Abstract

一种高粱根微粉的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:1)以新鲜高粱根为原料,将高粱根去杂清洗干净,切成片状,加入玉米淀粉与片状高粱根搓揉,使片状高粱根表面裹上玉米淀粉,静置60分钟,再取出用温水冲掉玉米淀粉;2)将步骤1)中加工后的片状高粱根送入滚揉机进行滚揉处理,滚揉时每隔5-8分钟抽真空一次,每次抽完真空后滚揉5-10分钟,然后排真空,如此循环2-4次;3)将滚揉后的片状高粱根进行榨汁,收集根汁,榨汁是在真空环境下进行,温度控制在10-20℃;4)将根汁喷雾干燥,制得块状干燥物,将块状干燥物放在35℃环境下低温烘干,使其水分含量在8%以内;5)将步骤4)中烘干的块状干燥物利用球磨机球磨至400目即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物医药技术领域,具体涉及一种高粱根微粉的制备工艺。
背景技术
高粱根中国高粱的根,具有药用价值,可以对平喘,利尿,止血等病症进行治疗。传统方法是对高粱根进行煎煮,得到有效成分。近年来随着科学的进步,技术的发展,超声波技术越来越受到人们的广泛关注。利用超声波的机械震动等作用,将植物组织松散,加快目的物的溶出,减少了浸提时间,并可提高提取率。但其提取成本较高,时间较长。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种方法简单,成品率高,品质好的高粱根微粉的制备工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高粱根微粉的制备工艺,包括如下步骤,
1)以新鲜高粱根为原料,将高粱根去杂清洗干净,切成片状,加入玉米淀粉与片状高粱根搓揉,使片状高粱根表面裹上玉米淀粉,静置60分钟左右,再取出用温水冲掉玉米淀粉;
2)将步骤1)中加工后的片状高粱根送入滚揉机进行滚揉处理,滚揉时每隔5-8分钟抽真空一次,每次抽完真空后滚揉5-10分钟,然后排真空,如此循环2-4次,使得高粱根在滚揉过程中能够达到呼吸按摩的效果,提高内部物质的活性;
3)将滚揉后的片状高粱根进行榨汁,收集根汁,榨汁是在真空环境下进行,温度控制在10-20℃;
4)将根汁喷雾干燥,制得块状干燥物,将块状干燥物放在35℃环境下低温烘干,使其水分含量在8%以内;
5)将步骤4)中烘干的块状干燥物利用球磨机球磨至400目即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明方法简单,成本低,成品率高;提取的高粱根粉速溶性好,口味纯正,易于保存。

实施例1
一种高粱根微粉的制备工艺,包括如下步骤,
1)以新鲜高粱根为原料,将高粱根去杂清洗干净,切成片状,加入玉米淀粉与片状高粱根搓揉,使片状高粱根表面裹上玉米淀粉,静置60分钟左右,再取出用温水冲掉玉米淀粉;
2)将步骤1)中加工后的片状高粱根送入滚揉机进行滚揉处理,滚揉时每隔5-8分钟抽真空一次,每次抽完真空后滚揉5-10分钟,然后排真空,如此循环2-4次,使得高粱根在滚揉过程中能够达到呼吸按摩的效果,提高内部物质的活性;

1)以新鲜高粱根为原料,将高粱根去杂清洗干净,切成片状,加入玉米淀粉与片状高粱根搓揉,使片状高粱根表面裹上玉米淀粉,静置60分钟,再取出用温水冲掉玉米淀粉;
2)将步骤1)中加工后的片状高粱根送入滚揉机进行滚揉处理,滚揉时每隔5-8分钟抽真空一次,每次抽完真空后滚揉5-10分钟,然后排真空,如此循环2-4次;
3)将滚揉后的片状高粱根进行榨汁,收集根汁,榨汁是在真空环境下进行,温度控制在10-20℃;
