发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用斜导柱内滑抽芯方式,结构简单,动作稳定,加工容易,壳体外型美观的塑料壳体侧孔斜导柱内滑抽芯机构。
本实用新型塑料壳体侧孔斜导柱内滑抽芯机构的技术方案是:包括模具上复板和下复板,上复板连接垫板,垫板连接定模板,下复上安装模脚,模脚之间设置上顶针板和下顶针板上顶针板上连接顶针,模脚上安装动模板,动模板与定模板之间有成型的塑料壳体,塑料壳体上制有侧孔,其特征在于所述的动模板内制有内滑槽,内滑槽中设置内滑块,所述的定模板下连接内斜导柱,内斜导柱穿过内滑块,在内滑块的内侧制有抽芯块,抽芯块与侧孔相配合。
