药膳发源于我国传统的饮食和中医食疗文化,是在中医学、烹饪学和营养学理论指导下,严格按药膳配方,将中药与某些具有药源价值的食物相配伍,采用我国独特的饮食烹饪技术和现代科学方法制作而成的具有一定色、香、味、形的美味食品。它寓医于食,即将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,药借食力,食助药威,二者相辅相成,相得益彰,既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病、保健强身、延年益寿。
当今,广大女性在追求外表时尚靓丽的同时,越来越注重内在的健康与科学的饮食。由于女性新陈代谢和内分泌功能的特殊性,容易在精神因素或躯体因素的影响下出现内环境平衡失调。现代医学研究发现,乌鸡体内含有丰富的黑色素、蛋白质、B族维生素等18种氨基酸和18种微量元素,其中烟酸、维生素E、磷、铁、钾、钠的含量均高于普通鸡肉,而胆固醇和脂肪含量却很低,是营养价值极高的滋补品,能够延缓衰老、强筋健骨和提高生理机能。本发明目的在于提高一种具有美容养颜功效的乌鸡药膳,其烹饪方法简单、营养丰富,是一种深受女性喜爱的食疗食品。

本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种具有美容养颜功效的乌鸡药膳,由如下质量份数的材料烹饪而成:
乌鸡1500份、黑豆250份、雷笋100份、乌天麻80份、荔芋60份、何首乌50份、当归40份、熟地黄30份、胡萝卜30份、雁来蕈15份、鲜生姜片20份、矫味剂15份、大蒜12份、虾皮10份、乳扇5份、花椒3份;
其烹饪方法如下:
(1)将乌鸡清洗干净后连同鸡肝、鸡肾、鸡心一起加入锅中,并加入花椒,然后加清水,煮沸3-5min,去除血水,再用开水清洗1-2次;
(2)将乌天麻、何首乌、当归、熟地黄和鲜生姜清洗干净后切片,然后与黑豆一起放入乌鸡肚腩内,用针线将肚腩缝好后放入砂煲中,并加入鸡肝、鸡肾和鸡心;
(3)再向砂煲中加入大蒜、虾皮和适量水,先大火煮1h、小火炆2h,然后加入清洗干净的雷笋、荔芋、胡萝卜、雁来蕈、乳扇以及矫味剂,继续小火炆1h,最后开盖撒入适合胃口的食盐即可食用。
所述矫味剂是由12份茴香油、10份香草粉、8份肉桂粉、7份芒果粉、5份艾蒿粉、4份甘露醇和2份柠檬酸混合而成。

其烹饪方法如下:
(1)将乌鸡清洗干净后连同鸡肝、鸡肾、鸡心一起加入锅中,并加入花椒,然后加清水,煮沸3-5min,去除血水,再用开水清洗1-2次;
