的水雾化法制作平均粒径15μm的粉末,在500℃的还原气氛中进行1小时的热处理。将该金属磁性颗粒形成为结晶质合金颗粒c。)
树脂:环氧树脂3wt%
空芯线圈:将带聚酰亚胺覆膜的扁线(0.3×0.1mm),按α卷的卷绕数(匝数)9.5t
成形:将空芯线圈配置在模具内部,通过模塑成型将复合磁性材料注入150℃的模具,临时固化形成磁性体。
固化:将临时固化的磁性体从模具取出,在200℃下固化。
端子电极:通过研磨使空芯线圈的端部从磁性体露出,溅射Ag,涂覆加入了Ag的导电性膏,进行Ni、Sn的镀覆处理。
上述的工序如下进行。
制作线圈,以模具的中央和空芯线圈的中心一致的方式配置。在此,将事前混合了金属磁性颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料加热至150℃,再将该复合磁性材料注入加热至150℃的模具,得到磁性体的原料。之后,再在200℃使树脂固化成为磁性体。对该磁性体进行必要的处理(切割、研磨、防锈处理),最后形成端子电极,得到线圈部件。另外,此处的成形时的压力为15MPa,相对现有压力而言是非常低的。
<比较例1>
除了使用没有在上述还原气氛中进行热处理的FeSiCr作为金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例1同样地操作而获得线圈部件。将该金属磁性颗粒形成为结晶质合金颗粒a。
<比较例2>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例1同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒为FeSiAlCr,其中,Fe为90wt%、Si为5wt%、Al为4wt%、Cr为1wt%,通过在大气中的水雾化法制作平均粒径15μm的粉末,在500℃的还原气氛中进行1小时的热处理。将该金属磁性颗粒形成为结晶质合金颗粒b。
<比较例3>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例1同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒为FeSiCrBC,其中,Fe为70wt%、Si为8wt%、Cr为5wt%、B为15wt%、C为2wt%,通过在大气中的水雾化法制作平均粒径15μm的粉末。将该金属磁性颗粒形成为非晶质合金颗粒d。
<实施例2>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例1同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒为FeSiCrBC,其中,Fe为77wt%、Si为6wt%、Cr为4wt%、B为13wt%、C为2wt%,通过在大气中的水雾化法制作平均粒径15μm的粉末。将该金属磁性颗粒形成为非晶质合金颗粒e。
<实施例3>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例1同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒为FeSiBC,其中,Fe为79.5wt%、Si为5wt%、B为13.5wt%、C为2wt%,通过在大气中的水雾化法制作平均粒径15μm的粉末。将该金属磁性颗粒形成为非晶质合金颗粒f。
<实施例4>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例1同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒使用粒径不同的平均粒径为10μm的、实施例3中使用的非晶质合金颗粒f和实施例2中使用的非晶质合金颗粒e,将它们分别按比例为6:4混合,制成复合磁性材料。
<实施例5>
在此,将产品高度变更为1.0mm,将磁性体的最小壁厚变更为0.2mm,利用与实施例4同样的复合磁性材料而获得线圈部件。
<实施例6>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例5同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒使用粒径不同的平均粒径为10μm的、实施例3中使用的非晶质合金颗粒f和实施例2中使用的非晶质合金颗粒e,将它们分别按比例为8:2混合,制成复合磁性材料。
<实施例7>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例5同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒使用粒径不同的平均粒径为10μm的、实施例3中使用的非晶质合金颗粒f和实施例2中使用的非晶质合金颗粒e,将它们分别按体积比例成为9:1混合,制成复合磁性材料。
<实施例8>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例5同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒使用粒径不同的平均粒径为2μm的、实施例3中使用的非晶质合金颗粒f和实施例2中使用的非晶质合金颗粒e,将它们分别按体积比例成为8:2混合,制成复合磁性材料。
<实施例9>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例5同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒使用粒径不同的平均粒径为1.5μm的、实施例3中使用的非晶质合金颗粒f和实施例2中使用的非晶质合金颗粒e,将它们分别按体积比例成为8:2混合,制成复合磁性材料。
<实施例10>
除金属磁性颗粒以外,与实施例5同样地操作而获得线圈部件。金属磁性颗粒使用平均粒径1.5μm的实施例3中使用的非晶质合金颗粒f和Fe颗粒(Fe为99.6wt%,Fe以外为杂质),将它们分别按体积比例成为8:2混合,制成复合磁性材料。
复合磁性材料中包含的金属磁性颗粒的SIMS测定结果如下:
在上述中,“表面的氧比率”为上述的SlMS测定中的氧比率的最大值(其中,蚀刻时间0~10分钟期间的每1分钟的进行测定的最大值)。上述SlMS的测定是分别对每一复合磁性材料的20个颗粒进行测定。上述表面的氧比率是它们的测定结果的平均值。
复合磁性材料的树脂量、及线圈部件的电感如下:
在上述中,“树脂量”为制造复合磁性材料时添加的树脂量,“填充率”是根据显微镜观察像求得的磁性体截面的金属磁性颗粒所占的比例。“电感”表示使用LCR测量仪求出的1MHz的线圈部件的电感值。
比较例中,填充率都低,线圈周边存在伴随填充不足的缺陷(导线露出)。其结果是,与实施例比较,在电特性方面也显示较低的值,作为线圈部件都不充分。如上述结果那样,到目前为止,还不能形成磁性体的厚度薄的部分。与此相反,在实施例中,不会产生伴随填充的缺陷,能够得到厚度0.25mm、甚至0.2mm的磁性体。由此,能够对应在高的压力下形成的压粉不能达到的薄型化,可以实现部件的小型化。
<实施例11>
该实施例中,向鼓形磁芯卷绕线圈,在线圈的外侧形成复合磁性材料。
产品尺寸:2.5×2.0×1.2mm
鼓形磁芯:FeSiCr(Fe为90wt%、Si为6wt%、Cr为4wt%,在大气中进行热处理1小时。)
复合磁性材料:使用上述的非晶质合金颗粒e。
线圈:将带聚酰亚胺覆膜的导线(扁线0.3×0.1mm)按α卷的卷绕数(匝数)9.5t
成型:将卷绕了线圈的鼓形磁芯配置在橡胶模具内部,向橡胶模具注入复合磁性材料,临时固化形成磁性体。
固化:将临时固化的磁性体从模具中取出,在200℃进行固化。
端子电极:在鼓形磁芯的凸缘(檐)的外侧面溅射Ti、Ag,涂覆加入了Ag的导电性膏,并进行Ni、Sn的镀覆处理。
上述的工序是如下进行的:
将FeSiCr的磁性材料进行成形、热处理,作成鼓形磁芯。接着,在鼓形磁芯的凸缘的外侧的面形成端子电极,将在鼓形磁芯的轴的外侧卷绕了线圈的导线与端子电极连接。最后,将卷绕成的鼓形磁芯进行橡胶模具的配置,在线圈的外侧将事前混合了金属磁性颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料加热至50℃,在线圈的外侧形成复合磁性材料,再从橡胶模具取出所得到的线圈部件,进一步在200℃使树脂固化,得到线圈部件。另外,在此,成形时的压力为5MPa,相对于现有压力而言是非常低的。
与上述同样地进行线圈部件的评价,结果是,测定到1.15μH的电感和74.5vol%的填充率,电流特性良好。另外,不会产生伴随填充那样的缺陷,能够制造稳定的部件。这样,通过使用本发明的复合磁性材料,可以制造以往没有的、磁性体薄型化、小型且高性能的部件。
另外,以下表示电特性以外的评价。
复合磁性材料能够从各个截面进行评价。金属磁性颗粒的填充率使用扫描型电子显微镜(SEM)取得SEM像(3000倍),并进行图像处理。根据由此得到的截面存在的金属磁性颗粒和金属磁性颗粒以外的各自的面积,将金属磁性颗粒的面积的比例作为填充率。在截面中,金属磁性颗粒的判别根据氧的有无来进行,将截面中能看见的颗粒的大小(最大的长度)中1μm以上的颗粒看作金属磁性颗粒来进行。这是因为以金属磁性颗粒的粒径计,小于1μm的颗粒对磁特性的影响小,因此设定为该范围。
金属磁性颗粒中的铁(Fe元素)的含有比率还可以通过SEM-EDX进行测定。取得复合磁性材料的截面的SEM像(3000倍),根据测绘像(mapping)选择相同组成的颗粒,从20个以上的金属磁性颗粒中铁(Fe元素)的含有比率求出平均值。另外,根据测绘像,如果存在组成不同的颗粒,则可判断为混合有不同的组成的金属磁性颗粒。另外,关于金属磁性颗粒的粒径,取得复合磁性材料的截面的SEM像(约3000倍),选出测定部分中的平均大小的颗粒300个以上,测定这些SEM像的面积,假定颗粒为球体,计算粒径。另外,根据所得到的粒径的分布,如果存在两个峰值点,则可判断为混合有不同的平均粒径的金属磁性颗粒。各自的测定是选择由复合磁性材料形成的磁性体的截面的中央部分来进行。另外,都是以截面中能看见的颗粒中大小为1μm以上的颗粒为对象进行的。
Claims (4)
1.一种线圈部件,由含有合金颗粒和树脂的复合磁性材料和线圈构成,所述线圈部件的特征在于:
所述合金颗粒的表面的由二次离子质量分析法测得的氧比率为50%以下,
所述合金颗粒为非晶质的合金颗粒时,Fe元素的含有率为77wt%以上79.5wt%以下,为结晶质的合金颗粒时,Fe元素的含有率为92.5wt%以上95.5wt%以下。
2.如权利要求1所述的线圈部件,其特征在于:
所述氧比率为30~40%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的线圈部件,其特征在于:
包括被埋入在所述复合磁性材料中的线圈。
