本发明涉及一种开胃营养饮料,及制备方法。经常饮用冰镇饮料会导致体内钙质的大量流失,并使肾阴不足,而且易损伤肠胃影响食欲,饮料中防腐剂等化学成份更易损伤人体健康。本发明开胃、营养、健脾、卫生,食材有:大枣、枸杞子、山楂、乌梅、陈皮、蜂蜜、冰糖、沙棘、红豆、小米组成。本发明,香甜可口,无任何防腐剂,制作简单,易于操作。

背景技术
经常饮用冰镇饮料会导致体内钙质的大量流失,并使肾阴不足,而且易损伤肠胃影响食欲,饮料中防腐剂等化学成分更易损伤人体健康。
发明内容
本发明针对现有饮料的不足,提供一种开胃、营养的饮料。
本发明为了达到上述目的采用下列技术方案(按重量比):大枣5-8份、枸杞子5-10份、山楂3-5份、乌梅3-8份、陈皮5-10份、蜂蜜1-3份、冰糖5-10份、沙棘5-10份、红豆5-10份、小米5-10。
具体实施方式:
精选下列食材:乌梅10克、枸杞10克、大枣5枚、蜂蜜3克、山楂5克、陈皮5克、冰糖10克、沙棘10克、红豆10克、小米10克;将上述食材中小米、红豆、大枣放入适量水中文火煮半个小时,取出备用;将山楂、陈皮、乌梅、沙棘放入砂锅中清水文火煮30-40分钟,取汁加入蜂蜜、冰糖与小米红豆汁混合在一起,冷却后饮用。
枸杞强肾,大枣补血补气,山楂乌梅开胃,健脾除湿,陈皮理气和中与枸杞大枣合用起到健脾开胃作用;小米营养丰富、口感清香,红豆有利尿作用。小米、红豆汁增加了饮料的口感舒适度,起到开胃健脾作用。
Claims (2)
1.一种开胃营养饮料,主要包括下列组成部分(按重量比):大枣5-8份、枸杞子5-10份、山楂3-5份、乌梅3-8份、陈皮5-10份、蜂蜜1-3份、冰糖5-10份、沙棘5-10份、红豆5-10份、小米5-10。
2. 如权利要求1所述,精选下列食材:乌梅10克、枸杞10克、大枣5枚、蜂蜜3克、山楂5克、陈皮5克、冰糖10克、沙棘10克、红豆10克、小米10克;将上述食材中小米、红豆、大枣放入适量水中文火煮半个小时,取出备用;将山楂、陈皮、乌梅、沙棘放入砂锅中清水文火煮30-40分钟,取汁加入蜂蜜、冰糖与小米红豆汁混合在一起,冷却后饮用。
