一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕,所述的阿胶糕制备原料包括如下质量份数的组份:阿胶35-45份、红酒15-20份、淮山干片10-15份、山楂6-10份、太子参6-10份、鸡内金4-6份、猴头菇4-6份、茯苓4-6份、枳实4-6份、广木香4-6份、姜黄2-4份、海藻酸钠0.2-0.5份、碳酸氢钠0.3-0.5份、枣花蜜3-5份。
优选的,所述的阿胶糕制备原料包括如下质量份数的组份:阿胶40份、红酒18份、淮山干片12份、山楂8份、太子参8份、鸡内金5份、猴头菇5份、茯苓5份、枳实5份、广木香5份、姜黄3份、海藻酸钠0.4份、碳酸氢钠0.4份、枣花蜜4份。

步骤一:将阿胶、淮山干片、山楂、太子参、醋炒鸡内金、猴头菇、茯苓、枳实、广木香、制姜黄按比例添入磨粉机中磨制成粒径小于150目的混合粉末;
步骤二:将粉末状的海藻酸钠、碳酸氢钠添入混合粉末中并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将红酒添入步骤二获得的粉末中,不断搅拌1-2分钟;
步骤四:将枣花蜜加入步骤三获得的糊状物中,然后缓慢添入纯净水,揉搓至压实成团,坠地不散即止;

鸡内金:食健胃助消化,涩精止遗。可以促进胃液分泌,提高胃酸度及消化力,使胃运动功能明显增强,胃排空加快。适宜消化不良、面色萎黄、不思纳谷、小儿疳积、形体消瘦、腹大腹胀、脾胃虚弱、食积胀满、肠结核、骨结核等病症患者食用。在实践中发现经过醋炒的鸡内金,效果相较之更好。
猴头菇:性平、味甘。利五脏,助消化;具有健胃,补虚,抗癌,益肾精之功效;主治食少便溏、胃及十二指肠溃疡、浅表性胃炎、神经衰弱、食道癌、胃癌、眩晕、阳痿等病症。并对治疗肠癌有辅助作用。年老体弱者食用猴头菇,有滋补强身的作用。
茯苓:中医认为茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。
枳实:苦;辛;寒。归脾;胃;肝;心经。功效主治积滞内停;痞满胀痛;大便秘结;泻痢后重;结胸;胃下垂;子宫脱垂;脱肛。
广木香:木香味辛,性温。辛散温通,能驱散腹中寒气,行胃肠中的滞气,可治中焦气滞的脘腹胀痛、食欲不振和痢疾的里急后重等症。因善于调气,能治胸腹一切寒凝气滞作痛,并治肝胆气滞的黄疸、胁痛及疝气痛。有行肝气、理肺气的功效。
姜黄:味辛苦,大寒,无毒,破血,行气,通经,止痛。治心腹痞满胀痛,臂痛,症瘕,妇女血瘀经闭,产后瘀停腹痛,跌扑损伤,痈肿。
枣花蜜:性温,具有抗菌消炎,促进组织再生,润肺肠,补脾益肾,解毒保肝,强心造血,调剂血压血糖,调节神经、改善睡眠,护肤美容,养生延年,抗衰强身的特殊功效。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明中,姜黄经过黄酒的烤制,使得原本大寒的姜黄药性变得温和,而且姜黄能够具有很好的行气活血的功效,搭配阿胶的补血功效,能够促使血液运行通畅,加快新陈代谢。
2.本发明中添入山楂、枳实,其含有丰富的脂肪酶和有机酸类,配合阿胶使用,能够有效的分解阿胶中的脂质以及一些大分子的蛋白,使得阿胶有益成分的吸收效率提高,尤其是减轻了对脾胃虚弱者的消化压力。
3.本发明添入红酒和碳酸氢钠配合,因为红酒中含有丰富的酒石酸,两者相互作用,在恒温箱中充分反应,使得阿胶糕松软易食,口感丰富。
4.本发明中添入适量的海藻酸钠,海藻酸钠能够有效的与阿胶膏体结合,在烘培过程中,能够有效的防止阿胶糕因为温度过高而融化变形。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例:
一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕,所述的阿胶糕制备原料包括如下质量份数的组份:阿胶40份、红酒18份、淮山干片12份、山楂8份、太子参8份、鸡内金5份、猴头菇5份、茯苓5份、枳实5份、广木香5份、姜黄3份、海藻酸钠0.4份、碳酸氢钠0.4份、枣花蜜4份。
其中:所述的姜黄为制姜黄:将姜黄使用黄酒浸泡4小时,然后置于瓦罐中小火烤至姜黄含水率10%左右;所述鸡内金经过醋炒,其具体操作方法为将净制过的鸡内金用文火炒至表面颜色加深,喷淋老陈醋,待醋被完全吸进鸡内金后,出锅晾凉备用,老陈醋与鸡内金按照质量比1:10炒制。
如上所述的一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将阿胶、淮山干片、山楂、太子参、醋炒鸡内金、猴头菇、茯苓、枳实、广木香、制姜黄按比例添入磨粉机中磨制成粒径为200目的混合粉末;
步骤二:将粉末状的海藻酸钠、碳酸氢钠添入混合粉末中并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将红酒添入步骤二获得的粉末中,不断搅拌2分钟;
步骤四:将枣花蜜加入步骤三获得的糊状物中,然后缓慢添入纯净水,揉搓至压实成团,坠地不散即止;
步骤五:将步骤四获得的粉团放置于恒温箱中3小时,恒温箱内温度为32℃;
步骤六:将从恒温箱中拿出的粉团切块,然后置于烤箱中烘焙,烘焙开始将温度调至75℃12分钟,然后调至155℃3分钟,打开烤箱冷却至室温;
步骤七:将烘焙好的阿胶糕切块、封袋包装。建议包装为每块重量8g-12g,每天建议服用量为一到两块。

Claims (5)
1.一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕,其特征在于所述的阿胶糕制备原料包括如下质量份数的组份:阿胶35-45份、红酒15-20份、淮山干片10-15份、山楂6-10份、太子参6-10份、鸡内金4-6份、猴头菇4-6份、茯苓4-6份、枳实4-6份、广木香4-6份、姜黄2-4份、海藻酸钠0.2-0.5份、碳酸氢钠0.3-0.5份、枣花蜜3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕,其特征在于所述的阿胶糕制备原料包括如下质量份数的组份:阿胶40份、红酒18份、淮山干片12份、山楂8份、太子参8份、鸡内金5份、猴头菇5份、茯苓5份、枳实5份、广木香5份、姜黄3份、海藻酸钠0.4份、碳酸氢钠0.4份、枣花蜜4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕,其特征在于所述的姜黄为制姜黄:将姜黄使用黄酒浸泡3-5小时,然后置于瓦罐中小火烤至姜黄含水率低于12%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕,其特征在于所述鸡内金经过醋炒,其具体操作方法为将净制过的鸡内金用文火炒至表面颜色加深,喷淋老陈醋,待醋被完全吸进鸡内金后,出锅晾凉备用,老陈醋与鸡内金按照质量比1:10炒制。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种针对脾胃虚弱人群的保健阿胶糕的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将阿胶、淮山干片、山楂、太子参、醋炒鸡内金、猴头菇、茯苓、枳实、广木香、制姜黄按比例添入磨粉机中磨制成粒径小于150目的混合粉末;
步骤二:将粉末状的海藻酸钠、碳酸氢钠添入混合粉末中并搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将红酒添入步骤二获得的粉末中,不断搅拌1-2分钟;
步骤四:将枣花蜜加入步骤三获得的糊状物中,然后缓慢添入纯净水,揉搓至压实成团,坠地不散即止;
步骤五:将步骤四获得的粉团放置于恒温箱中2-4小时,恒温箱内温度为30-33℃;
步骤六:将从恒温箱中拿出的粉团切块,然后置于烤箱中烘焙,烘焙开始将温度调至75℃10-15分钟,然后调至155℃3分钟,打开烤箱冷却至室温;
步骤七:将烘焙好的阿胶糕切块、封袋包装。
