背景技术
透明材料的种类很多,在日常生活中应用广泛。透明材料按其化学成份的不同可分为无机透明材料和有机透明材料,常见的无机透明材料主要有玻璃、透明陶瓷、石英等;常见的有机高分子透明材料主要有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚苯乙烯树脂(PS)等。一般情况下,无机透明材料透明性好、色差小,但存在密度大、韧性差的缺点;与无机透明材料相比,有机高分子透明材料密度大幅降低,但某些性能仍存在不足,如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯抗冲击性能差,聚碳酸酯(PC)的抗冲击性能虽然有些提高,但耐磨、耐溶剂性能差。
CN102040720A公开了一种用于制备溜冰鞋轮或活力板轮的透明聚氨酯弹性体及其制备方法。其软段为聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇,硬段为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),通过添加增塑剂、催化剂、抗老化剂等助剂实现原材料制备。以该方法得到的透明聚氨酯材料为低硬度高回弹的弹性体材料,透光率低,不具备光学透明性,且TDI为芳香族二异氰酸酯,耐紫外性能差,易变色,不能用于制备直接接触阳光的产品。
CN1450365A公开了一种用于制备光学透镜成型用聚氨酯树脂组合物。用含有2个以上异氰酸酯基的脂肪族环状多异氰酸酯和含有2个以上羟基的多元醇反应生成预聚物,用烷基磷酸酯盐或含氟非离子型表面活性剂或两者并用做内脱模剂,用精制到加德纳色数2以下的4,4′-甲撑双(2-氯苯胺)为固化剂。由于4,4′-甲撑双(2-氯苯胺)为固体,熔点高,加热过程中极易氧化而颜色加深,影响外观颜色。
CN101096408B公开了一种耐黄变型透明聚氨酯弹性体组合料,该材料为双组分,多元醇部分是以分子量400~6000的3官能度聚醚多元醇及分子量2000~4000的2官能度聚醚多元醇、扩链剂、催化剂组成;预聚物则是以分子量1000~2000、2官能度的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应生成,NCO%为12%~17%。制品硬度为邵A50~95,主要用于防弹玻璃、霓虹灯广告牌、鞋标、家电铭牌的制作等。
CN102604038A公开了一种透明聚氨酯弹性体及制备方法和应用。其以60~90%的结构对称的异氰酸酯预聚体和10~40%的扩链剂混合反应而成;预聚体由30~60%的异氰酸酯或其衍生物和40~70%的多元醇聚合反应而成,扩链剂由20~70%的多元醇聚合物和30~80%的小分子二元醇组合而成,所制的弹性体无色透明、硬度邵A65~85,主要用于打印机以及其他电子照相设备中的清洁刮刀。
上述两种方法制备的透明聚氨酯弹性体属中低硬度弹性体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高硬度、耐黄变透明聚氨酯弹性体。
本发明是这样实现的,以聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇或两者混合物为软段,采用耐黄变型二异氰酸酯为硬段,解决弹性体的黄变问题;通过提高硬段含量,提高材料硬度和刚性。采用小分子三官能度交联剂增加材料的交联密度,提高弹性体的拉伸强度和耐溶胀性能。
本发明涉及的浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,预聚物NCO质量百分含量为8~18%,物料质量组成为:数均分子量介于400~1000之间的多元醇100份,二异氰酸酯44.7~277.4份,交联剂0~15份,固化剂7.7~137份,催化剂0~0.5份,透明色浆0~0.5份;
所述多元醇为聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇中的一种或其任意几种的混合体系;所述二异氰酸酯是二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯的一种或其混合体系;交联剂为含有三个活泼氢的醇或醇胺;固化剂为分子量不超过400的二元醇或二元胺,所述催化剂为有机锡或有机铋中的一种。
本发明涉及的浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:物料组成中二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯用量为68~277.4份。
本发明涉及的浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,所述聚酯多元醇为1,6-己二酸与主链含有2~10个碳原子的端羟基二元醇的缩聚物。
本发明涉及的浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为聚四氢呋喃醚二醇。
本发明涉及的浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:所述含有三个活泼氢的醇或醇胺三羟甲基丙烷、丙三醇、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙醇胺中的一种或其中几种的混合体系。
本发明涉及的浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:所述二元醇乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇及其异构体、1,6-己二醇及其异构体、1,4-环己二醇及其异构体、1,4-苯二甲醇及其异构体中的一种或其中几种的混合体系。

本发明的浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,透明性好、不变色、高硬度、高刚度、抗冲击性能好,综合性能优异。适用于灯箱、路灯罩、防护罩、护目镜、高速列车车窗等对防护性能要求高的透明制品,特别适用于军警用防弹(暴)盾牌、防弹面罩等透明防护制品。

实施例一
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸乙二醇酯二醇(数均分子量1000)100、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯44.7、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯0.05、乙二醇7.7。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的1,6-己二酸乙二醇酯二醇1000g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入447g苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为8%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把77g乙二醇和0.5g二丁基锡二月桂酸酯加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:35;拉伸强度/MPa:25;断裂伸长率/%:135;透光率(25mm厚)/%:72。
实施例二
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(数均分子量800)100、丙三醇5、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯58.8、透明色浆0.05、辛酸亚锡0.1、1,3-丙二醇12。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇1000g和丙三醇50g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入588g苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后加入透明蓝色浆0.5g、搅拌0.5h后,真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为9%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把120g1,3-丙二醇和1g辛酸亚锡加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:38;拉伸强度/MPa:30.5;断裂伸长率/%:150;透光率(25mm厚)/%:72。
实施例三
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(数均分子量600)100、二乙醇胺10、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯80、辛酸亚锡0.3、1,4-丁二醇18.3。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000g和二乙醇胺100g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入800g苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为10%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把183g1,4-丁二醇和3g辛酸亚锡加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:48;拉伸强度/MPa:35.2;断裂伸长率/%:210;透光率(25mm厚)/%:74。
实施例四
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸己二醇酯二醇(数均分子量500)100、三乙醇胺1、三羟甲基丙烷5、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯113、辛酸亚锡0.2、透明黑色浆0.1、1,4-环己二醇30。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的1,6-己二酸己二醇酯二醇1000g、三乙醇胺10g和三羟甲基丙烷50g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入1130g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后加入透明黑色浆10g、搅拌0.5h后,真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为11%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把300g1,4-环己二醇和2g辛酸亚锡加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:50;拉伸强度/MPa:34.2;断裂伸长率/%:126;透光率(25mm厚)/%:74。
实施例五
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:聚己内酯二醇(数均分子量400)100、乙醇胺15、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯159.3、月桂酸铋0.4、1,6-己二醇22、1,4-丁二醇15.9
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的聚己内酯二醇1000g和150g乙醇胺加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入1593g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为12%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把220g1,6-己二醇、159g1,4-丁二醇和4g月桂酸铋加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:55;拉伸强度/MPa:36.2;断裂伸长率/%:146;透光率(25mm厚)/%:75。
实施例六
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸辛二醇酯二醇(数均分子量1000)50、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(数均分子量1000)50、三羟甲基丙烷2、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯115.3、新癸酸铋0.5、1,4-苯二甲醇44.1。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的1,6-己二酸辛二醇酯二醇500g、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇500g和20g三羟甲基丙烷加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入1153g二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为13%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把441g1,4-苯二甲醇和5g新癸酸铋加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:65;拉伸强度/MPa:39.2;断裂伸长率/%:96;透光率(25mm厚)/%:73。
实施例七
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸癸二醇酯二醇(数均分子量400)20、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(数均分子量1000)80、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯100.2、透明蓝色浆0.05、二乙基甲苯二胺53.5。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的1,6-己二酸癸二醇酯二醇200g和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇800g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入1002g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为14%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把熔融的535g二乙基甲苯二胺和0.5g透明蓝色浆加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:75;拉伸强度/MPa:47.6;断裂伸长率/%:102;透光率(25mm厚)/%:73。
实施例八
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(数均分子量400)20、1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(数均分子量1000)80、二环基甲烷二异氰酸酯145.9、透明绿色浆0.3、二乙基甲苯二胺70.3。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的400分子量的1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇200g和1000分子量的1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇800g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入1459g二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应2.5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为15%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把703g二乙基甲苯二胺和3g透明绿色浆加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:78;拉伸强度/MPa:55;断裂伸长率/%:146;透光率(25mm厚)/%:73。
实施例九
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(数均分子量400)20、聚己内酯二醇(数均分子量400)80、二环基甲烷二异氰酸酯230.4、透明黄色浆0.5、4,4-二异丁基胺-二环己基甲烷(美国UOP公司ClearlinkTM1000)106.4。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的1,6-己二酸丁二醇酯二醇200g和聚己内酯二醇800g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入2304g二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为16%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把熔融的1064g4,4-二异丁基胺-二环己基甲烷(美国UOP公司ClearlinkTM1000)和5g透明黄色浆加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:79;拉伸强度/MPa:60.2;断裂伸长率/%:85;透光率(25mm厚)/%:71。

称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的聚碳酸酯二元醇1000g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入2774g二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为18%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。

把250g二乙基甲苯二胺加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:42;拉伸强度/MPa:35;断裂伸长率/%:125;透光率(25mm厚)/%:72。
实施例十三
一种高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体的重量份组分为:1,6-己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇(数均分子量1000)100、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯44.7、二乙基甲苯二胺22。
上述高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的具体制备方法:
称取水分含量不高于0.5‰的1,6-己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇1000g加入反应釜,在搅拌状态下加热至40~60℃,加入447g苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在温度80~90℃下反应3~5h;然后真空脱泡;得到NCO质量分数为8%的储存稳定的高硬度透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的预聚体。
把220g二乙基甲苯二胺加入上述制备的预热到80±0.5℃的预聚体中,搅拌均匀,倒入预热至90~120℃的模具中,待凝胶后加压固化5h,得到透明聚氨酯弹性体,硬度/邵D:45;拉伸强度/MPa:35;断裂伸长率/%:140;透光率(25mm厚)/%:72。

1.一种浇注型透明聚氨酯弹性体,预聚物NCO质量百分含量为8~18%,物料质量组成为:数均分子量介于400~1000之间的多元醇100份,二异氰酸酯44.7~277.4份,交联剂0~15份,固化剂7.7~137份,催化剂0~0.5份,透明色浆0~0.5份;
所述多元醇为聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇中的一种或其任意几种的混合体系;所述二异氰酸酯是二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯的一种或其混合体系;交联剂为含有三个活泼氢的醇或醇胺;固化剂为分子量不超过400的二元醇或二元胺,所述催化剂为有机锡或有机铋中的一种。
