Abstract

本发明公开了一种灭菌监测指示胶带的防水防粘油墨,其由介孔材料、油性粘结剂、油性稀释剂,消泡剂组成,生产灭菌指示胶带时,在医用美纹纸胶带上印刷变色油墨后,上面覆盖一层上述防水防粘油墨。本发明中防水防粘油墨中的介孔纳米材料,可有效实现蒸汽穿透,而冷凝水无法穿透;油性粘结剂可耐高温蒸汽,且与美纹纸基材有优异的附着力,附着力等级为ISO‑4B;同时油性粘结剂可将介孔材料有效连接起来,在指示胶带上形成一层致密的网状结构,进而增强防水防粘油墨在胶带表面的附着力,避免了胶带收卷过程中,压敏胶将防水涂层粘掉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭菌监测指示胶带的防水防粘油墨。
背景技术
众所周知,医疗包的有效灭菌是避免病患术后感染的关键环节,而灭菌指示胶带是粘贴在在敷料包或手术器械包外,用于标示该物品包是否已经过灭菌处理过程,以防与未经灭菌的包裹相混;灭菌后,若指示胶带变色不均匀或不彻底,可提示该包裹未经过符合条件的灭菌处理;打包时,如不使用封包胶带,灭菌指示胶带可以包扎包裹。医疗包经过灭菌后,应检查灭菌指示胶带监测结果是否合格,合格后该医疗包方可送往手术室。若灭菌指示胶带未经防水处理,或防水涂层不耐高温蒸汽且与胶带基材附着力较差,灭菌指示油墨与医用美纹纸胶带基材的附着力不佳,均较易出现指示油墨脱落现象,可能导致灭菌员误判,误使灭菌合格的医疗包二次灭菌,增加了医疗包的灭菌成本。因此,为避免灭菌员误判灭菌监测指示胶带变色结果,使用变色性能稳定、防水、防粘墨的灭菌监测指示胶带显得尤为重要。而防水油墨如何能在保障指示胶带防水的基础上,兼顾与医用美纹纸基材有较强的附着力,进而保护变色油墨不被压敏胶粘去,往往是个难题。
发明内容
本发明目的是:提供一种灭菌监测指示胶带的防水防粘油墨,可以有效地保护变色油墨不被冲刷掉,并且方便使用者较易准确、快速识别变色结果,避免灭菌合格的医疗包被再次灭菌。
本发明的技术方案是:一种灭菌监测指示胶带的防水防粘油墨,其包括:介孔纳米材料、油性粘结剂、油性稀释剂、和消泡剂。
在上述技术方案的基础上,进一步包括如下附属技术方案:
所述介孔纳米材料为二氧化硅、或二氧化钛、或氧化铝、或氧化锡、或上述任意两种或多种以上的混合物。
所述介孔纳米材料的固含量所占质量百分数为10-20%。
所述油性粘结剂耐140℃高温蒸汽,且与美纹纸基材具有一定附着力,该附着力等级为ISO-4B。
所述油性粘结剂为溶剂型聚氨酯、或环氧树脂、或丙烯酸树脂,且其所占质量百分数为30%。
所述油性稀释剂为慢干型783。
所述消泡剂的主要活性成分为聚二甲基硅氧烷,且其所占质量百分数为0.5%-1%。
所述灭菌监测指示胶带为压力蒸汽灭菌指示胶带、或环氧乙烷灭菌指示胶带、或等离子灭菌指示胶带,且生产灭菌监测指示胶带时,在医用美纹纸胶带上印刷变色油墨后,上面覆盖一层上述防水防粘油墨。
述介孔纳米材料的固含量所占质量百分数为10-20%、油性粘结剂的质量百分数为20-40%、油性稀释剂的质量百分数为50-60%、和消泡剂的质量百分数为1-5%。
本发明优点是:
本发明提供了一种灭菌监测指示胶带的防水防粘油墨,防水防粘油墨中的介孔纳米材料可有效实现蒸汽穿透,而冷凝水无法穿透;油性粘结剂可耐140℃高温蒸汽,且与美纹纸基材有优异的附着力,附着力等级为ISO-4B。油性粘结剂可将介孔材料连接起来,在变色油墨层上面形成了一层致密的网状结构,同时该网状结构与底层美纹纸胶带具有优异的粘附力。因而在变色油墨外层涂覆一层防水防粘油墨可有效地保护变色油墨不被冲刷脱落或压敏胶粘掉,而且方便灭菌员准确、快速识别指示胶带变色结果,避免灭菌合格的医疗包被再次灭菌。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种灭菌监测指示胶带的防水防粘油墨,其包括:介孔纳米材料、油性粘结剂、油性稀释剂、和消泡剂。本发明优选为介孔二氧化硅,且其结构如图1-2所示,由此根据不同组分的质量百分数来配比以下实施例:
实施例一:将介孔SiO2(固含量质量百分数为15%)、油性粘结剂聚氨酯(质量百分数为30%)、油性稀释剂慢干型783(质量百分数为54%)和消泡剂(质量百分数为1%)搅拌混合后即为灭菌监测指示胶带防水油墨,再在未经防水处理的压力蒸汽灭菌指示胶带上柔版印刷该防水防粘油墨即可。
实施例二:将介孔SiO2(固含量质量百分数为10%),油性粘结剂聚氨酯(质量百分数为30%),油性稀释剂慢干型783(质量百分数为59%)和消泡剂(质量百分数为1%)搅拌混合后即为灭菌监测指示胶带防水油墨,再在未经防水处理的压力蒸汽灭菌指示胶带上涂布该防水防粘油墨即可。
实施例三:将介孔SiO2(固含量质量百分数为12%),油性粘结剂环氧树脂(质量百分数为30%),油性稀释剂慢干型783(质量百分数为57%)和消泡剂(质量百分数为1%)搅拌混合后即为灭菌监测指示胶带防水油墨,再在未经防水处理的环氧乙烷灭菌指示胶带上涂布该防水防粘油墨即可。

1.一种灭菌监测指示胶带的防水防粘油墨,其特征在于其包括:介孔纳米材料、油性粘结剂、油性稀释剂、和消泡剂,其中所述介孔纳米材料的固含量所占质量百分数为10-20%、油性粘结剂的质量百分数为20-40%、油性稀释剂的质量百分数为50-60%、和消泡剂的质量百分数为1-5%,而所述油性粘结剂耐140℃高温蒸汽,且与美纹纸基材具有一定附着力,该附着力等级为ISO-4B。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防粘油墨,其特征在于:所述介孔纳米材料为二氧化硅、或二氧化钛、或氧化铝、或氧化锡、或上述任意两种或多种以上的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水防粘油墨,其特征在于:所述介孔纳米材料的固含量所占质量百分数为10-20%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防水防粘油墨,其特征在于:所述油性粘结剂为溶剂型聚氨酯、或环氧树脂、或丙烯酸树脂,且其所占质量百分数为30%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防水防粘油墨,其特征在于:所述油性稀释剂为慢干型783。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防水防粘油墨,其特征在于:所述消泡剂的主要活性成分为聚二甲基硅氧烷,且其所占质量百分数为0.5%-1%。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的防水防粘油墨,其特征在于:所述灭菌监测指示胶带为压力蒸汽灭菌指示胶带、或环氧乙烷灭菌指示胶带、或等离子灭菌指示胶带,且生产灭菌监测指示胶带时,在医用美纹纸胶带上印刷变色油墨后,上面覆盖一层上述防水防粘油墨。
