技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,具体讲是一种导电型聚四氟乙烯涂覆布高温胶带。
背景技术
胶带是由基材和粘结剂两部分组成的粘性材料,通过粘接使两个或多个不相连的物体连接在一起,其结构一般包括基层和涂覆在基层上的黏着粘剂。
目前,电线的生产时往往是需要屏蔽其电磁干扰的,人们往往会采用缠绕金属类方案的铝箔缠绕方法和采用缠绕高分子类的PVC导电改性胶带材料,采用金属类方案成本高、重量过重且缠绕半径过大,而采用高分子类的PVC材料耐温性不够。
所以,如何研制出一种耐高温性能好、生产成本低、重量轻的胶带即为本领域工作人员所欲研究的方向。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于:提供一种耐高温性能好、生产成本低且重量轻的导电型聚四氟乙烯涂覆布高温胶带。
本发明的技术解决方案是:导电型聚四氟乙烯涂覆布高温胶带,包括纤维布基材层、聚四氟乙烯层和胶粘剂层,所述聚四氟乙烯层为单层或多层结构,且所述聚四氟乙烯层通过涂覆或贴合的形式成型在纤维布基材层表面,所述聚四氟乙烯层采用粒径在85纳米至250纳米之间的聚四氟乙烯乳液混合导电性材料制成。
进一步地,所述纤维布基材层为无机纤维或耐高温有机纤维,其中,无机纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、凯夫拉纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维中的一种。
进一步地,所述纤维布基材层的厚度为0.02-0.07mm,纤维布基材层的纵向拉伸强度大于800N/25mm,横向拉伸强度大于650N/25mm。
进一步地,所述聚四氟乙烯乳液的固体含量为38%-42%;所述导电性材料为纳米级金属粉末或水溶性高分子导电改性助剂。
进一步地,所述纳米级金属粉末为粒径在50纳米至100纳米之间的铜粉、银粉、镍粉、铁粉、碳粉、纳米碳管中的一种。
进一步地,所述聚四氟乙烯层为两层结构;所述纤维布基材层的两面均涂覆有一层聚四氟乙烯层,其中一聚四氟乙烯层的表面涂覆有胶粘剂层。

为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现就结合本发明附图进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
如图1-图4所示,导电型聚四氟乙烯涂覆布高温胶带,包括纤维布基材层1、聚四氟乙烯层2和胶粘剂层3,聚四氟乙烯层2为单层或多层结构,且聚四氟乙烯层2通过涂覆或贴合的形式成型在纤维布基材层1表面,聚四氟乙烯层2采用粒径在85纳米至250纳米之间的聚四氟乙烯乳液混合导电性材料制成。
纤维布基材层1为无机纤维或耐高温有机纤维,其中,无机纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、凯夫拉纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维中的一种;纤维布基材层1的厚度为0.02-0.07mm,纤维布基材层1的纵向拉伸强度大于800N/25mm,横向拉伸强度大于650N/25mm;聚四氟乙烯乳液的固体含量为38%-42%;导电性材料为纳米级金属粉末或水溶性高分子导电改性助剂,其中,纳米级金属粉末为粒径在50纳米至100纳米之间的铜粉、银粉、镍粉、铁粉、碳粉、纳米碳管中的一种。
实施例一:聚四氟乙烯层2为两层结构;纤维布基材层1的两面均涂覆有一层聚四氟乙烯层2,其中一聚四氟乙烯层2的表面涂覆有胶粘剂层3。生产时,选用粒径为75纳米的纳米级铜粉悬浮液(35%固含量)15公斤添加入50公斤的聚四氟乙烯乳液中共混,然后将混合好的溶液涂覆到玻璃纤维布两面,然后在385摄氏度的温度下烧结9分钟固化,产品克重达到200克每平方米,然后进行表面处理,最后在其中一聚四氟乙烯层2的表面涂覆有机硅压敏胶。
实施例二:聚四氟乙烯层2为单层结构;纤维布基材层1的一面贴合有聚四氟乙烯层2,该聚四氟乙烯层2为聚四氟乙烯制成的薄膜,另一面涂覆有胶粘剂层3。生产时,使用粒径为100纳米的铜粉36公斤共混入50公斤聚四氟乙烯微粉,压制成型,在380度的温度下烧结10个小时后,将制品车削成厚度为0.025毫米的薄膜,将该薄膜热压合到玻璃纤维布上,最后对产品表面处理并在纤维布基材层1另一面涂机硅压敏胶。
实施例三:聚四氟乙烯层2为单层结构;纤维布基材层1的一面涂覆有聚四氟乙烯层2,另一面涂覆有聚四氟乙烯乳液层4,聚四氟乙烯乳液层4上涂覆有胶粘剂层3。生产时,将水溶性高分子导电改性助剂(纳米碳管悬浮液)2公斤(5%固含量)共混入50公斤四氟乙烯乳液中,然后将混合好的溶液涂覆到;纤维布基材层1的一面,另一面涂覆未加入水溶性高分子导电改性助剂的聚四氟乙烯乳液,最后对产品表面处理并在聚四氟乙烯乳液层4表面涂有机硅压敏胶。
实施例四:聚四氟乙烯层2为单层结构;纤维布基材层1的两面均涂覆有一层聚四氟乙烯乳液层4,其中一聚四氟乙烯乳液层4的表面贴合有聚四氟乙烯层2,该聚四氟乙烯层2为聚四氟乙烯制成的薄膜,另一聚四氟乙烯乳液层4的表面涂覆有胶粘剂层3。生产时,先在纤维布基材层1的两面都涂上一层聚四氟乙烯乳液,然后在其中一聚四氟乙烯乳液层4表面贴上实施例二中制成的薄膜,最后对产品表面处理并在另一聚四氟乙烯乳液层4涂上机硅压敏胶。
优选地,胶粘剂层3有机硅压敏胶,有机硅压敏胶为耐高温且高粘度有机硅压敏胶,其中增粘树脂的添加量为1%到15%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的导电型聚四氟乙烯涂覆布高温胶带,其特征在于:所述纤维布基材层为无机纤维或耐高温有机纤维,其中,无机纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、凯夫拉纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维中的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导电型聚四氟乙烯涂覆布高温胶带,其特征在于:所述纤维布基材层的厚度为0.02-0.07mm,纤维布基材层的纵向拉伸强度大于800N/25mm,横向拉伸强度大于650N/25mm。
