背景技术
玫瑰花中含有300多种化学成份,如芳香的醇、醛、脂肪酸、酚和含香精的油和脂,常食玫瑰制品中以柔肝醒胃,舒气活血,美容养颜,令人神爽。玫瑰初开的花朵可入药,有理气、活血、收敛等作用、主治月经不调,跌打损伤、肝气胃痛,乳臃肿痛等症。因此倍受现代女性的喜爱。但在饮用上多以整花开水冲泡为主,不仅携带不方便,冲泡口感上也不佳。市场上所见玫瑰花饮料很少,而且使得制备的饮料中玫瑰花的香味不纯正,而且口感较差。因此,我们采用密封低温减压提取法,密封在状态下提取,最大程度的保留玫瑰花的香味;低温减压提取,使得玫瑰花的溶出成分中影响口感的物质相对较少,口感相对较纯正,而且营养丰富,适合不同年龄段的人群使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玫瑰花营养饮料及其制备方法,具有携带方便,饮用口感好,保健功效突出,纯天然的特点。
本发明的具体方案如下:
一种玫瑰花营养饮料,该玫瑰花营养饮料的成分和重量份百分比分别为:玫瑰花0.1-0.3%、月季花0.03-0.1%、甜菊叶0.01-0.1%、西洋参0.05-0.08%、蜂胶0.05-0.08%,其余为水。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玫瑰花粉碎,加入到10-15倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.02-0.05MPa,温度为60-80℃的条件下,提取30-40分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液;
(2)、将月季花、甜菊叶粉碎,加入10-15倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取30-40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(3)、将西洋参切段、粉碎后与蜂胶混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取1个小时,过滤,得滤液;
(4)、按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
本发明的玫瑰花营养饮料配方中,月季花,活血调经,解毒消肿。主治月经不调,痛经、闭经。配合玫瑰花起到增强饮料保健功效的作用。
甜菊叶含有“甜菊素”,其甜度为砂糖的200倍。由于热量低,可谓无热量之代糖产品,是糖尿病患者的饮食或瘦身食品常用的甘味料,可以调节饮料的甜度,更适合现在追求健康饮食消费者的选择。
西洋参中最主要的有效成分是西洋参皂苷,西洋参皂苷是生理活性最显著的物质,西洋参中的皂甙可以有效增强中枢神经,达到静心凝神、消除疲劳、增强记忆力等作用,可适用于失眠、烦躁、记忆力衰退及老年痴呆等症状。西洋参所含有效成分与人参单体皂苷类别基本相同,甚至所含皂苷元也完全一致,均系齐墩果酸、人参二醇和人参三醇。但由于人参二醇单体皂苷的Rb1的含量高于人参,因此,形成二者疗效和应用上的差异,各有特色不可互相替代。
蜂胶是蜜蜂从植物芽孢或树干上采集的树脂,将其混入其上腭腺、蜡腺的分泌物加工而成的一种具有芳香气味的胶状固体物。从蜂箱中收集的蜂胶,通常含有55%的树脂和树香、30%左右的蜂蜡、10%的芳香挥发油和5%的花粉及夹杂物。20世纪70年代后,有关专家经过分析化验,证明蜂胶含有丰富的营业成分,有黄酮类化合物、酸、醇、酚、醛、酯、醚类以及烯、萜、甾类化合物和人体必须的多种氨基酸、脂肪酸、酶类、维生素、多种微量元素等。
我们采用密封低温减压提取法,密封在状态下提取,最大程度的保留玫瑰花的香味;低温减压,使得玫瑰花的溶出成分中影响口感的物质相对较少,口感相对较纯正,营养丰富,具有保健功效。

具体实施方式
实施例一、制备1000Kg的饮料。
(1)将1Kg的玫瑰花粉碎,加入到10倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.02MPa,温度为60℃的条件下,提取40分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将1Kg的月季花、1Kg的甜菊叶粉碎,加入10倍重的水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(3)、将0.8Kg西洋参切段、粉碎后与0.8Kg蜂胶混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取1个小时,过滤,得滤液;
(4)按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例二、制备1000Kg的饮料。
(1)将3Kg的玫瑰花粉碎,加入到13倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.03MPa,温度为70℃的条件下,提取35分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液。
(2)将0.3Kg月季花、0.1Kg的甜菊叶粉碎,加入10倍重的水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取35分钟,过滤,得滤液,
(3)将0.6Kg西洋参切段、粉碎后与0.6Kg蜂胶混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取1个小时,过滤,得滤液;
(4)按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例三、制备1000Kg的饮料。
(1)将2Kg的玫瑰花粉碎,加入到15倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.05MPa,温度为80℃的条件下,提取30分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液。
(2)将0.5Kg月季花、0.5Kg的甜菊叶粉碎,加入15倍重的水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取35分钟,过滤,得滤液,
(3)将0.5Kg西洋参切段、粉碎后与0.5Kg蜂胶混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取1个小时,过滤,得滤液,
(4)、按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。

(1)、将玫瑰花粉碎,加入到10-15倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.02-0.05MPa,温度为60-80℃的条件下,提取30-40分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液。
(2)、将月季花、甜菊叶粉碎,加入10-15倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取30-40分钟,过滤,得滤液,
(3)、将西洋参切段、粉碎后与蜂胶混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取1个小时,过滤,得滤液,
(4)、按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
