海红果盛产于晋陕蒙三省交界处。海红果汁选用黄土高原优质海红果为原料,海红果营养丰富,含钙居水果之首。称之为钙王的美名,是老少皆宜的营养佳品,全国稀有的含多种微量元素果类品种,海红果色泽鲜红,固有红宝珠美誉之称,海红果香味沁人,营养价值极高,海红果除提取果汁外,可酿制成海红果酒,还可以用天然人工提取纯海红果汁勾兑果酒,味美酸甜适口,飘香浓郁。据国家食品质量安全检验检测中心检测鉴定,它含有果糖、葡萄糖、有机酸外,还含有人体必需的钙、铁、钾、锌、硒、总黄铜等多种微量元素。特别是含锌、总黄铜的营养成份,已成为21世纪营养学中重点开发的高新科技项目。应用范围:是老中青少年的康健所需的营养补品。

配方:每吨纯净水中含新鲜海红果汁提取液96公斤、白砂糖30公斤、冰糖25公斤。食品添加剂:苯甲酸钠2公斤、柠檬酸1公斤、柠檬酸钠2公斤、维生素C0.25公斤、羧甲基纤维素钠0.3公斤、明胶0.1公斤、糖精钠0.1公斤、甜蜜素0.1公斤、安赛蜜0.1公斤、阿斯巴甜0.1公斤。
