Abstract

La présente invention concerne un composant articulé (1) à un degré de liberté, comprenant au moins deux bagues (10, 20) concentriques, mobiles en rotation l’une par rapport à l’autre autour d’un axe central, définissant une interface de frottement (40) entre elles, et incluant : une bague externe (10) ayant une surface de frottement interne (12), et une bague interne (20) ayant une surface de frottement externe (22) et une surface de frottement interne (24) prévue pour recevoir un élément mobile guidé par le composant (1) en rotation, oscillation et/ou translation ; dans lequel au moins l’une des surfaces de frottement (12 ; 22 ; 24) comporte des agencements (18 ; 28) aptes à faire office de réserve de lubrifiant (L) ; caractérisé en ce que chaque surface de frottement (12 ; 22 ; 24) comporte un traitement ou revêtement de surface (16 ; 26) présentant des propriétés physiques différentes du matériau de base de la bague (10 ; 20 ; 30) et/ou des agencements (18 ; 28) aptes à faire office de réserve de lubrifiant (L).
