本发明涉及一种饮料及其制备方法,尤其是一种新型红枣山药米乳及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的有关大米的食品,多为膨化食品,无饮料。而膨化食品在烘烤过程中,往往会破坏大米中的营养成分。部分大米饮料,营养单一,没有补血益气功能。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种新型红枣山药米乳及其制造方法。
实现本发明目的之一的一种新型红枣山药米乳,包括按重量比的如下成份:纯净水100份、大米粉3~27份、红枣粉1~2.8份、山药粉0.1~0.38份、葡萄糖酸钙1.2~8份、氯化钾0.02~0.10份、硫酸镁0.02~0.06份、磷酸氢二钠0.01~0.08份、维生素E0.012~0.06份、植酸0.008~0.06份、维生素C0.014~0.049份、维生素D0.00006~0.04份、柠檬香精0.02~0.10份。
优先的,大米粉8份、红枣粉1.8份、山药粉0.36份、葡萄糖酸钙3份、氯化钾0.06份、硫酸镁0.04份、磷酸氢二钠0.06份、维生素E0.026份、植酸0.02份、维生素C0.022份、维生素D0.002份、柠檬香精0.04份。
实现本发明目的之二的新型红枣山药米乳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将山药粉、维生素C、维生素D分别溶于2~4倍量加热至沸点的矿泉水中,搅拌溶解后,备用;
(2)将大米粉、葡萄糖酸钙放入2~4倍量的矿泉水中,加热到沸点,搅拌10分钟至糖全部溶化,备用;
(3)将氯化钾、硫酸镁、磷酸氢二钠、植酸、维生素E分别溶于2~4倍量煮沸的矿泉水中溶解,备用;
(4)把剩余的水加热至沸点后将红枣粉、柠檬香精分别放入水中搅拌均匀后,加入所述步骤(1)、(2)和(3)制得的溶液,充分搅拌制得。

本实施例的新型红枣山药米乳,包括按重量比的如下成份:纯净水100份、大米粉8份、红枣粉1.8份、山药粉0.36份、葡萄糖酸钙3份、氯化钾0.06份、硫酸镁0.04份、磷酸氢二钠0.06份、维生素E0.026份、植酸0.02份、维生素C0.022份、维生素D0.002份、柠檬香精0.04份。
本实施例的新型红枣山药米乳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将山药粉、维生素C、维生素D分别溶于3倍量加热至沸点的纯净水中,搅拌溶解后,备用;
(2)将大米粉、葡萄糖酸钙放入3倍量的纯净水中,加热到沸点,搅拌10分钟至糖全部溶化,备用;
(3)将氯化钾、硫酸镁、磷酸氢二钠、植酸、维生素E分别溶于3倍量煮沸的纯净水中溶解,备用;
(4)把剩余的水加热至沸点后将红枣粉、柠檬香精分别放入水中搅拌均匀后,加入所述步骤(1)、(2)和(3)制得的溶液,充分搅拌制得。

本实施例的新型红枣山药米乳,包括按重量比的如下成份:纯净水100份、大米粉4份、红枣粉2.6份、山药粉0.2份、葡萄糖酸钙6份、氯化钾0.02份、硫酸镁0.06份、磷酸氢二钠0.01份、维生素E0.05份、植酸0.008份、维生素C0.048份、维生素D0.00006份、柠檬香精0.08份。
本实施例的新型红枣山药米乳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将山药粉、维生素C、维生素D分别溶于2倍量加热至沸点的纯净水中,搅拌溶解后,备用;
(2)将大米粉、葡萄糖酸钙放入2倍量的纯净水中,加热到沸点,搅拌10分钟至糖全部溶化,备用;
(3)将氯化钾、硫酸镁、磷酸氢二钠、植酸、维生素E分别溶于2倍量煮沸的纯净水中溶解,备用;
(4)把剩余的水加热至沸点后将红枣粉、柠檬香精分别放入水中搅拌均匀后,加入所述步骤(1)、(2)和(3)制得的溶液,充分搅拌制得。

1.一种新型红枣山药米乳,其特征在于,包括按重量比的如下成份:纯净水100份、大米粉3~27份、红枣粉1~2.8份、山药粉0.1~0.38份、葡萄糖酸钙1.2~8份、氯化钾0.02~0.10份、硫酸镁0.02~0.06份、磷酸氢二钠0.01~0.08份、维生素E0.012~0.06份、植酸0.008~0.06份、维生素C0.014~0.049份、维生素D0.00006~0.04份、柠檬香精0.02~0.10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型红枣山药米乳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将山药粉、维生素C、维生素D分别溶于2~4倍量加热至沸点的矿泉水中,搅拌溶解后,备用;
(2)将大米粉、葡萄糖酸钙放入2~4倍量的矿泉水中,加热到沸点,搅拌10分钟至糖全部溶化,备用;
(3)将氯化钾、硫酸镁、磷酸氢二钠、植酸、维生素E分别溶于2~4倍量煮沸的矿泉水中溶解,备用;
