拖把桶模具一体式桶体和提手的连接成型机构,包括在动模板上安装对插动模块,定模框中安装对插定模块,对插动模块中制有连接座下模腔,对插定模块中制有连接座上模腔,对插定模块上制有对碰定模滑条,动模板上制有对碰动模滑条,对碰定模滑条和对碰动模滑条的头部各自制有半爿圆弧,两半爿圆弧相配合构成连接轴模腔,在两块斜顶块上各制有一根对碰插条,两对碰插条的头部上各制有半爿限位槽和半爿连接孔,两半爿限位槽相配合构成连接块模腔,两半爿连接孔相配合构成连接杆模腔。与已有技术相比,不仅节省一副模具,降低投资成本,提高生产效率,并且一体的桶体和提手连接更可靠,使用更方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拖把桶模具一体式桶体和提手的连接成型机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
塑料拖把桶用于拖把沥水存放,目前,市场上的拖把桶桶体和提手都是分体加工成型,销售或使用时再组合装置,其缺点是:一方面,桶体和提手分体加工需要桶体模具和提手模具两副模具,模具的投资和开发成本大,包装、运输费用贵;另一方面,现有的桶体和提手之间的连接关系比较简单,一般在桶体的口部翻边两侧制有卡口,提手上制有卡子,装配时,稍微用点力将卡子嵌到卡口中即可,虽然装配比较方便,但需要工人操作,费工费时,并且卡口与卡子配合不是很牢靠,容易脱落,造成使用不便。因此,需要开发一种桶体和提手一体,无需装配,桶体与提手连接可靠,使用方便的拖把桶及其加工模具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种采用滑块对插和对插方式构成模腔,使成型方便,脱模顺利的拖把桶模具一体式桶体和提手的连接成型机构。
本发明拖把桶模具一体式桶体和提手的连接成型机构的技术方案是:包括模具上复板和下复板,上复板下安装流道板,流道板中安装流道嘴,流道板下安装定模顶板,定模顶板下安装定模框,下复板上安装两块模脚,两模脚上安装动模板,动模板上安装动模镶块,动模镶块伸入定模框中,并与定模顶板和动模板配合构成桶体和提手的模腔,桶体与提手之间有一体式连接座、连接轴、连接块和连接杆,横两模脚之间设置上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上连接顶杆,顶杆穿过动模板和动模镶块顶在桶体底壁和提手上,其特征在于所述的动模板上安装对插动模块,定模框中安装对插定模块,对插动模块与对插定模块上下对应,对插动模块中制有连接座下模腔,对插定模块中制有连接座上模腔,连接座下模腔和连接座上模腔构成完整的连接座模腔,所述的对插定模块上制有对碰定模滑条,动模板上制有对碰动模滑条,对碰定模滑条和对碰动模滑条的头部各自制有半爿圆弧,两半爿圆弧相配合构成连接轴模腔,所述的上顶板上安装斜滑座,斜滑座上设置两块斜滑块,两块斜滑块上分别连接一根斜顶杆,两斜顶杆上各制有斜顶块,两块斜顶块分别穿过动模板,两块斜顶块上各制有一根对碰插条,两对碰插条的头部上各制有半爿限位槽和半爿连接孔,两半爿限位槽相配合构成连接块模腔,两半爿连接孔相配合构成连接杆模腔,连接杆模腔、连接块模腔、连接轴模腔和连接座模腔及桶体和提手的模腔互相连通。
本发明公开了一种拖把桶模具一体式桶体和提手的连接成型机构,包括连接杆模腔、连接块模腔、连接轴模腔和连接座模腔及桶体和提手的模腔构成,各模腔之间互相连通,连接轴模腔中注塑成型提手的连接轴,连接块模腔中成型提手的连接块,连接杆模腔中成型提手的连接杆,当整个产品注塑成型后,提手和桶体是连在一起的,提手的连接轴穿入连接座中,并由连接块限位,连接块通过连接杆连接连接座内壁,使用时,扳动提手,将连接杆扳断即可使用。本方案的优点是通过上述的模腔设计,不仅实现提手和桶体一体成型,并且更利于产品脱模,脱模时,采用常规的开模方式,当注塑机动力带动模具动模部分向下运行时,采用对碰配合的连接座下模腔与连接座上模腔分离,连接座脱出,对碰动模滑条与对碰定模滑条分离,连接轴脱出,开模结束后,注塑机的推杆推动下顶板和上顶板带动顶杆和斜顶杆顶起产品,在顶起过程中,斜顶杆通过斜滑块与斜滑座的配合带动斜顶块向两侧斜滑,使两爿限位槽和两爿连接孔分离,连接块和连接杆脱出,再继续顶出,通过气顶或机械手,将一体的桶体和提手取出模具外,完成一次加工脱模工序。与已有技术相比,不仅节省一副模具,降低投资成本,提高生产效率,并且一体的桶体和提手连接更可靠,使用更方便。
