Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及运转滚筒筛过滤机的方法。
背景技术
具有反冲洗站的滚筒筛过滤机例如根据DE10326487A1属于现有技术。在这样的滚筒筛过滤机中,位于熔体通道内的滤网通过作用于滚筒筛的驱动机构旋转离开熔体通道并且换上经过净化的滤网。反冲洗站在转动方向上尽量靠近地位于熔体通道前方,在反冲洗站中在过滤机运转过程中即在滚筒筛静止不动时,位于反冲洗站内的滤网通过在清洗介质驱动机构中产生的清洗介质流被施以作用。
该反冲洗站在滚筒筛静止不动期间内运转。在这里,经过净化的从已被净化的熔体流中取出的熔体被送往清洗介质驱动机构,在此是反冲活塞而被送入反冲洗站。当反冲活塞作动时,作为清洗介质的熔体被压迫经过滤网。滤网被清洗介质与常见的筛选方向相反地流过,此时汇集在滤网内的杂质被带走,所述杂质随后被送往出口。在完成滤网清洗之后,滤网可以继续步进转动并被送入熔体通道中。
为了滤网能在滚筒筛静止不动时被彻底清洗,反冲洗喷嘴的宽度至少对应于转动步距的各转动角度的尺度。
此时不利的是,在所需要的反冲洗喷嘴尺寸情况下需要大量清洗介质来按照所需宽度以清洗介质冲洗该滤网,尤其在滤网边缘区内常出现清洗不足,这是因为在这里该反冲洗站的熔体压力通常不再足够高。
EP1369219A1公开了一种用于筛盘的清洗装置,其确实有小的工作开口就行了,但其由于设有要填充有经过净化的熔体的前导室而耗费了大量的清洗介质即熔体。
而EP379966A2公开了一种用于清洗塑料熔体的筛分装置,在这里,在滚筒筛转动过程中进行对位于反冲洗站内的滤网的清洗。反冲喷嘴的缝宽在此大致对应于筛盘进给动作程度。在小缝宽的情况下,使滚筒筛以相对小的步距转动。针对每次清洗过程,筛盘必须从支座中或许克服熔体粘附地被加速小步移动并又被停止。对此,需要一种贯流强劲的且耗用相应高的能量的驱动机构。结果,滚筒筛的经常加速和停止需要相当长的时间,由此,只能比较缓慢地清洗滤网。该滚筒筛过滤机可能无法足够快速地应对熔体通道内的冲溅污染。在这里在滤网边缘区内也经常出现清洗不足。无法实现节约熔体和能量的有效清洗。
发明内容
本发明基于以下任务,如此优化滤网的反冲洗或清洗,即耗费较少的清洗介质,实现更好的滤网清洗且保证节能,并且可以抑制冲溅污染。
为了完成该任务而提出具有权利要求1的特征的方法。
由此做到了,该反冲洗喷嘴在反冲过程中总是与待清洗滤网的新的因狭长喷嘴口而缩小的区域对置,在这里,也可以实现在滤网边缘区内的更好清洗。通过清洗介质量或清洗介质压力或清洗介质流速的可调节性,可以对滤网的脏污程度做出反应,由此,耗费较少的清洗介质。相对于缝隙喷嘴的宽度走过较大距离的滚筒筛不一定经常被加速和减速,由此,可以采用功率降低的小型驱动机构,并且仍然可以实现快速且也抑制冲溅污染的滤网清洗。
结果,在该已知的滚筒筛过滤机中,清洗装置与用于滚筒筛的驱动机构同步,从而首先启动驱动机构且接着是清洗装置。由此一来,滚筒筛必须总是克服在熔体通道中建立的压力被加速。就是说,该滚筒筛通过熔体被压迫向滚筒筛过滤机的壳体内表面,由此可能出现滚筒筛在滚筒筛壳体内的粘附和/或歪斜,但在任何情况下在该滚筒筛和滚筒筛壳体内壁之间的摩擦阻力被显著增大。
根据本发明,通过在滚筒筛转动时同时进行或者或许提前采取的借助更高压力的反冲过程而出现作用于滚筒筛的反力,结果,驱动滚筒筛由此不太费力。即使在熔体润滑性差的情况下,滚筒筛和滚筒筛过滤机壳体壁之间的阻力也显著减小,因而未出现阻塞。
通过提高了的启动压力,使得因之前停止不动而在壳体内粘附的或歪斜的滚筒筛的起动变得容易。旋转驱动机构的峰值负荷通过在各自转动运动时的起动被降低,并且可以采用功率降低的、价格更低的且运行成本更低的旋转驱动机构。
为了能根据所用熔体获得或许还更好的清洗效果,本发明提出,在反冲洗站内的清洗反冲不仅在滚筒筛转动期间里进行,也可以至少在滚筒筛停止期间里进行。
通过调节清洗介质量和/或清洗介质压力和/或清洗介质流速可以实现爱护资源的最佳清洗,该调节可以在转动运动过程中单独地或以组合方式改变。
根据本发明,根据加工处理哪种材料,可顺利地对其具体性能和滚筒筛的期望转速做出反应。
为此,例如可以就在转动运动结束后不久或在转动运动开始前不久还进行反冲洗或已进行反冲洗,以便由此在两个转动步距之间的过渡区内获得仍然最佳的滤网清洗。

Claims (2)
1.一种运转用于具有大于10巴的压力和大于90℃的温度的高黏度熔体的滚筒筛过滤机的方法,包括保持滤网(2)的滚筒筛(1)和配属于该滚筒筛(1)的且驱动该滚筒筛步进转动的旋转驱动机构(12)以及反冲洗站和作用于清洗介质驱动机构(9)的控制或调整装置(7),该反冲洗站配属有包括在清洗介质流向上位于下游的作为缝隙喷嘴构成的反冲洗喷嘴的清洗介质驱动机构(9),该缝隙喷嘴的有效开口覆盖了位于该反冲洗站内的滤网(2)的径向延伸尺寸,其中清洗反冲在该滚筒筛(1)转动时进行,并且该控制或调整装置(7)根据该滚筒筛(1)的随时间的转动变化过程和/或根据该滚筒筛(1)的转速和/或根据位于熔体通道(4)内的滤网(2)上所存在的压差来调节清洗介质量和/或清洗介质压力和/或清洗介质流速,其中在垂直于半径的方向上的该缝隙喷嘴(5)的有效开口尺寸和该滚筒筛(1)在步进驱动中所走过的距离如此相互协调,即该缝隙喷嘴(5)的有效开口小于该滚筒筛(1)在步进驱动中所走过的距离,并且与用于该滚筒筛(1)转动的启动过程并行地,相对于在该滚筒筛(1)转动期间内的压力变化曲线增大地至少调节出该清洗介质压力。
2.根据权利要求1的运转用于具有大于10巴的压力和大于90℃的温度的高黏度熔体的滚筒筛过滤机的方法,其特征是,在该反冲洗站内的该清洗反冲在该滚筒筛(1)转动时且至少暂时在该滚筒筛(1)停止时进行。
