本发明涉及自润滑接头、尤其是用于在允许直线导引或旋转导引的球形接头或轴承中的轴的组件的自润滑接头的技术领域。
本发明有利地应用于所有类型的需要无润滑油操作(即,使用自润滑操作)以及在动态的高负载下操作的接头。
本发明目的在于获得由聚合物制成的自润滑接头,所述自润滑接头横跨其整体厚度为均匀的,而无增强基底,且在动态的高负载(例如,大于60MPa)下操作。
根据技术现状,由于此类型的复合聚合物接头在机械负载下的不良表现以及在动态负载下(包括低于60MPa的负载)流动和剥离的风险,此类型的复合聚合物接头不是完全令人满意的。例如,由复合聚合物制成或具有复合摩擦涂层的笼(cage)以及铬或不锈钢球体形成的自润滑球形接头是已知的。然而,卡住问题(seizing problem)出现在球体和轴之间。完全由聚合物制成但对大于40MPa的动态负载不具有抗性的球形接头也是已知的。
本发明目的在于以简单、可靠、有效且合理的方式克服这些缺点。
本发明旨在解决的问题是使球形接头的两处接触—即一方面是球体和笼之间的接触且另一方面是球体和轴之间的接触—自润滑,其目的是为了获得易于拆卸的球体/轴接触,所考虑的接头适合于大于40MPa的强接触压力。
根据本发明,球形接头由具有范围在20μm和150μm之间以及优选地在20μm和130μm之间的小厚度且与包含填充剂的树脂混合的织物的缠绕形成,所述织物呈现出具有范围在5mm和200mm之间的宽度的条的形式,根据纤维缠绕技术,所述条在多个层中交叉。

根据其他特征,树脂是环氧型、乙烯基酯型、聚酯型、酚醛型、聚酰亚胺型或其他类型,而填充剂是PTFE型、MoS2型或石墨型。
