对专利文献1的制袋机进行说明,将上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料彼此重叠并导向上侧以及下侧的热封条之间,将上侧以及下侧的拉链材料导向上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料之间,薄膜材料以及拉链材料在其长度方向上被间歇输送。此外,托板配置在上侧以及下侧的拉链材料之间,在每次间歇输送薄膜材料以及拉链材料时,上侧的热封条朝向下侧的热封条下降,薄膜材料以及拉链材料被夹在热封条与托板之间,将上侧的薄膜材料与上侧的拉链材料彼此热封,将下侧的薄膜材料与下侧的拉链材料彼此热封。因此,通过薄膜材料以及拉链材料来制造塑料袋。薄膜材料为主体材料,是塑料制的。拉链材料也是塑料制的。而且,由薄膜材料形成主体部,由拉链材料形成拉链部。拉链材料也被称作拉锁材料,拉链部也被称作拉锁部。
此外,在专利文献1的制袋机中,在支承板上固定有托板。支承板沿着主体材料的宽度方向延伸,并向主体材料的两侧突出。此外,作为驱动机构而使用气缸,在主体材料的两侧,气缸与支承板连结,利用气缸来支承托板以及支承板。因此,支承板被两端支承。然后,在热封后,利用气缸使托板以及支承板上升,托板远离下侧的热封条。因此,当托板以及支承板上升时,利用托板来提升薄膜材料以及拉链材料,将下侧的薄膜材料从下侧的热封条剥离。之后,薄膜材料以及拉链材料再次被间歇输送。因此,在剥离的状态下将薄膜材料间歇输送,薄膜材料以及拉链材料不进行斜行、也不弯曲行进。
但是,在专利文献1的制袋机的情况下,使支承板向主体材料的两侧突出,在主体材料的两侧,需要利用驱动机构对支承板进行支承并使该支承板上升,存在结构复杂、成本升高这样的问题。
此外,上侧以及下侧的拉链材料被导向上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料之间,但薄膜材料并不限于主体材料。例如,在专利文献2的制袋机中,上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料中的一方的薄膜材料为主体材料,另一方的薄膜材料为自立底材料。然后,上侧以及下侧的拉链材料被导向主体材料与自立底材料之间,由自立底材料形成自立底部以及底突出部,在底突出部上设有拉链部。
在该情况下,与专利文献1的制袋机相同,也能够将托板配置在上侧以及下侧的拉链材料之间,在支承板上固定有托板,但无法使支承板向主体材料的两侧突出,无法进行两端支承。需要使支承板向主体材料的一方侧突出而进行悬臂支承。为此,难以利用驱动机构使托板以及支承板上升,在热封后,下侧的薄膜材料不会从下侧的热封条剥离,直接将薄膜材料间歇输送,存在薄膜材料容易斜行、弯曲行进这样的问题。
此外,在专利文献3、专利文献4、专利文献5的制袋机中,支承板被悬臂支承,上侧以及下侧的热封条分别下降以及上升,薄膜材料以及拉链材料被夹在热封条与托板之间。因此,将上侧的薄膜材料与上侧的拉链材料彼此热封,将下侧的薄膜材料与下侧的拉链材料彼此热封,之后,上侧以及下侧的热封条分别上升以及下降,上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料被从上侧以及下侧的热封条剥离。
然而,为了使上侧以及下侧的热封条分别下降以及上升,必须分别设置其驱动机构,使得结构复杂、成本升高是显而易见的。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种制造具有主体部以及拉链部的塑料袋的制袋机,该制袋机的结构简单,成本低廉。

发明内容
根据本发明,上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料被导向上侧以及下侧的热封条之间,上侧以及下侧的拉链材料被导向上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料之间,薄膜材料以及拉链材料在其长度方向上被间歇输送。此外,托板配置在上侧以及下侧的拉链材料之间,在每次间歇输送薄膜材料以及拉链材料时,上侧的热封条朝向下侧的热封条下降。因此,薄膜材料以及拉链材料夹在热封条与托板之间,上侧的薄膜材料与上侧的拉链材料被彼此热封,下侧的薄膜材料与下侧的拉链材料被彼此热封,由薄膜材料以及拉链材料来制造塑料袋。
此外,在支承板上固定托板。支承板在薄膜材料的宽度方向上延伸,并向薄膜材料的一方侧突出。此外,在薄膜材料的一方侧,弹性支承机构设置在支承板与框架之间,托板以及支承板被弹性支承,在进行热封时,利用上侧的热封条将托板以及支承板向下压,并使托板以及支承板下降,薄膜材料以及拉链材料夹在热封条与托板之间。然后,在热封后,利用弹性支承机构使托板以及支承板上升,托板远离下侧的热封条。此外,在薄膜材料的一方侧,姿态保持机构设置在支承板与框架之间,当托板以及支承板下降以及上升时,姿态保持机构作用于支承板,托板以及支承板不发生倾斜。
在优选的实施例中,姿态保持机构由上侧以及下侧的板簧或者连杆构成。上侧以及下侧的板簧或者连杆具有彼此相同的长度,在薄膜材料的宽度方向上延伸,隔开间隔而平行地配置。然后,利用上侧以及下侧的板簧或者连杆将支承板与框架连结起来。
弹性支承机构由拉伸弹簧构成。然后,利用拉伸弹簧来悬吊托板以及支承板,从而支承托板以及支承板的自重。
弹性支承机构可以使用压缩弹簧,也可以使用气缸。
托板在主体材料的长度方向上延伸。然后,在其至少一端,在支承板上固定托板。
优选的是,在托板的两端设有支承板、弹性支承机构以及姿态保持机构,在托板的两端支承托板以及支承板。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施例进行说明。
图1示出本发明所涉及的制袋机。在该制袋机中,上侧以及下侧的热封条1H、1L彼此对置,上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料2H、2L彼此重叠,并被导向上侧以及下侧的热封条1H、1L之间。例如,薄膜材料2H、2L为主体材料,是塑料制的。此外,上侧以及下侧的拉链材料3H、3L彼此嵌合,且被导向上侧以及下侧的薄膜材料2H、2L之间,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L在其长度方向上被间歇输送。因此,其输送方向X为薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L的长度方向。拉链材料3H、3L也是塑料制的。此外,连杆式连动机构等驱动机构与上侧的热封条1H连结,利用驱动机构使上侧的热封条1H下降以及上升。上侧以及下侧的拉链材料3H、3L彼此嵌合的情况如上所述,拉链材料3H、3L具有其嵌合部。这与专利文献1的制袋机相同。
在本实施例中,上侧以及下侧的冷却条4H、4L彼此对置,且设置在热封条1H、1L的下游侧,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L穿过上侧以及下侧的冷却条4H、4L之间,在长度方向上被间歇输送。此外,热封条1H的驱动机构与上侧的冷却条4H连结,上侧的冷却条4H与热封条1H一体地下降以及上升。这也与专利文献1的制袋机相同。
如图2所示,该制袋机具有托板5。托板5由两张板构成,在薄膜材料2H、2L的长度方向上延伸,且配置在上侧以及下侧的拉链材料3H、3L之间。此外,在薄膜材料2H、2L的宽度方向上,各板5隔开间隔地对置,在各板5之间形成引导槽6,在引导槽6的位置处,上侧以及下侧的拉链材料3H、3L被导向托板5的上侧以及下侧,其嵌合部被收容在托板5的引导槽6内。托板5为水冷式的托板,具有供冷却水通过冷却套壳。这也与专利文献1的制袋机相同。
此外,如图3所示,在支承板7上固定有托板5。在本实施例中,作为支承板7而使用上侧以及下侧的板,托板5插入到上侧以及下侧的板7之间,在上侧以及下侧的板7上固定有托板5。支承板7在薄膜材料2H、2L的宽度方向上延伸,并向薄膜材料2H、2L的一方侧突出。此外,在薄膜材料2H、2L的一方侧,弹性支承机构设置在支承板7与框架8之间,托板5以及支承板7被弹性支承,当进行热封时,利用上侧的热封条1H将托板5以及支承板7向下压并使其下降,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L夹在热封条1H、1L与托板5之间。然后,在热封后,利用弹性支承机构使托板5以及支承板7上升,托板5远离下侧的热封条1L。此外,在薄膜材料2H、2L的一方侧,姿态保持机构设置在支承板7与框架8之间,当托板5以及支承板7下降以及上升时,姿态保持机构作用于支承板7,使得托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜。
在本实施例中,姿态保持机构使用上侧以及下侧的板簧9,上侧以及下侧的板簧9设置在支承板7与框架8之间。上侧以及下侧的板簧9具有彼此相同的长度,在薄膜材料2H、2L的宽度方向上延伸,且隔开间隔而平行地配置。然后,利用上侧以及下侧的板簧9将支承板7与框架8连结起来。此外,支承板7由上侧以及下侧的板构成的情况如上所述。然后,在本实施例中,隔离物10插入到上侧以及下侧的板7之间,上侧以及下侧的板7固定在隔离物10上,利用隔离物10以及板簧9将支承板7与框架8连结起来。
另一方面,弹性支承机构由拉伸弹簧11构成。拉伸弹簧11在上下方向上延伸,配置在支承板7的上侧,安装在框架8上,且与支承板7连结。因此,利用拉伸弹簧11来悬吊托板5以及支承板7,其自重得到支承。
此外,托板5在薄膜材料2H、2L的长度方向上延伸的情况如上所述。然后,在其至少一端,在支承板7上固定托板5。
在本实施例中,在托板5的两端设有支承板7、隔离物10、弹性支承机构以及姿态保持机构,并由托板5的两端支承托板5以及支承板7。此外,在薄膜材料2H、2L的一方侧,利用连结板12来连结两端的板7。连结板12与两端的板7成为一体,且在薄膜材料2H、2L的长度方向上延伸。
此外,在本实施例中,上侧以及下侧的按压辊13设置在托板5的下游侧,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L被导向上侧以及下侧的按压辊13之间。
在该制袋机中,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L在其长度方向上被间歇输送,当到达托板5的上游端时,薄膜材料2H、2L通过支承板7的上侧以及下侧,并被导向上侧以及下侧的热封条1H、1L之间。拉链材料3H、3L穿过上侧以及下侧的板7之间,其嵌合部被导向托板5的引导槽6,并收容在引导槽6内(图2A)。这与专利文献1的制袋机相同。
然后,在每次薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L的间歇输送的情况下,当薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L暂时停止时,利用驱动机构将上侧的热封条1H压下去,上侧的热封条1H朝向下侧的热封条1L下降。因此,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L夹在热封条1H、1L与托板5之间,利用上侧以及下侧的热封条1H、1L来加热薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L,上侧的薄膜材料2H与上侧的拉链材料3H被彼此热封,下侧的薄膜材料2L与下侧的拉链材料3L被彼此热封。之后,利用驱动机构来提升上侧的热封条1H,上侧的热封条1H上升至原来的位置并进行复原。
此外,在该制袋机中,当进行热封时,利用上侧的热封条1H将托板5以及支承板7向下压,并使托板5以及支承板7下降,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L夹在热封条1H、1L与托板5之间(图2B)。此外,当托板5以及支承板7下降时,利用拉伸弹簧11以及板簧9来吸收托板5以及支承板7的下降。然后,拉伸弹簧11在其长度方向上拉伸,发生弹性变形,上侧以及下侧的板簧9朝向相同方向弯曲或者弯折,上侧以及下侧的板簧9具有彼此相同的长度,且是平行的。因而,当进行下降时,上侧以及下侧的板簧9作用于支承板7,托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜。(图3B、3C)。
此外,在托板5的两端上设置支承板7、弹性支承机构以及姿态保持机构的情况如上所述,在托板5的两端,托板5以及支承板7被弹性支承,姿态保持机构作用于支承板7。因此,当进行下降时,在薄膜材料2H、2L的宽度方向以及长度方向上,托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜。此外,在热封后,当提升上侧的热封条1H时,利用拉伸弹簧11使托板5以及支承板7上升,托板5远离下侧的热封条1L(图2C)。当进行上升时,上侧以及下侧的板簧9作用于支承板7,托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜。之后,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L再次被间歇输送。
当进行热封时,也可以将特氟龙(注册商标)片材夹在热封条1H、1L与薄膜材料2H、2L之间。
此外,当上侧的热封条1H朝向下侧的热封条1L下降时,与此同时,上侧的冷却条4H也朝向下侧的冷却条4L下降。因此,在热封后,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L夹在冷却条4H、4L与托板5之间,利用上侧以及下侧的冷却条4H、4L来冷却薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L。
此外,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L在其长度方向上被间歇输送,当到达托板5的下游端时,上侧以及下侧的拉链材料3H、3L暂时分离。然后,上侧的薄膜材料2H以及拉链材料3H被导向支承板7的上侧,下侧的薄膜材料2L以及拉链材料3L被导向支承板7的下侧(图2D)。之后,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L被导向并夹在上侧以及下侧的按压辊13之间,上侧以及下侧的拉链材料3H、3L再次嵌合。
之后,与专利文献1的制袋机相同地,利用其他热封条来热封薄膜材料2H、2L,利用横向切断机来横切薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L,由薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L来制造塑料袋。然后,由薄膜材料2H、2L来形成主体部,由拉链材料3H、3L来形成拉链部。
在该制袋机的情况下,在进行热封时,虽然利用上侧的热封条1H将托板5以及支承板7向下压,在向下压的过程中,上侧以及下侧的板簧9作用于支承板7,托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜。因此,当薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L夹在热封条1H、1L与托板5之间时,热封条1H、1L以及托板5保持为彼此平行,从而可靠地夹住薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L。因此,能够可靠地对薄膜材料2H、2L与拉链材料3H、3L进行热封。此外,虽然上侧以及下侧的热封条1H、1L按压于薄膜材料2H、2L、拉链材料3H、3L以及托板5,由于在按压时,上侧以及下侧的热封条1H、1L在其整面范围内进行按压,在热封条1H、1L与托板5上不产生所谓的一端接触,不会因热封条1H、1L而损伤托板5。
此外,在热封后,利用拉伸弹簧11使托板5以及支承板7上升,托板5远离下侧的热封条1L的情况也如上所述。因此,当托板5以及支承板7上升时,利用托板5来提升薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L,将下侧的薄膜材料2L从下侧的热封条1L剥离。之后,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L再次被间歇输送。因此,在剥离后的状态下,薄膜材料2H、2L被间歇输送,薄膜材料2H、2L以及拉链材料3H、3L不会斜行、也不会弯曲行进。输送阻力较小,也可以顺畅地间歇输送薄膜材料2H、2L。不会在热封部分产生褶皱,外观不会受损。
此外,在该制袋机中,使支承板7向薄膜材料2H、2H的一方侧突出。然后,在薄膜材料2H、2L的一方侧,将拉伸弹簧11以及板簧9设置在支承板7与框架8之间,对支承板7进行悬臂支承即可。无需像专利文献1的制袋机那样,对支承板进行两端支承。也无需利用驱动机构使支承板7上升。此外,使上侧的热封条1H朝向下侧的热封条1L下降即可,无需像专利文献3、专利文献4、专利文献5的制袋机那样,使上侧以及下侧的热封条分别下降以及上升。其结构简单,成本低廉。
对支承板7进行悬臂支承即可,在专利文献2的制袋机中,也可以将托板5配置在上侧以及下侧的拉链材料之间,在支承板7上固定有托板5。
如图4所示,姿态保持机构也可以使用上侧以及下侧的连杆14,将销15设置在支承板7与连杆14之间,利用上侧以及下侧的连杆14将支承板7与框架9连结起来(图4A、4B)。上侧以及下侧的连杆14具有彼此相同的长度,在薄膜材料2H、2L的宽度方向上延伸,隔开间隔而平行地配置。因此,当托板5以及支承板7下降以及上升时,上侧以及下侧的连杆14作用于支承板7,托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜。
姿态保持机构也可以使用线性引导件16,线性引导件16作用于支承板7,使得托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜(图4C)。姿态保持机构也可以使用引导杆17,引导杆17作用于支承板7,使得托板5以及支承板7不发生倾斜(图4D)。弹性支承机构也可以使用压缩弹簧18,在引导杆17的周围,将压缩弹簧18设置在支承板7与框架8之间。
也考虑使用气垫式的弹性支承机构。例如,作为弹性支承机构,也考虑使用气缸。
Claims (6)
1.一种制袋机,其将上侧的薄膜材料以及下侧的薄膜材料导向上侧的热封条以及下侧的热封条之间,将上侧的拉链材料以及下侧的拉链材料导向所述上侧的薄膜材料以及下侧的薄膜材料之间,将所述薄膜材料以及拉链材料在其长度方向上间歇输送,并且将托板配置在所述上侧的拉链材料以及下侧的拉链材料之间,在每次间歇输送所述薄膜材料以及拉链材料时,使所述上侧的热封条朝向所述下侧的热封条下降,将所述薄膜材料以及拉链材料夹在所述热封条与托板之间,将所述上侧的薄膜材料与上侧的拉链材料彼此热封,将所述下侧的薄膜材料与下侧的拉链材料彼此热封,由所述薄膜材料以及拉链材料来制造塑料袋,其中,
所述制袋机包括:
支承板,其供所述托板进行固定,在所述薄膜材料的宽度方向上延伸,并向所述薄膜材料的一方侧突出;
弹性支承机构,其在所述薄膜材料的一方侧设置在所述支承板与框架之间,对所述托板以及支承板进行弹性支承,在进行热封时,利用所述上侧的热封条将所述托板以及支承板向下压,并使所述托板以及支承板下降,使得所述薄膜材料以及拉链材料夹在所述热封条与托板之间,并且在进行热封后,使所述托板以及支承板上升,使所述托板远离所述下侧的热封条;以及
姿态保持机构,其在所述薄膜材料的一方侧设置在所述支承板与框架之间,当所述托板以及支承板下降以及上升时,所述姿态保持机构作用于所述支承板,使得所述托板以及支承板不发生倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制袋机,其中,
所述姿态保持机构由上侧的板簧或者连杆以及下侧的板簧或者连杆构成,所述上侧的板簧或者连杆以及下侧的板簧或者连杆具有彼此相同的长度,在所述薄膜材料的宽度方向上延伸,并隔开间隔而平行地配置,利用所述上侧的板簧或者连杆以及下侧的板簧或者连杆将所述支承板与框架连结起来。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制袋机,其中,
所述弹性支承机构由拉伸弹簧构成,利用所述拉伸弹簧来悬吊所述托板以及支承板,从而支承所述托板以及支承板的自重。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制袋机,其中,
所述弹性支承机构由压缩弹簧或者气缸构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制袋机,其中,
所述托板在所述薄膜材料的长度方向上延伸,在其至少一端,在所述支承板上固定所述托板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制袋机,其中,
所述托板在所述薄膜材料的长度方向上延伸,在其两端设有所述支承板、弹性支承机构以及姿态保持机构,在所述托板的两端支承所述托板以及支承板。
