背景技术
现在的车辆普遍具有用于提供数字多媒体广播(Digital MultimediaBroadcasting;DMB)及导航功能的多媒体装置。所述多媒体装置的显示部包含于中控台。可通过中控台上的显示部提供数字多媒体广播、导航功能,或者可以调节车内温度、执行多媒体功能等。
设置于中控台的显示部画面小、信息不与仪表盘联动,因此行驶过程中会分散驾驶员的注意力,是诱发事故的因素之一。尤其,驾驶员操作显示部的画面时,需注视画面的同时弯下身体进行触摸输入,因此行驶时存在事故隐患。
另外,方向盘上只有多媒体音量调节键或静音键等简单的控制键,不便于驾驶员操作多媒体装置。车辆行驶过程中导航、电话通话、执行多媒体功能等多媒体装置的使用频率逐渐增大,从而需要实现多媒体装置与仪表盘的联动。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种与仪表盘联动的车辆的集成多媒体装置。
本发明的技术问题不限于以上提及的技术问题,本领域普通技术人员可通过以下记载明确理解未提及的其他技术问题。
技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,根据本发明实施例的车辆的集成多媒体装置包括:显示装置,其具有显示部,提供数字多媒体广播或导航功能,能够通过对所述显示部的触摸输入接受操作;仪表盘,其在接收到预先设定的用户输入时,输出由所述显示装置提供的内容;以及用户输入部,其用于通过触摸输入来操作所述显示装置或所述仪表盘。
其他实施例的具体事项参见详细说明及附图。
技术效果
根据本发明的实施例,具有以下一种或多种技术效果。
第一,对多媒体装置的多点触控输入及手势输入具有提高用户便利性的效果。
第二,驾驶员在行驶过程中即使不直接向多媒体画面触摸输入,也可通过手势控制基本动作,具有提高用户便利性的效果。
第三,仪表盘能够输出由多媒体装置提供的内容,因此能够防止驾驶过程中分散驾驶员的视线。
本发明的技术效果不限于以上提及的技术效果,本领域技术人员可通过本发明技术方案明确理解未提及的其他技术效果。

参照附图及以下结合附图说明的实施例便可明确本发明的优点、特征及达成其的方法。但本发明并非限定于以下公开的实施例,还可以以多种不同形态变形实施,本实施例的目的仅仅是使本发明更完整公开,使本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员完全理解本发明的范畴,本发明由技术方案的范围所定义。在说明书全文中相同的附图标记表示同一构成要素。
说明书全文将各构成要素的名称区分为第一、第二等,其原因在于这些构成要素的名称相同,从而为加以区分。以下说明中并不限定于其顺序。
以下参照附图详细说明车辆的集成多媒体装置。
图1为包括根据本发明实施例的车辆的集成多媒体装置的驾驶舱模块的示意图。
图2为根据本发明实施例的车辆的集成多媒体装置的构成图。
如图1及图2所示,车辆的集成多媒体装置可包括仪表盘110、用户输入部120、显示装置130,视觉传感器140及控制部150。
仪表盘110是显示关于车辆的各种信息的模块。仪表盘110显示车辆的速度、每分钟转数(Revolution Per Minute;RPM)信息。并且,仪表盘110还可以显示行驶里程、油耗等行程(Trip)信息。并且,仪表盘110可以显示可行驶里程、瞬时油耗、平均油耗等油耗信息。并且,仪表盘110可以显示车门及后备箱开启状态、车灯工作状态、手刹(side brake)工作状态、雨刮器工作状态等各种关于车辆状态的信息。
另外,仪表盘110可输出显示由显示装置130提供的内容。例如,仪表盘110可显示由显示装置130提供的导航(Navigation)、DMB(DigitalMultimedia Broadcasting)、多媒体文件播放信息、无线电广播信息等。
乘客通过用户输入部120操作仪表盘110的动作。其中,用户是车辆的乘客。用户输入部120可以是安装在方向盘上的触摸板。
例如,当乘客在仪表盘110上显示有导航的状态下向用户输入部120多点触控输入后进行合拢(Pinch in)或分离(Pinch out)输入时,仪表盘110显示的地图可被缩小(Zoom in)或放大(Zoom out)。
又例如,当乘客在仪表盘110上显示有多媒体文件播放信息的状态下向用户输入部120多点触控输入后向预定方向拖动输入时,仪表盘110的画面可显示下一个文件或上一个文件的播放信息。
又例如,当乘客在仪表盘110上显示有导航的状态下向用户输入部120触摸输入后向预定的方向拖动输入时,仪表盘110的画面可执行向DMB画面或无线电广播画面转换的动作。
又例如,当乘客在仪表盘110上显示有预定内容的状态下用五根手指向用户输入部120多点触控输入后进行向一处合拢各触摸输入的拖动输入时,仪表盘110的画面可显示主菜单。
显示装置130包括显示装置输入部131、显示装置控制部132及显示部133。显示部133与显示装置输入部131可彼此构成层结构,以构成触摸屏。此时,显示部133可起到显示装置输入部131的功能。以下以显示部133为触摸屏作为假设进行说明。显示装置控制部132接收乘客对显示装置输入部131或显示部133的输入并控制使得执行预定工作。
显示装置130可安装在中控台的一区域。显示装置130显示位于中控台的各种按键的操作状态。例如,当操作位于中控台上的按键以启动空调或加热器时,显示装置130显示所述空调或加热器的工作状态。
显示装置130可包括导航、DMB、无线电广播、多媒体文件播放功能。可根据车辆乘客的操作执行导航、DMB、无线电广播、多媒体文件播放等功能。此时,乘客的操作可以是对显示部133的触摸输入。
例如,当在显示部133的上侧区域显示导航地图、中间区域显示主菜单的状态下接收到对地图区域触摸输入后向下拖动的输入时,显示装置控制部132控制使得显示部133的整个画面显示导航地图。
又例如,当接收到多点触控输入后拖动的输入时,显示装置控制部132控制使得变更菜单画面。此时,菜单画面可以3D空间效果变更。
又例如,当在显示有导航地图的状态下接收到对显示部133的合拢或分离输入时,显示装置控制部132控制使得缩小(Zoom in)或放大(Zoom out)所述地图。
又例如,当在显示有预定动作画面的状态下接收到对显示部133五个点多点触控输入后拖动的输入时,控制部150控制使得仪表盘110上显示由显示装置130提供的内容。
视觉传感器140包括一个以上的摄像头,用于感测乘客的手势。视觉传感器140将感测到的乘客的手势发送到控制部150。控制部150向显示装置130发送控制信号使得显示装置130执行与从视觉传感器140接收到的乘客的手势相对应的动作。显示装置从控制部150接收到控制信号后执行与乘客的手势相对应的动作。
视觉传感器140用于感测乘客的右手或左手在展开状态下向上、下、左或右侧方向摇晃的动作。例如,当通过视觉传感器140感测到乘客的手在展开状态下向下侧方向落下的手势时,控制部150向显示装置130发送对应于所述手势的控制信号。接收到控制信号的显示装置130根据所述手势执行在显示部133上显示导航地图的动作。
又例如,当通过视觉传感器140感测到乘客的手在展开状态下向上侧方向抬起的手势时,控制部150向显示装置130发送对应于所述手势的控制信号。接收到控制信号的显示装置130根据所述手势执行在显示部133上显示快捷菜单画面的动作。
又例如,当通过视觉传感器140感测到乘客的手在展开状态下向左侧或右侧方向移动的手势时,控制部150向显示装置130发送对应于所述手势的控制信号。此时,显示装置130执行变更成当前执行中的菜单以外的其他菜单的动作。
又例如,当通过视觉传感器140感测到乘客的手在展开状态下静止预先设定时间的手势时,控制部150控制使得仪表盘110上显示由显示装置130提供的内容。
控制部150控制仪表盘110、用户输入部120、显示装置130及视觉传感器140的动作。控制部150在通过用户输入部120、视觉传感器140或显示装置输入部131接收到输入信号时,向显示装置130或仪表盘110发送对应于所述输入信号的控制信号。
图3a为显示根据本发明实施例的模拟形态的仪表盘的示意图。
如图3a中(a)所示,仪表盘110可显示车辆的速度、RPM、行驶里程、燃油量、车灯工作与否、车门打开状态等。此时,车辆的速度及RPM可以以模拟方式显示。另外,仪表盘110可与显示装置130联动,以显示正在接收的无线电广播频率。并且,仪表盘110还可以与显示装置130的导航联动,以显示车辆当前行驶位置。
如图3a中(b)所示,仪表盘110还可显示显示装置130的导航的地图。
图3b为显示根据本发明实施例的数字形态的仪表盘的示意图。
如图3b中(a)所示,仪表盘110可显示车辆的速度、RPM、行驶里程、燃油量、车灯工作与否、车门打开状态等。此时,车辆的速度及RPM可以以数字方式显示。并且,仪表盘110可与显示装置130联动,以显示正在接收的无线电广播频率。并且,仪表盘110可与显示装置130的导航联动,以显示车辆当前行驶位置。
如图3b中(b)所示,仪表盘110还可以显示显示装置130的导航的地图。
图4为根据本发明实施例的显示装置的示意图。
如图4中(a)所示,显示装置显示部的上侧区域显示导航的地图。显示装置显示部的中间区域显示当前正在接收的无线电广播频率。显示装置显示部的中间区域可显示预先存储的多个无线电广播频率。显示装置显示部的下侧区域可显示音量调节区域、当前执行内容显示区域及手势模式设置区域。
当接收到向显示有导航地图的区域触摸输入后向下拖动的输入时,如图4中(b)所示,可放大显示导航地图。
另外,当在图4中(a)显示的画面接收到向快捷设置区域410触摸输入后向上拖动的输入时如图4中(c)所示,显示显示装置的快捷设置模式画面。其中,快捷设置模式画面上显示媒体文件设置、音量调节、声音调节、画面调节、时钟设置、蓝牙设置、WiFi设置、空调设置画面。通过乘客的触摸输入可在快捷设置模式画面上进行上述各设置。
图5a为根据本发明实施例的用户输入部的示意图。
如图5a所示,用户输入部510可安装在方向盘的右侧,便于驾驶员通过右拇指进行操作。用户输入部510可包括第一键511、第二键512、第三键513、第四键514、仪表盘类型转换键515及516、起始键(home button)517、返回键(back key)518。
当接收到第一键511输入时,仪表盘上显示的画面从主菜单画面转换到导航地图画面。当接收到第二键512输入时,仪表盘上显示的画面从导航地图画面转换到主菜单画面。当接收到第三键513及第四键514输入时,仪表盘上显示的画面转换到其他菜单。当接收到仪表盘类型转换键515、516输入时,仪表盘上显示的画面从模拟形式的仪表盘转换到数字形式的仪表盘显示,或从数字形式的仪表盘转换到模拟形式的仪表盘。当接收到起始键517输入时,仪表盘上显示的画面转换到主菜单画面。当接收到返回键518输入时,仪表盘上显示的画面转换到上一个画面。
图5b为根据本发明另一实施例的用户输入部的示意图。
如图5b中(a)所示,用户输入部可以是安装在方向盘上一个区域的触摸板530。
用户通过触摸板530操作仪表盘110的动作。其中,用户是车辆乘客。
例如,当乘客在仪表盘上显示有导航的状态下向触摸板530多点触控输入后进行合拢(Pinch in)或分离(Pinch out)输入时,仪表盘上显示的地图可被缩小(Zoomin)或放大(Zoom out)。
又例如,当乘客在仪表盘上显示有多媒体文件播放信息的状态下向触摸板530多点触控输入后向预定方向进行拖动输入时,仪表盘的画面可显示下一个文件或上一个文件播放信息。
又例如,如图5b中(b)所示,当乘客在仪表盘上显示有无线电广播接收频率的状态下向触摸板530触摸输入后向上侧方向进行拖动输入时,仪表盘的画面可执行转换成导航画面的动作。
又例如,如图5b中(c)所示,当乘客在仪表盘上显示有导航的状态下向触摸板530触摸输入后向下侧方向进行拖动输入时,仪表盘的画面可执行转换成DMB画面或无线电广播画面的动作。
又例如,如图5b中(d)所示,当乘客在仪表盘上显示有预定内容的状态下用五根手指向触摸板530多点触控输入后进行将各触摸输入聚向一点的拖动输入时,仪表盘的画面可显示主菜单。
图6a至图6b为用于说明根据本发明实施例的显示装置的参考示意图。
如图6a所示,显示装置在显示部的中间区域显示正在接收的无线电广播频率。当乘客的左手在该状态以展开状态向左侧移动时,视觉传感器感测所述手势,显示装置将菜单从无线电广播菜单变更到媒体菜单。当乘客的左手在显示有无线电广播频率的状态下以展开状态向右侧移动时,视觉传感器接收所述手势,显示装置将菜单从无线电广播菜单变更到DMB菜单。
如图6b所示,显示装置在显示部的中间区域显示正在接收的无线电广播频率。乘客的左手在该状态以展开状态向下侧移动时,视觉传感器感测所述手势,显示装置放大显示导航地图。当乘客的左手在显示有无线电广播频率的状态下以展开状态向上移动时,视觉传感器接收所述手势,显示装置显示快捷菜单设置画面。
如图6c所示,显示装置在显示部的中间区域显示正在接收的无线电广播频率。当乘客的左手在该状态以展开状态静止预先设定时间时,视觉传感器感测所述手势,仪表盘上显示由显示装置提供的内容。
图7a及图7b为用于说明根据本发明实施例的显示装置的参考示意图。
如图7a所示,当在显示有无线电广播接收频率的状态下接收到触摸输入后向左侧拖动的输入时,显示装置将菜单从无线电广播菜单变更到媒体菜单。
当在显示有无线电广播接收频率的状态下接收到触摸输入后向右侧拖动输入时,显示装置将菜单从无线电广播菜单变更到DMB菜单。
如图7b所示,显示装置在显示部的中间区域显示正在接收的无线电广播频率。当乘客在该状态下输入多点长按手势预定时间时,视觉传感器感测所述触摸手势,仪表盘上显示由显示装置提供的内容。
以上结合附图说明了本发明的优选实施例,但本发明并不限定于上述特定实施例,本领域所属技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内可任意变形实施,且这些变形实施均包含于本发明的技术方案。
Claims (10)
1.一种车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于,包括:
显示装置,其具有显示部,提供数字多媒体广播或导航功能,能够通过对所述显示部的触摸输入接受操作;
仪表盘,其在接收到预先设定的用户输入时,输出由所述显示装置提供的内容;以及
用户输入部,其用于通过触摸输入来操作所述显示装置或所述仪表盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于,还包括:
视觉传感器,其用于感测乘客的手势,
所述显示装置在通过所述视觉传感器接收到手势时,执行对应于所述手势的动作。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于:
所述手势是乘客的右手或左手在展开状态下向上、下、左或右侧方向摇晃的动作。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于:
所述手势是乘客的右手或左手静止预先设定时间的静止手势,
所述仪表盘在接收到所述静止手势时,输出由所述显示装置提供的内容。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于:
所述用户输入部安装在方向盘上,是能够接收驾驶员的触摸输入的触摸板。
6.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于,还包括:
控制部,其在通过所述用户输入部或所述视觉传感器接收到输入信号时,向所述显示装置或所述仪表盘发送对应于所述输入信号的控制信号。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括:
触摸屏,其接收用户输入,使信息视觉化显示。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于:
当通过所述触摸屏接收到多点触控并拖动输入时,所述控制部控制使得所述仪表盘上显示所述显示装置显示的内容。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于:
所述用户输入部是安装在方向盘上的触摸板。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成多媒体装置,其特征在于:
所述仪表盘上显示导航画面、数字多媒体广播画面及无线电广播画面中的任意一个。
