背景技术
    人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种甘蓝牛肉草莓酱的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种甘蓝牛肉草莓酱,由以下重量份原料组成:蚕豆酱200-230、番茄酱100-120、草莓100-120、奶油60-70、蜂蜜50-60、牛肉60-80、紫甘蓝40-60、苦瓜20-30、海苔粉10-13、白术4-6、菟丝子3-5、芡实4-6、余甘子4-6、豇豆叶3-4、百合3-5、茅香花2-4、食品添加剂8-10、黄酒30-40、白醋8-10、食盐10-15、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:猪腰30-35、板栗仁20-25、黄酒20-30、菠萝汁40-50、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下:将猪腰、板栗仁洗净,放入锅中,加入黄酒、菠萝汁,加热焖煮至猪腰、板栗仁入味,将猪腰、板栗仁捞出,晒干后,碾成粉备用。
一种甘蓝牛肉草莓酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将草莓洗净,切成粒状,与奶油、蜂蜜一起放入锅中,加热焖煮30-40分钟,搅拌均匀后,取锅中所有物料备用;
(2)将牛肉洗净,做成牛肉粒,放入锅中,加入黄酒、白醋、食盐,加热焖煮至肉粒入味,取牛肉粒备用;
(3)将紫甘蓝、苦瓜洗净,切碎后,放入锅中,加入适量的水,加热煮熟,将水滤去,得到紫甘蓝、苦瓜备用;
(4)将白术、菟丝子、芡实、余甘子、豇豆叶、百合、茅香花用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(5)将蚕豆酱、番茄酱放入锅中,加入食品添加剂、海苔粉,加热翻炒20-25分钟,加入步骤1中所有物料、牛肉粒、紫甘蓝、苦瓜、中药粉,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种甘蓝牛肉草莓酱,制备工艺简单环保,添加草莓、奶油等食材,口感酸甜、爽滑,同时还添加白术、菟丝子、芡实、余甘子等中药材的提取物,具有一定的温胃补肾、保健养生的功效,是一种营养健康的调味品。
