Abstract

本发明公开一种女鞋的塑胶中底及其加工方法。鞋中底由前掌部、后跟部组成;使得前掌部与后跟部成一体,形成一与脚形状相仿的鞋中底;前掌部由多层纸板压合而成,下表面上贴有棉线交错构成的棉网。本发明中所述女鞋塑胶鞋中底的结构强度高,其与传统女鞋的鞋中底相比较,优势在于:注塑成型后的鞋中底侧面光滑,且在注塑成型时即可同步加工出所需要的鞋带预留口,无需再进行打磨加工,不会引起伤及鞋中底侧面的外观问题;而且,预留口的位置可通过调节胶质方块的位置进行随时修正,可很好的满足现代女鞋设计制造过程中的修改需要。

一种女鞋的塑胶中底及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋领域,具体的说是一种女鞋的塑胶中底及其加工方法。
背景技术
女鞋一般包括有鞋面、鞋底,许多女鞋还包括有鞋带及其它装饰物。女鞋的鞋底一般包括三层,至下而上分别是鞋大底、鞋中底以及鞋内底。
对于带有鞋带的女鞋,加工时,需要将鞋带底部固定夹置于鞋中底及鞋大底间。为实现上述加工,现有的方法是先裁剪出带有鞋带预留口的纸板,而后将该纸板通过人工与鞋中底进行对位贴合,待上述对位贴合加工完成后,因人工对位存在误差,还需要对贴合后的鞋中底侧面进行磨边加工,才能使鞋中底的侧面平整一致,但这样的磨边操作极易伤及鞋中底的侧面,引起鞋中底的外观问题。
现有的鞋中底为简单的平板装,一般由纸板层层贴合制成,其与带有鞋带预留口的纸板多是胶粘固定,结构稳定性较差,鞋中底上的鞋带预留口还需提前加工,而在实际的女鞋设计定型过程中,常常需要经过多次修改,如果对鞋带大小、位置进行调整修改后,受现有加工方式及女鞋中底结构的限制,必须对加工鞋中底的剪裁设备使用到的相应模具做出修改,这样,既增加修改时间,又增加修改成本,不能满足现代企业高速发展的实际需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服传统女鞋中底结构上以及带鞋带预留口的鞋中底在加工上所存在的不足,提供一种女鞋的塑胶中底及其加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的一种女鞋的塑胶中底的具体结构如下:
鞋中底由前掌部、后跟部组成;
使得前掌部与后跟部成一体,形成一与脚形状相仿的鞋中底;
前掌部由多层纸板压合而成,下表面上贴有棉线交错构成的棉网;
进一步的说,所述的棉网的网孔为方形;
前掌部前部上沿横向开有多排平行的预折孔组,每组预折孔组由多个均匀间隔的预折孔组成;
进一步的说,所述的预折孔组为四组,每组预折孔由五个均匀间隔的预折孔组成;
后跟部由塑胶注塑而成,外周侧面至上而下向内倾斜,上表面向下呈弧形下凹,下表面向下呈弧形凸起;
后跟部上开有多个用于与鞋大底进行固定配合的固定孔;
后跟部的下表面上沿其外边沿设有向下凸起的凸条;所述凸条的内侧面向内倾斜;
后跟部的外边沿上还设有多个用于夹放鞋带的鞋带预留口;
进一步的说,所述凸条的凸起高度为1.5毫米。
本发明还包括有用于加工上述塑胶鞋中底的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一.预制好注塑模具,该注塑模具包括有上模板、下模板,上模板与下模板间设有四组导柱与导套,上模板、下模板闭合形成一与后跟部形状尺寸相适配的模腔,在该模腔的底部边沿上开出槽道,该槽道用于加工出凸条;
步骤二.制作尺寸与鞋带预留位所需要的缺口大小相适配胶质方块,将该胶质方块粘固于所述槽道内对应鞋带预留位的相应位置上,该胶质方块的材料为环氧树脂AB胶;
步骤三.将方孔棉网与纸板贴合为一体,进行自动化裁剪设备剪裁出前掌部,再使用冲切设备冲切出预折孔组;
步骤四.将步骤三中制作好的前掌部放入步骤一预制好的注塑模具中,并定位;
步骤五.将经步骤二处理后的注塑模具安装至注塑机中,塑胶原料送入注塑机中,加热至180℃熔化成液态后,送入注塑模具的模腔中,注塑成为后跟部,并自然冷却至常温,使注塑成型的后跟部与前掌部在注塑过程中融合为一体,成为塑胶鞋中底。
本发明中所述女鞋塑胶鞋中底的结构强度高,其与传统女鞋的鞋中底相比较,优势在于:注塑成型后的鞋中底侧面光滑,且在注塑成型时即可同步加工出所需要的鞋带预留口,无需再进行打磨加工,不会引起伤及鞋中底侧面的外观问题;而且,预留口的位置可通过调节胶质方块的位置进行随时修正,可很好的满足现代女鞋设计制造过程中的修改需要。因胶质方块的材料为环氧树脂AB胶,其熔点为200℃,高于注塑原料塑胶180℃的熔点,可实现在注塑时利用其成型出鞋带预留口;因胶质方块是胶粘于模具中,当需要对其调整位置时,只需简单地铲除后再改变位置胶粘即可,不需要对注塑模具本身进行大动作修正,可大幅减少修改成本及修改时间。

具体实施方式
为方便对本发明作进一步的理解,现结合图1举一实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例:
如图1所示,鞋中底由前掌部1、后跟部2组成;
使得前掌部1与后跟部2成一体,形成一与脚形状相仿的鞋中底;
前掌部1由多层纸板压合而成,下表面上贴有棉线交错构成的方孔棉网;
前掌部1前部上沿横向开有四排平行的预折孔组,每组预折孔组由五个均匀间隔的预折孔3组成;
后跟部2由塑胶注塑而成,外周侧面至上而下向内倾斜,上表面向下呈弧形下凹,下表面向下呈弧形凸起;
后跟部2上开有多个用于与鞋大底进行固定配合的固定孔4;
后跟部2的下表面上沿其外边沿设有向下凸起的凸条5;所述凸条5的凸起高度为1.5毫米,内侧面向内倾斜;
后跟部2的外边沿上还设有多个用于夹放鞋带的鞋带预留口6。
本发明还包括有用于加工上述塑胶鞋中底的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一.预制好注塑模具,该注塑模具包括有上模板、下模板,上模板与下模板间设有四组导柱与导套,上模板、下模板闭合形成一与后跟部形状尺寸相适配的模腔,在该模腔的底部边沿上开出槽道,该槽道用于加工出凸条5;
步骤二.制作尺寸与鞋带预留位所需要的缺口大小相适配胶质方块,将该胶质方块粘固于所述槽道内对应鞋带预留位的相应位置上,该胶质方块的材料为环氧树脂AB胶;
步骤三.将方孔棉网与纸板贴合为一体,进行自动化裁剪设备剪裁出前掌部,再使用冲切设备冲切出预折孔组;
步骤四.将步骤三中制作好的前掌部1放入步骤一预制好的注塑模具中,并定位;
步骤五.将经步骤二处理后的注塑模具安装至注塑机中,塑胶原料送入注塑机中,加热至180℃熔化成液态后,送入注塑模具的模腔中,注塑成为后跟部2,并自然冷却至常温,使注塑成型的后跟部2与前掌部1在注塑过程中融合为一体,成为塑胶鞋中底。
采用此方法制造鞋中底,一次成型后就带有鞋带预留口6,能够满足后续绑带的需要,而且无需对鞋中底的外侧面进行打磨,因此不会伤及鞋中底的外侧面,也就不会造成鞋中底外侧面的外观问题;当试产过程中需要快速调整绑带位置时,只需将模具中对应位置的胶质方块从模具中铲除,再通过胶粘的方式,在模具中对应更改后绑带位置固定新的胶质方块,用于注塑成型新位置的鞋带预留口6即可,操作简单易行,调整时间快速,更改成本低廉,具有非常强的实用性,尤其在鞋中底的试产阶段更能体现出改动快、成本低、操作简单可行的特点。

Claims (2)

1.一种制造女鞋的塑胶中底的方法,该女鞋的塑胶中底由前掌部、后跟部组成;前掌部与后跟部成一体,形成一与脚形状相仿的鞋中底;前掌部由多层纸板压合而成,下表面上贴有棉线交错构成的棉网;前掌部前部上沿横向开有多排平行的预折孔组,每组预折孔组由多个均匀间隔的预折孔组成;后跟部由塑胶注塑而成,外周侧面至上而下向内倾斜,上表面向下呈弧形下凹,下表面向下呈弧形凸起;后跟部沿其外边沿设有下凸起的凸条;所述凸条的内侧面向内倾斜;后跟部的外边沿上还设有多个用于夹放鞋带的鞋带预留口;其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、预制好注塑模具,该注塑模具包括有上模板、下模板,上模板与下模板间设有四组导柱与导套,上模板、下模板闭合形成一与后跟部形状尺寸相适配的模腔,在该模腔的底部边沿上开出槽道,该槽道用于加工出凸条;
步骤二、制作尺寸与鞋带预留位所需要的缺口大小相适配胶质方块,将该胶质方块粘固于所述槽道内对应鞋带预留位的相应位置上;
步骤三、将方孔棉网与纸板贴合为一体,进行自动化裁剪设备剪裁出前掌部,再使用冲切设备冲切出预折孔组;
步骤四、将步骤三中制作好的前掌部放入步骤一预制好的注塑模具中,并定位;
步骤五、将经步骤二处理后的注塑模具安装至注塑机中,塑胶原料送入注塑机中,加热至180℃熔化成液态后,送入注塑模具的模腔中,注塑成为后跟部,并自然冷却至常温,使注塑成型的后跟部与前掌部在注塑过程中融合为一体,成为塑胶鞋中底。
2.如权利要求1中所述的制造女鞋的塑胶中底的方法,其特征在于:所述胶质方块的材料为环氧树脂AB胶。
