Claims (7)
- Fe-Cr-Si系軟磁性合金粉末であって、軟磁性合金粉末に含有されたCrは、前記合金粉末の表面から深さ方向に所定の深さまで重量比が次第に減少し、Cr酸化物/金属Crの重量比も前記合金粉末の表面から深さ方向に次第に減少し、径が5μm以上10μm未満の範囲で面積円形度が0.850以上である軟磁性合金粉末。
- Siの含有量が3~6.5重量%の範囲にあり、Crの含有量が1~5重量%の範囲にある請求項1に記載の軟磁性合金粉末。
- Mn、P、S及びOの少なくとも一つをさらに含有する請求項1又は2に記載の軟磁性合金粉末。
- Fe-Cr-Si系軟磁性合金粉末の製造方法であって、
合金を坩堝で加熱して溶湯にする工程と、
前記坩堝から導かれて落下する溶湯の流れに流体を吹き付けて破砕及び凝固させ、合金粉末を形成する工程と
を含み、
前記溶湯から合金粉末を形成する工程において、前記合金粉末に含有されたCrのCr酸化物/金属Crの重量比が前記合金粉末の表面から深さ方向に次第に低下するように、前記合金粉末に含有されたCrの一部を酸化し、
前記合金粉末は、径が5μm以上10μm未満の範囲で面積円形度が0.850以上である製造方法。 - 前記合金粉末に含有されたCrは、前記合金粉末の表面から深さ方向に所定の深さまで重量比が次第に減少する請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記溶湯にする合金は、Siの含有量が3~6.5重量%の範囲にあり、Crの含有量が1~5重量%の範囲にある請求項4又は5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記合金は、Mn、P、S及びOの少なくとも一つをさらに含有する請求項6に記載の製造方法。
