Abstract
环状物的孔具有适于用作摩擦区域处的润滑油储器的构造(1a)。具有低润湿性的自润滑涂层(3)被施加到所述孔的整个表面,包括适于用作润滑油储器的构造(1a)内,使得在自润滑涂层(3)的层从孔的摩擦表面磨损掉后,摩擦表面与仍具有涂层的构造之间的润湿性的差异使所述润滑油从所述构造抽出,以便润滑所述摩擦表面。
Description
本发明涉及用于任何种类的铰接(articulation)的自润滑引导装置。
本发明特别有利地应用于具有适于用作润滑油储器的构造的环形或旋转接头,或滑动件,且目的是在组装和/或润滑期间能够以非常长的间隔进行润滑。
这些适于用作润滑油储器的构造可以由孔洞、小室、凹槽、栅格等组成。
此类型的解决方案被专利FR 2 882 409涵盖。
在此现有技术中,容纳在适于用作润滑油储器的构造的底部中的润滑油难以将其自身定位在如轴和轴承之间来润滑接触和摩擦区域。
当适于用作润滑油储器的构造处于深的位置时,情况更是如此。
结果是,润滑油往往留在构造的底部中,且一段时间后,润滑油不再能够在接触区域实现其润滑功能。
本发明预期以简单、安全、有效且合理的方式弥补这些不足。
本发明设计解决的问题是能够连续润滑环状物或其他部件内的构造,以便在操作期间将润滑油供给至接触的表面。
为了解决这样的问题,具有低润湿性的自润滑涂层被施加到所述孔的整个表面,包括适于用作润滑油储器的构造内,使得在孔的摩擦表面处的自润滑涂层的层磨损后,所述摩擦表面与仍具有涂层的构造之间的润湿性的差异能够使润滑油被拉出所述构造,以便润滑所述摩擦表面。
根据另一个特征,低润湿性的自润滑涂层是基于如PTFE、MoS2或石墨的。
能够用作润滑油储器的构造可以以已知方式包括孔洞、小室、凹槽(其中凹槽可以形成栅格)、人字纹等。

已经阐释了(图1)具有同轴孔的呈诸如环状物的柱状体(1)形式的引导装置的实施实施例,同轴孔用于与润滑油组合的销铰接和滑动的组装和摩擦。
润滑油被容纳在环状物的孔中的构造(1a)内。例如,构造(1a)可以包括孔洞、小室、凹槽等。
此外,凹槽可以形成栅格或人字纹。构成环状物的柱状体(1)由具有下述特征的任何类型的材料实施:高的抗磨损性和/或抗咬粘性以及在极端操作条件下,尤其是高压、腐蚀和磨蚀存在下高的抗腐蚀性。
按已知的方式,柱状体(1)-尤其是其孔-可以经历任何类型的表面处理。
对于引导装置,意指任何类型的轴承、滑动件、旋转接头等。
根据本发明的基本特征,低润湿性的自润滑涂层(3)被施加到环状物(1)的孔的所有摩擦区域,包括适于用作润滑油储器的构造(1a)内。
这些布置的结果是:在操作一定长的时间后-在孔的摩擦区域处的自润滑涂层(3)磨损后-不再具有涂层的所述摩擦区域与仍具有涂层的适于用作润滑油储器的构造之间的润湿性的差异自然地倾向于将润滑油拉出所述构造,使得润滑油润滑所述摩擦表面(图3和4)。
低润湿性的自润滑涂层(3)可以是基于如PTFE、MoS2或石墨等的。
如上解释的,在全部消耗掉其摩擦表面处的自润滑涂层后,所述涂层仅存在于孔洞、小室或构成润滑油储器的其他装置内。
这些优势清楚地展示在说明书中。强调并提醒可以因此使用在摩擦表面处容纳环状物的孔或其他部件的构造内的所有润滑油,以便延长能够实施润滑的时间间隔。
注意到,适于用作润滑油储器的构造可以被设置在环状物的孔的每一端处形成的凹槽之间。
参考下面的根据现有技术的环状物-即没有自润滑涂层与根据本发明的环状物-即具有施加到摩擦表面处和适于用作润滑油储器的构造的低润湿性涂层之间的比较测试。
根据现有技术的环状物:

■轴承的性质:带网格的环状物
■轴承的尺寸:内部:30mm、外部:36mm、摩擦区域的宽度:20mm
■移动:100度内的交替旋转
■投射表面处计算的压力:50MPa

■极压润滑油:锂皂,SNR-LUB EP等级NLGI 2型

Claims (9)
1.引导装置,所述引导装置呈金属环状物(1)的形式,所述引导装置用于借助摩擦和销的铰接和/或滑动能力来组装,且所述环状物的孔具有适于用作摩擦区域处的润滑油储器的构造(1a),其特征在于,低润湿性的自润滑涂层(3)被施加到所述孔的整个表面,包括适于用作润滑油储器的所述构造(1a)内,使得在所述孔的摩擦表面处的所述自润滑涂层(3)磨损后,所述摩擦表面和仍具有所述涂层的所述构造之间的润湿性的差异从所述构造拉出所述润滑油,以便润滑所述摩擦表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述低润湿性的自润滑涂层(3)是基于PTFE的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述低润湿性的自润滑涂层(3)是基于MoS2的。

7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽形成栅格。
8.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽形成人字纹。
9.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,适于用作润滑油储器的所述构造(1a)被设置在形成在所述环状物的孔的每一端处的凹槽之间。
