Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保内增高鞋中底,包括纤维板和聚氨酯内增高垫,所述纤维板和聚氨酯内增高垫热熔连接,聚氨酯内增高垫上设有发泡孔槽,纤维板上设有与发泡孔槽相应位置的通孔。其制作工艺包括:(1)根据楦型获取聚氨酯内增高垫的弧度、长度和高度,并制成样板,然后到模具厂制作铜模待用;(2)根据聚氨酯内增高垫样板获取底板的规格参数,并制作出纤维板刀模;(3)将纤维板刀模固定在铜模的上模,并在下模注塑聚氨酯一次成型,成型后纤维板刀模与聚氨酯热熔为一体。本发明采用模具将纤维板和聚氨酯一体成型,形成不刷胶的聚氨酯内增高垫,目前独一无二;比现有内增高垫的弹性更佳,稳定性更好,不变形,耐折、抗震、无异味。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底,尤其涉及一种环保内增高鞋中底及其制作工艺。
背景技术
市场上现有的内增高鞋底一般是EVA打磨后刷胶贴在中底板上贴合成型,此做法效率低,准度差,外观粗糙,有胶水臭味,经过鞋机压底后会变薄,不反弹,会造成高低大小不一。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种环保内增高鞋中底及其制作工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种环保内增高鞋中底,包括纤维板和聚氨脂内增高垫,所述纤维板和聚氨脂内增高垫热熔连接,聚氨脂内增高垫上设有发泡孔槽,纤维板上设有与发泡孔槽相应位置的通孔。
一种环保内增高鞋中底的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据楦型获取聚氨脂内增高垫的弧度、长度和高度,并制成样板,然后到模具厂制作铜模待用;
(2)根据聚氨脂内增高垫样板获取底板的规格参数,并制作出纤维板刀模;
(3)将纤维板刀模固定在铜模的上模,并在下模注塑聚氨脂一次成型,成型后纤维板刀模与聚氨脂热熔为一体。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:采用模具将纤维板和聚氨脂一体成型,形成不刷胶的聚氨脂内增高垫,目前独一无二;比现有内增高垫的弹性更佳,稳定性更好,不变形,环保美观,且成本低,耐折、抗震、无异味。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1、图2所示,一种环保内增高鞋中底,包括纤维板1和聚氨脂内增高垫2,所述纤维板1和聚氨脂内增高垫2热熔连接,聚氨脂内增高垫2上设有发泡孔槽3,纤维板1上设有与发泡孔槽3相应位置的通孔4。
一种环保内增高鞋中底的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据楦型获取聚氨脂内增高垫的弧度、长度和高度,并制成样板,然后到模具厂制作铜模待用;
(2)根据聚氨脂内增高垫样板获取底板的规格参数,并制作出纤维板刀模;
(3)将纤维板刀模固定在铜模的上模,并在下模注塑聚氨脂一次成型,成型后纤维板刀模与聚氨脂热熔为一体。

2.一种环保内增高鞋中底的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)根据楦型获取聚氨脂内增高垫的弧度、长度和高度,并制成样板,然后到模具厂制作铜模待用;
(2)根据聚氨脂内增高垫样板获取底板的规格参数,并制作出纤维板刀模;
(3)将纤维板刀模固定在铜模的上模,并在下模注塑聚氨脂一次成型,成型后纤维板刀模与聚氨脂热熔为一体。
