背景技术
玫瑰花中含有300多种化学成份,如芳香的醇、醛、脂肪酸、酚和含香精的油和脂,常食玫瑰制品中以柔肝醒胃,舒气活血,美容养颜,令人神爽。玫瑰初开的花朵可入药,有理气、活血、收敛等作用、主治月经不调,跌打损伤、肝气胃痛,乳臃肿痛等症。因此倍受现代女性的喜爱。但在饮用上多以整花开水冲泡为主,不仅携带不方便,冲泡口感上也不佳。市场上所见玫瑰花饮料很少,而且使得制备的饮料中玫瑰花的香味不纯正,而且口感较差。因此,我们采用密封低温减压提取法,密封在状态下提取,最大程度的保留玫瑰花的香味;低温减压提取,使得玫瑰花的溶出成分中影响口感的物质相对较少,口感相对较纯正,而且营养丰富,适合不同年龄段的人群使用。

本发明的目的是提供一种玫瑰花保健饮料及其制备方法,具有携带方便,饮用口感好,保健功效突出,纯天然的特点。
本发明的具体方案如下:
一种玫瑰花保健饮料,该玫瑰花保健饮料的成分和重量份百分比分别为:玫瑰花0.1-0.3%、月季花0.03-0.1%、甜菊叶0.01-0.1%、百合0.1-0.4%、香蕉片0.1-0.2%、白桑0.1-0.3%,其余为水。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玫瑰花粉碎,加入到10-15倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.02-0.05MPa,温度为60-80℃的条件下,提取20-25分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液;
(2)、将月季花、甜菊叶粉碎,加入10-15倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取20-25分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(3)、将百合切段、粉碎后与香蕉片、白桑混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,煮沸半个小时,过滤,得滤液;
(4)、按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
本发明的玫瑰花保健饮料配方中,月季花,活血调经,解毒消肿。主治月经不调,痛经、闭经。配合玫瑰花起到增强饮料保健功效的作用。
甜菊叶含有“甜菊素”,其甜度为砂糖的200倍。由于热量低,可谓无热量之代糖产品,是糖尿病患者的饮食或瘦身食品常用的甘味料,可以调节饮料的甜度,更适合现在追求健康饮食消费者的选择。
百合,又名强蜀、番韭、山丹、倒仙、重迈、中庭、摩罗、重箱、中逢花、百合蒜、大师傅蒜、蒜脑薯、夜合花等,是百合科百合属(学名:Lilium)多年生草本球根植物,鳞茎含丰富淀粉,可食,亦作药用。中药百合中含有生物碱、皂苷、磷脂、多糖等活性成分,还含有淀粉、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素和大量微量元素等营养物质。具有镇咳祛痰、滋阴润肺、清心安神的作用。
香蕉,芭蕉科(Musaceae)芭蕉属(Musa)植物,又指其果实。热带地区广泛栽培食用。香蕉味香、富于营养,终年可收获,在温带地区也很受重视。香蕉含有多种微量元素和维生素,能帮助肌肉松弛,使人身心愉悦,并具有一定的减肥功效,果实含淀粉0.5%,蛋白质1.3%,脂肪0.6%,糖分11%,灰分1%,维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素E等。并含少量5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素和二羟基苯乙胺。具有清热解毒,利尿消肿的作用。
白桑为桑科落叶乔木桑树的成熟果实,白桑又叫桑果、桑泡儿,农人喜欢其成熟的鲜果食用,味甜汁多,是人们常食的水果之一。白桑含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、糅酸、苹果酸及维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、铁、钠、钙、镁、磷、钾、胡萝卜素和花青素。主要功用:治肝肾不足和血虚精亏的头晕目眩;腰酸耳鸣;须发早白;失眠多梦;津伤口渴。
我们采用密封低温减压提取法,密封在状态下提取,最大程度的保留玫瑰花的香味;低温减压,使得玫瑰花的溶出成分中影响口感的物质相对较少,口感相对较纯正,营养丰富,具有保健功效,适合日常饮用,补充维生素和人体必须微量元素,解渴、利尿。
本发明的优点:该玫瑰花保健饮料具有保健功效,镇咳祛痰、滋阴润肺、清心安神和解渴、利尿的作用,口感良好,而且营养丰富,最大程度的保留了玫瑰花的特有香味,饮料不添加任何化学添加剂,属于纯天然饮料,适合不同年龄段的人群使用。
具体实施方式
实施例一、制备1000Kg的饮料。
(1)将1Kg的玫瑰花粉碎,加入到10倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.02MPa,温度为60℃的条件下,提取25分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液;
(2)将1Kg的月季花、1Kg的甜菊叶粉碎,加入10倍重的水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取25分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(3)、将1Kg百合切段、粉碎后与1.5Kg香蕉片、2Kg白桑混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,煮沸半个小时,过滤,得滤液;
(4)按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例二、制备1000Kg的饮料。
(1)将3Kg的玫瑰花粉碎,加入到13倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.03MPa,温度为70℃的条件下,提取20分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液。
(2)将0.3Kg月季花、0.1Kg的甜菊叶粉碎,加入10倍重的水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取20分钟,过滤,得滤液,
(3)将2Kg百合切段、粉碎后与2Kg香蕉片、3Kg白桑混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,煮沸半个小时,过滤,得滤液;
(4)按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例三、制备1000Kg的饮料。
(1)将2Kg的玫瑰花粉碎,加入到15倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.05MPa,温度为80℃的条件下,提取25分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液。
(2)将0.5Kg月季花、0.5Kg的甜菊叶粉碎,加入15倍重的水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取20分钟,过滤,得滤液,
(3)将4Kg百合切段、粉碎后与1Kg香蕉片、1Kg白桑混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,煮沸半个小时,过滤,得滤液,
(4)、按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
Claims (3)
1.一种玫瑰花保健饮料,其特征在于:该玫瑰花保健饮料的成分和重量份百分比分别为:玫瑰花0.1-0.3%、月季花0.03-0.1%甜菊叶0.01-0.1%、百合0.1-0.4%、香蕉片0.1-0.2%、白桑0.1-0.3%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玫瑰花保健饮料,其特征在于:该玫瑰花保健饮料的成分和重量份百分比分别为:玫瑰花0.2%、月季花0.05%、甜菊叶0.05%、百合0.3%、香蕉片0.16%、白桑0.2%,其余为水。
3.如权利要求1所述的玫瑰花保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玫瑰花粉碎,加入到10-15倍重的水中,在密闭的提取罐中,减压至0.02-0.05MPa,温度为60-80℃的条件下,提取20-25分钟,冷却至室温,过滤,得滤液。
(2)、将月季花、甜菊叶粉碎,加入10-15倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取20-25分钟,过滤,得滤液,
(3)、将百合切段、粉碎后与香蕉片、白桑混合,再加入20-30倍水,在敞口提取罐中,煮沸半个小时,过滤,得滤液,
(4)、按比例合并(1)、(2)、(3)的滤液,再加入相应比例饮用水,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
