Abstract
本发明提出一种自动化生产的鞋子及其制鞋方法。自动化生产的鞋子包含鞋面料、鞋底件及塑料。鞋面料为一体成型,且包含鞋面及脚踏底面,鞋面及脚踏底面相互连接。塑料涂布在鞋面及脚踏底面,且填充于脚踏底面及鞋底件之间,塑料将形成至少一个支撑件并贴附在鞋面及脚踏底面。鞋底件通过塑料连接于脚踏底面。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动化生产的鞋子及其制鞋方法,特别涉及一种可将塑料涂布在鞋面料且同时将鞋底件胶合于脚踏底面的自动化生产的鞋子及其制鞋方法。
背景技术
在传统制鞋步骤中,将鞋面料与鞋底黏合前,必须先经过打胶,即上黏着剂,并且对鞋底作表面处理,以使黏着剂可稳固地连接鞋底。
然而,使用黏着剂以及针对鞋底的表面处理,有可能对环境产生污染问题;而打胶必须仰赖人工对准且无法重复黏贴,若不小心没对准则无法重来,进而造成控制合格率的问题。此外,如今制造产业又逐渐面临人工愈趋昂贵,且人工的技能低落的困境。因此,在生产过程中于物料、人力及工时所付出的成本将成为制鞋产业的一大负担。
综上所述,现有的各种制鞋方法皆无法同时提供良好的黏合质量并同时降低制作成本。所以,在制鞋工业的技术领域中,在合格率表现上、经济效益上都仍旧有相当大的改善空间。
发明内容
有鉴于上述现有技术的问题,本发明的目的就是提供一种自动化生产的鞋子及其制鞋方法,以解决传统制鞋步骤繁杂,浪费物料、工时及人力的问题。
根据本发明的目的,提出一种自动化生产的鞋子,其包含鞋面料、鞋底件及塑料。鞋面料为一体成型的立体状结构,鞋面料包含鞋面及脚踏底面,鞋面沿着脚踏底面的边缘连接脚踏底面;鞋底件设置于脚踏底面;塑料涂布鞋面及脚踏底面,且填充在脚踏底面及鞋底件之间,鞋底件通过塑料胶合于脚踏底面,而塑料形成至少一个支撑件并贴附于鞋面及脚踏底面。
优选的,鞋面料具有若干个孔隙。
优选的,当塑料涂布鞋面料的鞋面及脚踏底面时,塑料渗入鞋面料的若干个孔隙中。
优选的,鞋面料为编织物。
优选的,鞋面料为皮料。
此外,本发明还提出一种自动化生产的制鞋方法,包含下列步骤:提供一体成型的立体状结构的鞋面料,鞋面料包含鞋面及脚踏底面,鞋面沿着脚踏底面的边缘连接脚踏底面;提供鞋底件,并将之设置于脚踏底面;进行胶合步骤,以将塑料涂布在鞋面及脚踏底面,且填充于脚踏底面及鞋底件之间,以使鞋底件胶合于脚踏底面;由塑料形成贴附鞋面及脚踏底面的至少一支撑件,以支撑鞋面料。
优选的,胶合步骤还包含下列步骤:套置鞋面料至鞋型内模上;放置鞋面料及鞋底件于具有至少一个预设模孔的成形模具之中,且通过成形模具压抵鞋面料;使用注塑机将塑料注入成形模具的至少一个预设模孔中,以使塑料涂布鞋面及脚踏底面,且填充于脚踏底面及鞋底件之间;进行除模步骤,以移除鞋型内模及成形模具。
优选的,进行除模步骤之前还包含下列步骤:塑料渗入鞋面料的若干个孔隙中,以使塑料连接鞋面料;待塑料固化成形,塑料在脚踏底面及鞋底件之间形成中介胶合层,以使鞋底件胶合于脚踏底面。
优选的,鞋型内模为可活动伸缩的楦头。
优选的,成形模具包含可活动且具有至少一个预设模孔的至少三个成形模块。
综上所述,依本发明自动化生产的鞋子及其制鞋方法,其可利用注塑机将塑料注入模具中,进而涂布于鞋面料,且同时通过涂布填充在鞋底件及脚踏底面之间的塑料所形成的中介胶合层,将鞋底件胶合于脚踏底面,借此达到节省物料、工时、人力之降低成本的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3,图1为本发明自动化生产的鞋子的分解图;图2为本发明自动化生产的鞋子的示意图;图3为本发明自动化生产的鞋子的截面图。如图所示,自动化生产的鞋子1包含鞋面料11、鞋底件12及塑料13。鞋面料11为一体成型的立体状结构,且鞋面料11包含鞋面111及脚踏底面112;鞋面111沿着脚踏底面112的边缘连接脚踏底面112,以便部分包覆使用者的足部;鞋底件12设置于脚踏底面112;塑料13涂布在鞋面111及脚踏底面112,且填充于脚踏底面112及鞋底件12之间,鞋底件12通过塑料13胶合于脚踏底面112,而塑料13形成至少一个支撑件131并贴附于鞋面111及脚踏底面112。
此外,鞋面料11可为一体成型的立体状编织物,但不以此为限,其也可由其它物料构成,如:皮料。以编织物为例,由于鞋面料11通过编织方式构成;由此可见,织线间通常是以非完全紧密地方式编织,所以,鞋面料11具有若干个孔隙113。
凭此,当融熔状态的塑料13涂布鞋面料11的鞋面111及脚踏底面112时,塑料13除了涂布覆盖鞋面料11的鞋面111及脚踏底面112之外,塑料13将进一步地渗入鞋面料11之若干个孔隙中113;因此,当塑料13经一段时间而逐渐固化时,渗入若干个孔隙113的塑料13将因为固化而栓接于各孔隙113之间,进而使得塑料13可更紧密地附着于鞋面料11上。
然而,由于鞋面料11为编织物,是不具有足够的支撑力撑起其整体本身,进而以立体方式呈现;因此,当塑料13固化之后,塑料13可具有一定硬度,以成为支撑鞋面料11的立体状结构的支撑件131,将如鞋面料11的骨架一般贴附于鞋面料11的外表面(包含鞋面111及脚踏底面112),进而提供支撑力给鞋面料11整体,使其能以立体状的形态撑起。
再者,支撑件131除了提供鞋面料11支撑力之外,也兼具其它功能,如制造中可依据设计考虑以调整所用模具,进而在注出塑料13至鞋面料11时,使塑料13于鞋面料11上形成对应模具的造型,进而塑料13在鞋面料11上形成特定的形状,且也可挑选塑料13与鞋面111搭配得颜色,来同时完成上色作业;凭此,可有效地节省制造成本与时间。举例来说,以往制鞋时,需将附加的造型部件逐一黏贴至鞋面料11上,有的还需加以缝纫加工固定;如今,本发明可通过直接注出塑料13以形成部件于鞋面料11之上,除部件可紧密贴附连接鞋面料11之外,亦能大大地节省在黏贴及车缝作业所需花费的人力及工时。
补充说明一点,因鞋面料11在制造前无法自行撑起,所以在制造过程中,需利用一鞋型内模14设置于鞋面料11内部以提供支撑力,而进一步地说明将于之后的自动化生产的制鞋方法的部分加以详述。
尽管前述在说明本发明自动化生产的鞋子的过程中,也已同时说明本发明自动化生产的制鞋方法的概念,但为求清楚起见,以下另示意流程图详细说明。
如图4及图5,图4为本发明自动化生产的制鞋方法流程图;图5为本发明自动化生产的制鞋方法的胶合步骤流程图。如图所示,本发明自动化生产的制鞋方法,包含下列步骤:
在步骤S11中:提供一体成型的立体状结构的鞋面料,鞋面料包含鞋面及脚踏底面,鞋面沿着脚踏底面的边缘连接脚踏底面。
在步骤S12中:提供鞋底件,其设置在脚踏底面;详细而言,是设置在对应脚踏底面的位置。
在步骤S13中:进行胶合步骤,将塑料涂布在鞋面及脚踏底面,且填充在脚踏底面及鞋底件之间,以便鞋底件胶合在脚踏底面。
在步骤S14中:由塑料形成贴附鞋面及脚踏底面的至少一个支撑件,来支撑鞋面料。
再者,胶合步骤还包含下列步骤:
在步骤S131中:套置鞋面料至鞋型内模上;在此,鞋型内模为可活动伸缩的楦头,进而可调整适当尺寸供不同尺寸的鞋面料套置。
在步骤S132中:放置鞋面料及鞋底件在具有至少一个预设模孔的成形模具之中,且通过成形模具压抵鞋面料;其中,成形模具可包含可活动且具有至少一个预设模孔的至少三个成形模块;如模块数量为三,其分别压抵鞋面的两侧以及脚踏底面,但模块数量仍须视情况需求调整,因此,在此并不加以限定;尚需补充一点的是,鞋底件将放置于其中一对应脚踏底面的模块上。
在步骤S133中:使用注塑机将塑料注入成形模具的至少一个预设模孔中,以使塑料涂布鞋面及脚踏底面,且填充在脚踏底面及鞋底件之间。
在步骤S134中:进行除模步骤,以移除鞋型内模及成形模具。
此外,进行除模步骤之前还可包含下列步骤:
在步骤S1331中:塑料渗入鞋面料的若干个孔隙中,以使塑料连接鞋面料。
在步骤S1332中:待塑料固化成形,塑料在脚踏底面及鞋底件之间形成中介胶合层,以使鞋底件胶合于脚踏底面。
简单的说,先将鞋面料与鞋底件设置在模具内的预定位置,再通过注入成型的方式将融熔的塑料注入模具内,以使塑料在模具内成型及固化,而在固化的同时塑料可紧密的固定于鞋面料上,而鞋底件也紧密的固定于脚踏底面的塑料上。凭此达成制作过程上的简化而利于制作,且可利用塑料有效的支撑鞋面料及固定鞋底件,并可同时达到装饰的效用。
本发明自动化生产的制鞋方法中有关自动化生产的鞋子的详细结构说明以及实施方式已于前面描述过,在此为了简略说明便不再赘述。
以上所述仅为举例性,而非用于对本发明的保护范围进行限制。任何未脱离本发明的精神与范畴,而对其进行的等同修改或变更,均应包含于本发明的权利要求书的保护范围中。
Claims (10)
1.一种自动化生产的鞋子,其特征在于,包含:
鞋面料,是一体成型的立体状结构,所述鞋面料包含鞋面及脚踏底面,所述鞋面是沿着所述脚踏底面的边缘连接在所述脚踏底面;
鞋底件,设置在所述脚踏底面;以及
塑料,涂布在所述鞋面及所述脚踏底面,且填充于所述脚踏底面及所述鞋底件之间,所述鞋底件通过所述塑料胶合于所述脚踏底面,而所述塑料形成至少一个支撑件并贴附于所述鞋面及所述脚踏底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动化生产的鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋面料具有若干个孔隙。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动化生产的鞋子,其特征在于,当所述塑料涂布在所述鞋面料的所述鞋面及所述脚踏底面时,所述塑料将渗入所述鞋面料的所述若干个孔隙中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动化生产的鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋面料为编织物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动化生产的鞋子,其特征在于,所述鞋面料为皮料。
6.一种自动化生产的制鞋方法,其特征在于,包含下列步骤:
提供一体成型的立体状结构的鞋面料,所述鞋面料包含鞋面及脚踏底面,所述鞋面是沿着所述脚踏底面的边缘连接于所述脚踏底面;
提供鞋底件,设置于所述脚踏底面;
进行胶合步骤,将塑料涂布于所述鞋面及所述脚踏底面,且填充于所述脚踏底面及所述鞋底件之间,以使所述鞋底件胶合于所述脚踏底面;并且由所述塑料形成贴附在所述鞋面及所述脚踏底面的至少一个支撑件,以支撑所述鞋面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自动化生产的制鞋方法,其特征在于,所述胶合步骤还包含下列步骤:
套置所述鞋面料至鞋型内模上;
放置所述鞋面料及所述鞋底件在具有至少一预设模穴的成形模具之中,且通过所述成形模具压抵所述鞋面料;
使用注塑机将所述塑料注入所述成形模具的至少一个预设模孔中,以使所述塑料涂布所述鞋面及所述脚踏底面,且填充在所述脚踏底面及所述鞋底件之间;
并且进行除模步骤,以移除所述鞋型内模及所述成形模具。
8.根据权利要求7所述的自动化生产的制鞋方法,其特征在于,进行所述除模步骤之前还包含下列步骤:
将所述塑料渗入所述鞋面料的若干个孔隙中,以使所述塑料连接于所述鞋面料;
并且待所述塑料固化成形,所述塑料在所述脚踏底面及所述鞋底件之间系形成中介胶合层,以使所述鞋底件胶合于所述脚踏底面。
9.根据权利要求7所述的自动化生产的制鞋方法,其特征在于,所述鞋型内模为可活动伸缩的楦头。
10.根据权利要求7所述的自动化生产的制鞋方法,其特征在于,所述成形模具是包含可活动且具有至少一个预设模孔的至少三个成形模块。
