Claims (8)
1.一种自润滑接合元件,所述自润滑接合元件在动态的高负载下操作,其特征在于其由具有范围在20μm和150μm之间的小厚度且与包含填充剂的树脂混合的织物的缠绕以形成横跨其整体厚度均匀的产物来形成,所述织物呈现出具有范围在5mm和200mm之间的宽度的条的形式,所述条通过纤维缠绕在多个层中交叉。
2.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于所述织物厚度范围在20μm和130μm之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于交叉角范围在10°和90°之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于交叉角范围在30°和86°之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于所述织物是合成型。
6.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于所述树脂是环氧型、乙烯基酯型、聚酯型、酚醛型、聚酰亚胺型。
7.如权利要求1所述的元件,其特征在于所述填充剂是PTFE型、MoS2型或石墨型。
8.如权利要求7所述的元件,其特征在于所述填充剂占体积的5%和70%之间。
